Great Value for Money This location is good. The staff of the hotel were great. My only concern is that the room we were assigned has no elevator. Further, the stairs was very small, making it hard for us to go up and down with our luggages. The street is also near bars, and they tend to be noisy until around 4am in the morning. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault. But, for the price you are paying, I guess this is an okay hostel.

✅ The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter with nearby club, restaurants, barber, coffee shop and convenience. The only downside is that their kitchen is next to the front desk its open and somehow messy. Elevator was small to can fit 3 small people. Towels provided was stained. But overall you get what u paid for.

Exceptional I had an excellent stay in this property. Although it is a simple hotel, the hotel has excellent location, courteous staff, elevator, numerous restaurants nearby. Very near the attractions. My room is decently sized, has cold a/c, hot/cold shower, fridge and suited my needs. Hotel staffs are very helpful, gave me recommendations, helped me book an airport service. The hotel is close everywhere. During my stay, every night, the area and adjacent streets were closed for cars and became a walking only zone. Nearest Grab pickup/drop off point is 3-5 minutes away which is fine for me. It is near bars but the sound cannot be heard from my room. I will stay here again when I go back to Hanoi.

More than just a hotel If you are looking for a hotel that treats you like family this is the place. The staff is more than just friendly, they are helpful when you find yourself in a bad situation and not sure what to do. They are willing to answer questions and point you in the right direction. The rooms being nice, clean, and in a great location are just a bonus.

Honest take The actual front of the hotel is not the same as the one posted here. It is much smaller and entirely different. Although the sheets were clean, there are visible molds on the floor step going inside the bathroom. Shower was functional but broken. The worst experience would be is that the staff went inside our room when we were out and without our permission. We left the room a bit untidy and went back the sheets were clean and new water bottles are on the table. This may be nice but the fact that they went inside our room without us is off.

Angela was brilliant I thought we were in a small group tour for a 4 hour trip around some of the limestone formations in the bay. Turns out it was a private tour just for the 2 of us for only £200! We had a guide Angela who was excellent. A boat to ourselves with 5 crew and a huge Vietnamese lunch that we couldn't dent. We visited the famous 'kissing chickens ' basically the 2 rocks that are the emblem of Ha Long Bay. Then onto to a floating village for a basket boat trip through some cave entrances and into peaceful and still lagoons. At one point Angela and the local fisher lady that was rowing sang a local song about Ho Chi Minh. In response Shelagh sang a verse of Flower of Scotland that sounded great in the silent lagoon. We burst out with cheering and clapping. I didn't want to spoil the moment so remained schtum! We then sailed along to Thien Cung Cave.This was an amazing grotto with hundreds of huge stalagmites and stalagtites. Then back to port to get on the ship. Brilliant day.

Exceptional We had a very short trip to Hanoi and stayed for just a day, but our experience at Queen Cafe Hotel and Pub was absolutely wonderful. Even before our arrival, their team was already very responsive. I informed them that we would be arriving early in the morning, and they replied promptly and were very accommodating. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Before checking out, they also kindly assisted us in booking a car for our transfer, which made everything so convenient and stress-free. Despite our short stay, the excellent service and genuine hospitality left a great impression on us. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi, we would definitely stay here again! ⭐

Fantastic Tour - Ha Long Bay is SPECTACULAR This private tour was great! Our guide, Huyen, was helpful and knowledgeable on local customs and area geography. Got to feed the monkeys at the lagoon (you’ll understand what that means if you take this tour), walked through the dry cave and saw the stalagmites and stalactites, visited the Pearl farm, and , most importantly, THE VIEWS OF THE FEATURES IN HA LONG BAY WERE SIMPLY AMAZING. One of a kind and would definitely do it again!

5 stars We had a wonderful time visiting Ha Long Bay. The scenery was breathtaking and the whole tour was very well organized. Our guide Jaing (Johnny) was excellent—very knowledgeable, energetic, and always making sure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying the trip. His explanations about the bay and local culture were very interesting. The bus driver did a great job, driving carefully and making the long journey smooth and relaxing. The food served on the tour was really good, fresh and plentiful with a nice variety of dishes. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience! Recommended...! I booked a family suite room for 4 people. The staff is friendly and explains things well if we don't understand, they are very helpful. The location is in a busy old town area with many places to eat and bars. If you want convenience to get around, just walking, I recommend this hotel.

