Great experience. Nurses were so nice and friendly. Doctor took time before and after the procedure to explain everything and answer questions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can't say enough about this team and this facility! From the person at the reception desk all the way to to Dr. McCrary, everyone I dealt with was unfailingly polite, cheerful and professional. The little nurse who took me back from the waiting room and started my IV is a treasure. The new prep is much easier too. Thanks to all of you! You made the entire procedure a breeze!

My GI doctor of 29 years retired. I had a health issue arise that needed attention as quickly as possible. I asked to be assigned to Dr. Jeffrey McCrary since he is both my brother and sister's physician. I am pleased with the decision I made as I found him to be very attentive to my need. Thank you Dr. McCrary !

Dr. McCrary and the GI Associates staff are very professional. The check-in process was very efficient; the pre-op nurse and the nurse anesthetist explained all the procedure details; Dr. McCrary answered all my questions before the procedure, and explained the results afterwards. I was impressed by the entire team.

GI Associates in Flowood, MS is where I receive my medical services. Dr. McCrary is my attending physician for a newly diagnosed disorder. He is very knowledgable and straight forward in his approach. I am comforted knowing that he is up to date on the newest practices regarding gastrointestinal issues. I highly recommend him to anyone with issues.

Dr. McCrary is great! Very caring and polite. I have NO complaints regarding the services or care that I receive from him; however, the scheduling department is the absolute worst! It's hard to get anyone on the phone and it's like winning the lottery to get them to return your call. I once had to drive from my hometown (40 minutes) just to schedule an appointment. Again, Dr. McCrary and staff are great once you get an appointment to see them.

Dr. McCrary is not only a caring dr but also very thorough and explains everything well.

I only have one complaint..I have posted on their website as well as left voicemail for Doctor McCrary nurse to inform me as to when my procedure will be. That is why I gave a 4 out five! The positive is that Dr McCrary is so very kind. He also listens and is very thorough! I am truly blessed to have him as my doctor.
