After the installation, he took time to explain the use of the hose and the bonus trigger nozzle. He was not just an installer; he is also a plumber. Better than a Pope. Seems very solid. They came with an add-on sell of the installation of a leakproof tap. Now, normally, I just say no to these add-ons, but I decided to take a chance. It was expensive, but it seems to be a good tap and easier to use. So, I recommend this service, because if you consider the alternative available through say Bunnings, the products are not that good, you have to do the install yourself, but most importantly, the lifespan of the commercial products through say Bunnings is not that good. This product seems to be very solid.