Excellent Stay We booked the room for 2 nights and the manager was friendly enough to upgrade us to a family room. She even helped with our luggages to the grab car upon check out. All the staff were very helpful. We love the room and the bathroom. Both very clean and spacious. Also the towels are clean. Very good location at the center of The Old Quarter. So accessible to almost everything. We may comeback to check in again next time.

A great day at Halong Bay Our guide was Hien, a true professional and gentleman. He created a very private program for me and my wife, which included our own car with Binh the driver and Hien, and our own boat with the captain, cook, and server. Hien was an inexhaustible source of information about all aspects of Vietnam (historical, economic, social, artistic, traditional), the places we visited and their meaning. A day-long trip to Halong Bay. My wife and I wanted a private day tour to Halong Bay, with our own private car and if possible a boat for two. Hien organized the perfect tour for us. He picked us up from our hotel on time and with Binh as the driver we set off for Halong Bay. Horn is an inexhaustible source of information regarding everything about Vietnam; historical, political, economic, social, artistic, traditional. On the way to Halong we stopped at a shop where we learned how they culture pearls and we admired excellent sets of different types of pearls. Then we moved on a boat with my wife and me as the only passengers. Our new friends were the captain the cook and the server. They offered so many delicious dishes for lunch that it was impossible to finish. For the 4 hours we visited many spots throughout the bay, a floating village, a cave, and we admired the beauty of one of the most interesting places we have ever seen. Throughout this experience Hien was the perfect professional and gentleman orchestrating perfectly well every aspect of our trip. We recommend his company highly.

A wonderful private tour Trung, our guide, was knowledgeable and made our visit to Ha Long Bay that much better. It was great having a whole boat to ourselves. We left at 6am from Hanoi and back at 2pm. The caves were an added bonus. The size of the caverns was not expected…..huge! Because we were early we avoided large crowds also. The team on the boat were very welcoming and the seafood lunch was huge! The spectacular scenery was stunning. A great quick trip fulfilled another item on our adventures in Vietnam. I thoroughly recommend.

Hanoi 2026 I initially booked incorrectly our group’s stay, we’re thankful enough that they’re responsive here in the app. We got their 8-bed dorm room and just added 1 more foldable sofa to accommodate all of us. Room and bed is clean as well as the shared bathroom - 3 shower cubicle and 2 toilet on 4th floor.

Perfect family day in Ha Long Bay Our trip with Hien was wonderfully organized. Hien is very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly and his English is excellent. He added personal touch to the trip with his stories but also gave our family enough space and private time. The cave we visited was beautiful and the kayaking was a unique experience. The meal that we had on the boat was one of the best ones on our whole Vietnam trip. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and informative tour of an area of great natural beauty. Excellent day from start to finish. The guide and driver were precisely on time for our hotel pickup, friendly, and spoke flawless English. Modern cars, comfortable travel and a private boat with good food made this tour a joy. All felt very luxurious.No problem in recommending this. The private travel/boat especially felt peaceful compared to the coach tours and packed boats around us. Worth the price.

Unique experience This is an experience that we will not soon forget because it was joy and delight. We had a boat of 50 people to ourselves, a couple! and the first to have a guide, speaking in French. Tours even if we were not alone in these tourist places were excellently guided and the meal taken on the boat tasty with many dishes. Brief advice in number 1Very positive assessment also for the head of the Agency who contacted us well before the excursion to ask us our characteristics and incompatibilities and who was able to find us a French guide during this period.

The most magical day in a Spectacular location!! We had the most magical day with our tour guide, Angela! She was so knowledgeable, kind, helpful and made us feel so welcome in her country. Room 103 If you’re planning to book a room here, I recommend choosing a higher floor and avoiding the first floor. The room on the first floor had a very strong, unpleasant odor coming from the kitchen’s poor drainage. Although we requested room spray, it did not fully mask the smell.

