I would recommend Dr. Pillai to everyone. She was wonderful, and so was the entire staff. I was nervous since I have not been to the dentist in a very long time ( I'm talking years). They made me feel at ease and no one made me feel bad for not having been to the dentist in a long time. They addressed all of my issues, and I am in the process of getting back on track with my dental health. I will be going to her from now on, and keeping up with my visits to ensure this never happens again. I'm just sad I waited so long and lived with the pain as long as I did before going to this office.

One thing I really appreciate is how transparent they are with billing. There are never any surprises, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. They’re also very understanding when I need to reschedule, which makes a huge difference with a busy schedule. Most importantly, they genuinely care about keeping my teeth healthy. They always go the extra mile, answer every question I have, and make sure I understand what’s going on with my dental health. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines skill, kindness, and such a patient‑centered approach, but they do it effortlessly. I’m truly grateful to have found them.

Having experienced a broad spectrum of dentists—from the lowest end of the scale (public clinics) to the very top of the profession, including a former President of the ADA—I can honestly say, without hesitation, that I would choose Dr. Pillai for my care. Her bedside manner is exceptional: caring, reassuring, and genuinely attentive. She puts her patients at ease and makes even stressful procedures feel manageable. Dr. Pillai takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why, never rushing, never talking down. The entire office reflects that same professionalism and warmth, which is rare to find.
