Great shop! Nice selection. Full price range, low to all the way up. You want a 20 year aged cigar they have it. Staff is awesome. Great recommendations. Friendly, nice lounge area and also seats out front for an outside smoke.
I used to come here a lot many years ago. I am a bit disappointed at the changes though. I do not recall having to pay a $25 minimum to sit and smoke. Overall though the cigar I smoked was great and the vibe was nice.

Verified Me and Harry's go way back but I hadn't been there in a while. The "new" location definitely works! The selection is still top notch and the service excellent. The upstairs lounge is more than worth the basically 2 cigar minimum purchase (technically a $25 minimum cigar purchase regardless of how many cigars).
Comfortable chairs, nice electric fireplace, beverages and BYO and the Game is typically on one of the two TV's which aren't super loud - it's nice to actually have a conversation or a quiet smoke.
Speaking of a good smoke, the ventilation is excellent, which means you not only have comfort but get to truly enjoy "your" cigar. That selection I mentioned is a very good one. The humidor is very well stocked and covers every palate from the newbie to the true connoisseur.
I'm biased but speaking as objectively as possible, it's one of the best little cigar shops in the US.

Verified The smoke shop was a diamond in a rough. I was low on cigars on a trip to Philadelphia and found this gem tucked away on one of the side streets. Nothing but a sign pointing the direction when I went in I received customer service beyond what I expected for knowledgeableeven offered some new cigars that I have never smoked before the place a nice place to get away and smoke a cigar. Make this one of your stops when you visit Philadelphia.

I'm no cigar smoker, not really my thing, but Carlos is your man if you need some help finding the perfect gift for that cigar aficionado in your life.
Given that I was clearly outside my comfort zone, I was very concerned that I'd be routed towards a standard gift box or two as the best option. I truly wanted something unique and different.
Enter Carlos, who was incredibly helpful on my quest. He took the time to educate me on several options unique options to consider in the price range I was looking for. I very much appreciated his efforts to help and in the end, was able to find a few pieces that I think my giftee will definitely enjoy.

Verified Singularly, the best smoke shop I have visited. The owner and staff are highly knowledgeable on even the most obscure cigar selections. Additionally, the staff is welcoming and helpful, even on the most inane issues. The regulars that frequent the shop can only be described as characters. That, by the way, is a good thing. Quirky and eccentric would be an understatement. All in all, by far the best cigar establishment I have had the opportunity to frequent.

For me, walking into Harry's is like going to visit a good friend. Brett and Phil can't wait to show you any new cigars that have come in, make great recommendations, and do so in a relaxed environment. There's loose tobacco and some cigarettes, but this isn't a bong store or a vaping lounge (thankfully!), it's a cigar shop with a nice humidor and good selection. There are bigger and glitzier cigar shops in Philly--Harry's is the size of a modest apartment--but none is more relaxed and comfortable. Take a bottle, buy a cigar, settle in and stay a while.

Found Harry's Smoke Shop while in Philly for the 4th of July (in fact. I'm writing this review sitting having a Rocky!). This is a great little shop with a good selection of cigars and a very friendly staff. The shop has a 9-seat lounge to hag out and WiFi to hook up to.