Beautiful day out 👌 Had a fab time on this trip. Pick up was smooth with good communication from the company beforehand. Our tour guide Peter was wonderful, he personalised the timings of the day, gave commentary throughout the activities and took family photos of us at all the best spots. The boat was clean and comfy and there was plenty to eat at lunch time (if you let them know in advance that you’re vegetarian then they will arrange this no problem). We really enjoyed going into thiên cung cave and our mini tour on the row boat. A day trip to Ha Long Bay is a must do for anyone visiting Hanoi! 😊

An incredible day in the bay! We enjoyed a great day out in Ha Long bay with our wonderful guide Peter! Easy pick up/drop off and journey out from Hanoi stopping off at an Oyster farm along the way as we were running a little ahead of time for the boat. Heading out into the bay between the vast limestone mountains was an incredible experience as we made our way to the first stop which at some caves. We could spend some time exploring the cave and get good views back out towards the sea. Lunch was lovely as we made our way further into the bay, finally stopping off at a small floating fishing village where we were taken by bamboo boat closer to the structures. Finally heading back into the harbour to round out a great day!

An amazing adventure for anyone at any age! I took a tour with my elderly parents (84 and 75 years old) to Sapa, Ha giang, Hoi an, Hue, and Danang. It was customized for me and my parents by one of Viet Top travel agent, Bella Nguyen. It was very well planned trip, catering to my parents, and turned out better than I would have ever expected. Thank you for planning the adventure for us. I would highly recommend Bella and the company. She was available to our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Great tour. Highly recommend My husband and I reserved a private tour through Viator for 12/29/25. We had travel issues and needed to change our tour date last minute which the company kindly rescheduled right before NYE, but for the 8am boat tour at no additional cost. To do this on the 29th and get us on a tour on the 30th, was no easy feat. This alone deserves the 5 star rating. We had the boat to ourselves. Unfortunately, it was overcast, but common around this time of year. It was still beautiful despite no sun or blue skies. The bay was not as congested with boats/tourists. It was nice to experience it with no crowds. I highly recommend going earlier in the day. Our tour guide, Angela, was very knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable. She told us the history of the bay and caves. She was patient and took so many pictures for us. The captain/operating company were very accommodating. The boat was clean and the food was amazing. They made us so much food, more than enough to feed 4-6. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish it. We felt disrespectful, but we simply could not eat it another bite and we explained that to them. They understood and kindly told the chef that we meant no disrespect.However, I recommend to check the details of the tour before booking. We were unaware of the options for a kayak v. the bamboo boat to the lagoon. We took the latter due to our clothing and shoes. We would've prepared better had we known the details of the excursions. For our tour, it was a 2 hour drive from our hotel in Hanoi, port drop off, a 45 minute boat trip to the 1st stop which was the Heavenly Palace cave, then back on the boat for a 15 minute ride to the next stop- the bamboo boat through the 2 lagoons which was about 30 minutes, back on the boat to head back to the port for 40 minutes. Along the way, we saw the kissing chickens and incense burner formations.

Welcoming One of two hotel locations, this is the simple hotel in a busy location, right in the heart of the old quarter. The second (and new) hotel is named Queen Cafe Hotel) and located a 15 minute walk away in a quiet location nearby the northern train street. Both are family run with English speaking management. Having worked in Vietnam 2 years I doubt you can find better value in these locations.

Really impressed. Our driver was there 5 minutes early, very professional and very careful. The car was a pleasure to travel in and based on this experience we booked a private car for the next leg of our trip. When we added up the cost of 2 of us for a bus/shuttle and then the taxi to get to and from meeting point or bus stop it just made sense to pay on a little bit extra and get door-to-door service. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Hanoi City Tour Fabulous tour of all the historic sites in and around Hanoi city. Our tour guide Duc was both very friendly and knowledgeable. We visited the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Hoa Lo Prison, watched the fascinating train arrival in Hanoi Train street, St Joseph cathedral and wonderful Chua tran Quoc. Lovely experience Our family had a lovely time on this private tour to Ha Long Bay today. The service was immaculate, with comfortable transportation to and from our hotel, an outstanding private cruise (with great food) and nice spots to visit. We went through different nooks and crannies within the Bay and also visited several limestone caves, alongside a further private bamboo boat ride into the various bays. It was an all-round lovely experience!Our sincere thanks to our guide, Lee, who was charismatic, caring and knowledgeable (and an excellent command of English!). Above average Pros: it is a good compromise for a couple of nights, considering the location in the old quarter (really convenient, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, laundry shops). Rooms offer basic toiletries, hair dryer, kettle with tea bags. Cleanliness is at a good level. The plus of this place is the staff, all very kind and attentive. Kudos especially to the manager, Bella, who has a knack for customers relations, always trying to combine the interest of the property and the needs of the customers (very good English, really helpful and down to earth, committed to the job, talk to her if you are in need). Cons: The hotel is what it is, a building nested in the old quarter without much oxygen, needing some refurbishment, starting from the rooms (needing fresh paint and plumbing care), which the owner should seriously consider.)

