RT Olson Plumbing came to my home to install a new garbage disposal and replace some leaking pipes. Aaron and Shane did a great job and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend using this company and I will use them again for future projects.

Tim and his team took it to the next level. I just remodeled my house and needed a new AC system. Tim came out and gave me a great price. They worked with me through the remodel and when it was time they came and finished hooking up the system. You can't go wrong using R T Olsen. I highly recommend them. I also happen to be a general contractor so I worked with other HVAC people in the past and never got this kind of great service. I will be using them on my other jobs. If I can give them more stars, I would.

Our AC went out and it called and was told they'd have someone out within the hour. Not only were they at our home within the hour. Our tech was very knowledgeable replaced what was needed including the thermostat and made sure our ac was running cold before he left.

Let me start by saying RT Olson has met ALL our plumbing needs for the past few years. Bob and his crew are amazing. The office staff also represents his high standard of doing business. Roxanne makes you feel like you are always a priority. RT Olson started with a repipe of our whole house after a slab leak a few years back. They also installed our water softener which still works amazingly. This review is for recent work we were required to have done due to changing our Home owners insurance. Due to the area we live in and our recent slab leak we were asked to add a Moen smart water leak detection monitor. We also needed a replacement to our water shutoff valve. Our technician was Aaron, we can't say enough about him, he is the best! Aaron is polite, knowledgeable and detailed. You can tell he takes pride in his work. We couldn't ask for better service from RT Olson. If you want the best look no further. Bob and his crew are awesome.

I needed a mini split for my three car garage. My garage gets extremely hot and the heat travels up into the upstairs bedrooms. I tried several other solutions but nothing seemed to work. Scott came out and gave me some information on a unit. The meeting was comfortable and informative. The next day I spoke to Tim and decided to purchase the unit. They came out the following day for installation. The installation was completed in a timely manner, without any issues. My garage is now cool and comfortable. The heat no longer affects the upstairs bedrooms. Overall a simple and effective process. The mini split is the solution I have been looking for.

Quick response, quick scheduling, and good price. We ended up adding on a hvac tune up in addition to our original request of a water heater flush because of their very reasonable pricing. Both technicians did a thorough job. Will definitely use again.

We have had really great service from this company- Shane, Adam and Aaron. A few weeks ago, we noticed a major leak that ruined our kitchen cabinets and flooring. Shane came and discovered that the leak was coming from the ice making hose. Then Aaron came later during the remediation process to move the gas line/ gas pipe. Then Aaron and Adam came as it was discovered by Aaron that the Water heater pilot light wasn't turning on and that there was also a leak coming from the water heater. It was also discovered that there was mold in the water heater area which is why we ended up using a tankless water heater. Adam and Aaron worked all day Tuesday then from 8am to almost 12pm on Wednesday, working on the installment of the tankless water heater. They also installed the Moen Leak Detection System during these 2 days as well. They answered all the questions that I had. This is a very dependable company with very dependable staff and technicians. Our family highly recommends them!!!!
