I gave my beautiful partner an Aussie hose set up for Christmas,as that's what she wanted. After organising the date and time, I was sent a confirmation for the job,and was told the fitter tradesman would call 30-40 minutes prior arrival. It was exactly that...30 mins prior, I received a phone call, and 30 minutes later he was there. How often does that happen? They are great and so professional to deal with. Would recommend them anytime.

Happy with the retractable hose reels although I am still adjusting to their uses. Also happy with their recommendations for the three quarter turn taps but more importantly, their service after the installation. We needed to have the water pressure adjusted on both reels and wasn't able to detach the components inside the hose connectors coz they were so well fitted and we didn't want to break them hence void the warranty and Aussie hose were happy to drop by and did them for us....Very impressive definitely deserves a thumb up from me.