The best of Hanoi We had a great experience in town. We sent a special day with Duc who gave us a lot of context about the Country before to immerse ourself in all the places we visited. Very good Pros: It was a nice and the room was pretty big. It just wasn’t located where there’s elevator service. The staff were nice too. Cons: The hotel is right smack in the center of the French Quarter and it is a double edged sword. While it is very convenient it can also be noisy at night when the bars in the surrounding area operates into the wee hours of the morning.)

Day trip to Ha Long Bay from Ha Noi We paid extra and chose private "luxury limousine" transfer to take advantage of the later pick up time (9am) and to travel in a bit if luxury for the 2 hours 30 minute journey from Ha Noi. Unfortunately the 12 seater minibus we were picked up in did not meet our expectations, not looking anything like the luxury limousine pictured in the advert for our trip...so I think the ad was misleading, as one of the reasons for choosing this particular trip was the luxury 'limo' travel option. However, the guide Lee was very knowledgeable and helpful, and so was the driver. Our son bought a bracelet from the Pearl 'factory' which needed to be manufactured. To save us time we continued on our journey and the driver popped back to pick up the finished bracelet.

10/10 Experience Hien, our tour guide, provided an excellent tour. Our family of nine participated, and throughout the experience we made several memorable stops. We learned how pearls are made and had time to explore and shop at the pearl factory.We then enjoyed a private boat tour in Halong Bay, where we were paddled through stunning caves. Lunch was provided during the private boat tour, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The final part of the tour was a visit to one of the most beautiful caves, where we walked up 100 steps. The experience was beautifully narrated by Hien and truly unforgettable.

¡Increíble recorrido por la bahía de Ha Long! Nos alojamos en Hanoi por solo dos días y realmente queríamos visitar la bahía de Ha Long. Este tour privado fue perfecto para nuestro viaje. El hotel de recogida y entrega fue muy conveniente porque nos alojamos fuera del casco antiguo. Nuestro guía Johnny estaba muy bien informado y explicó muchas historias no solo sobre la bahía de Ha Long, sino también sobre Hanói y Vietnam. Tomamos el crucero de la mañana y definitivamente valió la pena ir en el crucero por la mañana porque la mayoría de los grupos turísticos vienen por la tarde y es posible que tenga que esperar mucho tiempo para pasar por diferentes cuevas. Nos lo pasamos muy bien disfrutando del crucero y explorar las cuevas a nosotros mismos y sin duda vale la pena el precio. Muy recomendable!

Nice place in great location. I had a very nice four day stay at this hotel in a perfect location in the old quarter. Nice facilities in a clean room and bed, though the room perhaps could do with a little spruce-up. Slight issue for me was toilet, which is hard up in front of a wall. I am 1.82 metres and had to sit side-saddle! I am told this is only typical in one or two rooms (I THINK I was in room 109). But this is really my only gripe. I was quite content with the breakfast. I don’t eat meat so they gave me extra egg with lots of bread, butter and jam. No mushrooms either though outlined on menu. They said these are dried and they would purchase them if I really wanted them to (obviously I said never mind!) but breakfast was a little bland without this. Perhaps add baked beans or fried tomatoes to liven it up a bit? Overall a nice stay and I will return… to a room hopefully with a toilet for those taller than 1.60metres!

