Very happy customer. John did a fantastic job installing our hose. He was very quick fitting the hose onto a post which was a better option for us. John provided a demonstration on how to use the retractable feature and how to prevent any damage. The complimentary sprayer is fantastic with 10 settings and easy to use. Excellent expert advice and installation, the hose reel is great and works really well. The new home we are in had very poor quality cheap external taps. When these were replaced with ball valve taps we have much better pressure and flow.
