Love the Aussie hose! Was installed in our Strata block of 4 Units. Very professional, arrived at due time, contacted us prior to arrival to make sure we were home, super friendly, took care to install as to not disturb any plants, took no time at all. The process from sending an initial enquiry through to having the hoses installed was seamless and hassle free. No hard sell, just clear information on what my options were. Booked on Tuesday and installed by Saturday. Great customer service. Michael the installer was great and ran me through different options on where we could place the hoses and what might work best for us.