Johnny Rock We had a private tour with Johnny. This allowed us to go at our own pace. It was exactly what we needed. From hotel pick up (9am) to drop off(7pm). Johnny was informative but not over bearing. He was patient with our shopping and many questions. The family owned tour boat glided in and around the magnificent limestone formations, while we enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch. Next we kayaked through the water caves and walked through the dry caves. It was all breath taking. When we got back on board we had tea and fruit for a snack for our return to the marina. Yum! About 1/2 way to and from Halong Bay we visited a pearl farm and a gift market with lotus thread pictures and Vietnam snacks. Thanks again Johnny for a memorable day.

First Family Trip in Vietnam Thank you for making our first family trip to Vietnam stress free! Booked via Agoda and stayed in 2 standard rooms at the Queen Cafe Hotel & Pub for 6D5N. I highly recommend them if you need a place to stay in Old Quarter. They are the best especially in terms of their customer and room service. Why we really recommend them is because: ✅ they change the bedsheets, towels, and refill coffee and water every single day. You can really ensure that the toiletries are new every day. ✅ the rooms have bidet and shower with heater ✅ they offer affordable sim card good for a week ✅ they offer car pick up/drop off service, just talk to Miss Bella ✅ they are located near Beer Street but it is not as noisy as we thought. we were able to rest comfortably. Miss Bella, the front desk, is very accommodating, friendly, spoke English well, and easy to talk/negotiate to. My mom had a blast talking with her. If you have any request, you can talk to Miss Bella if its something she can help with. She even provided the schedule of trains at Train Street. We will definitely go back again because we did not have a chance to take a picture with Miss Bella and experience the Night Market. Located at the heart of Old Quarter, Hanoi, many highly recommended places to visit are only walking distance from the hotel. Great Rest Stop This is a great budget accommodation right in the centre of the Old Quarter. The room was very clean, and new towels and water were provided every day. To note - there was no window in the room but for being so centrally located, the room was very quiet. The staff were lovely, and very helpful at suggesting things to do in Hanoi. Would recommend, especially if coming off a long haul flight, and looking for an affordable reset.

Halong Bay private tour, excellent service, and tour! Excellent experience. Our tour guide (Chung) was amazing and kept us informed about what we were doing at all times. The driver was happy to stop for rest room breaks, no issues. Hotel pick up was very easy, and it really is a private tour. The boat was just staff and our family. Food was fantastic, and there were lots of it. Tour guide is English speaking and fit right in with our family! Chung accompanied us through the cave tour and had lots of knowledge regarding Vietnam and HaLong bay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Desde Hanoi en un día. Si estás basado en Hanói y quieres ver la bahía de Halong pero no quieres quedarte a dormir, esta es una gran manera de verlo todo. Lee era nuestro guía turístico. Gran inglés y muy complaciente con nuestro grupo. El autobús era enorme y nuevo. El conductor era genial y paciente. El barco privado era un barco y increíble. Increíble viaje con excelente guía turístico. Reservamos un tour privado y teníamos un guía y todo el barco para nosotros. El viaje desde Hanói a la bahía de Ha Long fue un poco más largo, pero definitivamente valió la pena. Todo fue muy bien y tuvimos suerte con el clima hermoso y un cielo azul claro. Llegamos por primera vez a la zona de la bahía de Ha Long y disfrutamos de las impresionantes vistas panorámicas. Durante el crucero, se sirvió el almuerzo, con una selección de platos locales y fue delicioso! Después de eso, cambiamos a kayaks y remamos entre los acantilados de piedra caliza y a través de cuevas. Fue una experiencia increíble y lo recomiendo encarecidamente! Great location This hotel has both dorms and private rooms. We had a private room which was fine. The hotel water didn't work. We made an assumption the first night that it had run out but on the second day we asked front desk and they fixed it very quickly. The bed was very hard but the location was excellent.

Happy that my family and I found this agency for booking our transportation from airport to hotel in Hanoi and two day trips in Haiphong and Ha Long Bay. They were very responsive and easy to talk to. Only one thing that could improve would be one of the drivers was not being nice when we were in the Haiphong trip. However, everyone else we encountered was super nice and helpful. Overall, still recommend this agency and it definitely made our trip a lot easier. They were very punctual.

