The service and installation of the hose reels by Sam was was excellent. However don't get cond by their offer to buy two hose reels and get two watering guns free. They are the cheap, nasty and do not operate correctly. Do not get talked into changing you tap/s with the 1/4 Turn Griffo taps which you will be charged $125.00 each when you can buy them in most hardware outlets for $60.00

Auto hose reel and tap Had two 25 m auto hose reels fitted today with two new taps by Sam. Originally only booked one but when I saw this product in action had to have one installed for back garden also. Ideal for an older person who does not want to trip over tangled hoses. Price is not cheap but is reasonable considering it is product delivery and expert installation. My neighbour was so impressed she had Sam install one in her back garden. As Sam is a qualified plumber she asked him to quote her on an old gas hot water system and the price was so good she has gone ahead with a booking for a new system. We could not be more pleased with Sam's expertise and professionalism.

Aussie Hose and quarter turn tap were a Xmas gift to my 82 year aunt. Thank you to Michael who took care to get the installation at the right height and in the best functioning position on the brickwall for my aunt. Michael then took his time to make sure that my aunt could operate it correctly. This was a surprise present and Michael from Aussie Hoses played his role as Santa's helper. The process was very easy and I would certainly recommend their products as not only were they great for me but they make the perfect gift too!!!

Absolutely loved our experience with Aussie hoses. They come to your place to install everything for you, saving time & money. Dave was super friendly and had our new tap & hose installed in a matter of minutes! Our hose is so easy to use too, It rolls out to the length that you need it, and just a little tug is all it takes for it to roll itself back up. No more time wasted untangling the hose or rolling it back up when your finished! Wish I had of gotten one of these years ago! 100% recommend getting one, it’s a game changer.
