What An amazing company! I called to get a clothes line installed, the ladies on the phone were absolutely amazing, very helpful, and provided a lot of support to my needs. had to change the dates around and they were lovely about it. The install day comes, and just as promised, a phone call 30min before he arrived, to say he was on his way. Sam got there and greated us professionally, friendly and with a smile. Amazing guy, did a clean good service and cleaned up after himself! Was lovely meeting him and dealing with this company overall! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

We had our Aussie Hose installed today. Andrew. A. provided fantastic service, he was prompt and very efficient. He noted that we had a leaking tap which was affecting the water pressure and we had it replaced with an Arco tap and it has definitely increased the pressure, which we are very grateful for. I gave my beautiful partner an Aussie hose set up for Christmas,as that's what she wanted. After organising the date and time, I was sent a confirmation for the job,and was told the fitter tradesman would call 30-40 minutes prior arrival. It was exactly that...30 mins prior, I received a phone call, and 30 minutes later he was there. How often does that happen? They are great and so professional to deal with. Would recommend them anytime.