Great responsive staff ! Somehow while I booked the room was already sold. However upon check-in the staff found a great solution and offered me to find either another room elsewhere for me, or to stay at a dormitory all by myself, option which I accepted. Perfect Stay with Incredible Staff Support! I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in the Old Quarter, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The highlight of our experience was definitely the receptionist—she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, but when we needed a Grab to get around during the Vietnamese celebration, she took the time to coordinate with the driver and ensure we had no trouble, even though all the roads were closed. It really made a huge difference to our day! The hotel itself is in a great location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, so you're within walking distance of many of Hanoi’s top attractions. The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The staff’s warm and accommodating attitude made the experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Hanoi!

Booked a trip to see Ha Long Bay, but unfortunately, it had to be cancelled due to an incoming typhoon. While we are disappointed to not get to see this Unesco heritage site on our quick trip to Vietnam, we are absolutely delighted and impressed with the service of Vietnam Top Travel. While planning the trip, Ha guided us to make decisions that would give us the best experience, including checking tide times. And when we realized that the trip could not take place, she immediately took action, notifying us that we would only have one hour to cruise, which was not sufficient and suggesting to cancel the trip and refund us our money. This was all done within 30 minutes of it becoming clear that the bay would be closing before the incoming storm. Thus, while I cannot state an opinion on Ha Long Bay, I can wholeheartedly recommend Vietnam Top Travel for any trips around Hanoi. I am looking forward to coming back and booking with them again.

Día espectacular en la bahía de Ha Long Esta fue una experiencia increíble para mí, mi hija - en la ley y nieta de 5 años. Desde el principio... nuestro conductor Bing y el maravilloso guía Hien nos eligieron en un hermoso, limpio y cómodo SUV. No lo sabíamos de antemano pero hicimos una parada en una granja de perlas. Vimos y aprendimos exactamente cómo se hacen las perlas inyectando un pedazo de concha. Muy interesante, gran presentación, y maravillosa sorpresa! Cuando llegamos al muelle de Ha Long, esperamos solo unos minutos para abordar nuestro barco para navegar por Ha Long. Hacía calor, pero un día hermoso. Nuestro barco estaba limpio y la tripulación era amable. Después de navegar un rato, nos detuvimos para tomar un sampan a través de dos cuevas y en dos lagunas diferentes. Nuestro remero tenía una hermosa voz y nos cantó al entrar en las cuevas. Ella también tomó algunas fotos increíbles de nosotros. Después del sampan disfrutamos de un buen almuerzo de mariscos. Crucero un poco más y luego nos detuvimos a explorar la cueva del Dragón Celestial antes de volver al muelle. Fue un día perfecto hecho especial por nuestro amable y experto guía, Hien. ¡Muy recomendable!

Esto fue un poco lento... Este fue un buen viaje lento. Nuestro guía Ha nos recogió en nuestro hotel a la hora acordada por la mañana. El coche era agradable y cómodo y nuestro conductor Binh era bueno. Paramos en una planta de producción de perlas en el camino, donde pudimos usar los baños y comprar un café. Obviamente también podrías comprar perlas. El barco estaba tranquilo, solo unas pocas personas a bordo. Nos dieron demasiada comida, pero era sabroso. Las bebidas tenían un precio razonable y la tripulación era muy agradable. La bahía es absolutamente hermosa y limpia a pesar de lo que nos habían dicho otros viajeros. Tampoco estaba demasiado ocupado. Nos detuvimos a kayak, que era tan tranquilo y relajante. Luego visitó la cueva, de la que Ha nos habló todo y señaló varios personajes / animales en las rocas. Luego un suave viaje de regreso en el barco con un poco de sandía y té. 100% recomendable, especialmente si no quieres viajar en grupo grande. Ha era un gran guía, hablaba muy buen inglés y era divertido y atractivo todo el tiempo.

