Just want to say how easy it was from sending an enquiry to have a hose reel installed . From the lovely lady that called to arrange a day/time . They fitted in with me & when the day came I received a call with ample time for the installer to arrive . Sam was the installer & he was friendly , personable & professional. The hose is functional and neat; it eliminates the untidy hose mess. The installer inserted a solid metal post on which to attach it. It even rotates. The installer, Sam, was quick, competent, easy to speak with and professional.