Conseguimos lo que queríamos, sin tener grandes expectativas Todo lo que queríamos era un traslado privado a la bahía de Halong y un crucero. Como reservamos la opción de tour privado, teníamos el barco para nosotros. La comida era genial en el barco (demasiado para 2 personas), pero fuera de la empresa turística. Es preparado por el armador. El guía estaba bien, nos dimos cuenta de que está haciendo principalmente visitas en grupo y no está realmente listo para visitas privadas. Faltaban los detalles, a veces había malentendidos debido a la barrera de la lengua. Varias bromas que ella hizo se pueden hacer en un grupo, pero cuando usted no está familiarizado con el EN - lengua - simplemente no lo haga. La parada en la granja de perlas fue completamente para nada (no queríamos, pero el guía turístico mencionó que el conductor necesita descansar). Tiempo - sabio: es exactamente el horario para la gira en grupo. Como siempre eres más rápido en un tour privado, el barco flotaba a velocidad mínima solo para perder el tiempo (y no estamos regresando demasiado temprano). Debe haber una diferencia entre el tour grupal y la opción privada. Basándonos en el precio que pagamos estaba bien para la norma europea y no para discutir. Como comencé con la revisión: conseguimos lo que queríamos. Pero si tienes más expectativas, tal vez solo tienes que reservar la gira en grupo.

Ha Long Bay Private Boat Tour No issues meeting up with our guide. Our guide, Angela, spoke very good English and was so knowledgeable. She was sweet and kind as well. It was a very comfortable, clean boat with restrooms. The tour took us to a beautiful cave where we walked through with Angela. It was amazing! We then had the choice of kayaking or taking a wooden boat tour around beautiful grottoes. Both fun options! We slowly made our way back, and had several rock formations pointed out to us. A delicious Vietnamese lunch was then served. Alcohol beverages were available for purchase. It was a wonderful day! Highly recommend this tour. You will be well taken care of, and totally delighted! Awesome Tour Incredible private Tour. Picked us up at our Airbnb and had a wonderful trip to Ha Long Bay. Our guide Hien, explained the history along the way and our private boat was waiting for us in the Marina. Our meal was excellent, and the kayak trip amazing, finished it off with some cave exploration. It was great to get out of the city for a day. Thank you.!

Amazing Ha Long bay trip It was a very nice tour. The scenery is so beautiful and we are amazed by the wonders of nature. Our guide Hien was very nice and professional. He called me the night before to confirm the pick up location. He was waiting for us in the hotel lobby in the morning. Hien did an outstanding job of explaining what to expect, at each point of the tour. Walking through the cave was amazing. The food on the boat was very delicious. The car was very comfortable, our driver Binh was great . We had a wonderful time!

The car was a lot smaller than described. We reserved a car that would fit seven people and seven bags. We thought we were getting a van, instead we got a 3 row station wagon. We are a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 small kids) with 4 large/medium duffel bags and small backpacks. The whole 3rd row of seats were used for our bags since there was zero trunk space. We had to sit 2 adults and 2 kids in the 2nd row. It was an uncomfortable 2.5 hour ride out to Halong Bay.

I booked a 4-day tour with Vietnam Top Travel, covering Saigon, Da Nang, Hanoi, My Son, Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, Ninh Binh, and Ha Long Bay. Our tour guide Hien was fantastic. We chose the full private 1-day tour of Ha Long Bay and were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi. We headed to the ferry terminal and quickly got on our private boat, which was huge and really comfortable for us. Immediately after setting off we were served a sumptuous array of Vietnamese food which was really delicious. Throughout the journey we could enjoy the beautiful view of the rock formations of Ha Long Bay. We stopped by Fighting Cock and Incense Burner Islets, then visited Ba Hang floating village (not so much a village anymore, just a platform for big boats to park and for tourists to get on sampans/small boats). We got on a small boat and were brought through two caves to enjoy the brilliant scenery of Dao Go Island. After that, we visited the famous and touristy Thien Cung Cave, and we were given a choice whether to visit the second Dao Go cave. The first cave was already amazing - Hiem gave us a really good explanation of the various rock formations and the different animals / things the rocks looked like. We decided to go to the Dao Go cave and it was even better - there were 0 other tourists in the half an hour we were there, and Dao Go cave was unreal. It was HUGE and had much more impressive rock formations, and we could just take our time to admire them rather than having to care about other people around us. That was the end of the tour, and we headed back to Ha Long city, and were driven back to Hanoi. We really enjoyed the tour and especially the privacy and flexibility we were offered by Hiem. Highly recommend especially for a family or group of friends wanting to see Ha Long Bay!

The one-day tour to Ninh Binh was incredible! The scenic boat ride through Tam Coc was breathtaking, and the visit to Hoa Lu’s ancient temples was fascinating. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the trip enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, with delicious local food for lunch. Highly recommend for a quick yet memorable escape from the city!

poor privacy The "privacy" of the tour is limited to the car transportation. Despite what is indicated on your site, the boat was occupied by 42 persons and not max 8 persons .

We booked transport to and from Ninh Binh through Vietnam Top Travel and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The ‘Limousine’ is an 11 seater van with 6 very comfortable seats in the middle + two uncomfortable front seats next to the driver (which most travel companies do not fill), and three very cramped seats at the back. The van is full both ways, so the odds are good that you will get an uncomfortable seat for at least one leg of your journey (which we did) There was very poor communication about the method of drop off, involving an additional driver (who could not speak English). My girlfriend unfortunately fell sick during the day, and the ‘middleman’ taxi left us on a random dirt road to wait for the main van, which was a full 50minutes late. There was no communication or contact with the van driver. Would advise using a different company.

Magnífico paisaje dirigido por un guía excepcional Hein fue nuestro guía e hizo un trabajo sobresaliente explicando qué esperar, en cada punto del recorrido. La experiencia fue impresionante. Se aseguró de señalar las diferentes formaciones insulares. El bote de remos a través de las cuevas era increíble, pero la mejor parte era caminar por los 85 escalones hasta la cueva grande. Fue magnífico. Tenemos fotos hermosas, pero fue difícil capturar la maravilla de toda la cueva. Hay otra cueva pero implicaba una colina empinada así que decidimos saltarnos esa cueva. Hein es un guía excepcional y si tienes la suerte de tenerlo en tu tour no te decepcionará.

Perfect day trip with Vietnam Top Travel. We stayed far from the old quarter and we asked other companies before booked this tour and they could not pick us up from our hotel, once we contacted Ha from Vietnam Top Travel and get easy arranged the pick up and drop off at our hotel. Amayzing tour Halong bay from Hanoi, we passed expressway in 2 hours only. Spended 4 hours to explore the bay with small boat, kayaking, cave walking and cruising around. Boat and staffs were very nice. We would like to recommed this tour.

All of the services such as accommodation, cruise, transportation, food and guide they booked for us. They all very nice no hotel is very good location. Trust them and you will have a best trip.

We booked the tour 3 months before travel and everything has good prepared. Quick confirmed and they also arranged the airport pick up and drop off for us. Nice day to Halong bay with Hang, our tourguide. She spoke English very well and gave us alot of information about Vietnam and Halong bay. Highlight of the tour is kayaking and caves visit, it was amazing. Very nice day and good organizer.

We are a group of 6 friends from Greece. I contacted them 2 months before the trip and asked for an itinerary for 15 days with all the places we would like to visit! I spoke with Hien the boss and he arranged everything. The hotels, the homestays, the tranfers from and to airports, all the tours and everything in very good price. The itinerary was full, god organised to had the best experience and we never had delays to anything. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Sapa and Fansipan mountain, Cao Bang region with waterfalls and god's eye mountain and tiger cave, Danang, Hoi An and Ninh Binh. The tour guides spoke good English and explained us everything about the history and the culture of the country and local people. The best travel experience ! Fully recommended. Hien and his team are the best. Don't hesitate to choose them for your trip. Thank you for everything!

It was the best travel agency we could have chosen for our trip, 15 days in Vietnam. The program required us to visit several different cities, although these were not tiring at all. We were filled with beautiful images, experiences, emotions, and got to know their so different but equally excellent culture. the guides were kind and helpful, explaining everything to us in detail. Debe hacer un viaje a la bahía de Ha Long Fuimos algunos de los primeros turistas internacionales que regresaron a la bahía de Ha Long, prácticamente lo dejamos solo para nosotros. Teníamos un bote completo para los 4, y la comida era excelente. Las bebidas (cargo extra) estaban frías y había una gran variedad. Las cuevas eran hermosas, el pueblo de pescadores y el paseo en bote pequeño eran tranquilos y bonitos. Es un viaje absolutamente obligatorio, y si te gustan las perlas, tienen una parada en el camino para completar tu lista de compras.
