Emmanuel was prompt, friendly and efficient. He also fixed our leaking tap and installed a better one, now the water pressure is excellent! Love the hose reel, can tell the quality is much higher compared to the old Nylex Bunnings one we had.

Very happy with new hoses. With ordered two 30metre hoses. When being install young man installing told us we really only needed a 25 metre and a 30 metre, saving us $70. Very happy with his honesty. Also replace leaking tap for us.

I wish it hadn't taken me so long to discover Aussie Hoses! As a business owner of a small nursery, I do a lot of watering. I've been SO frustrated with our other 'retractable' hoses, which more often than not take considerable effort to get them to retract! Our new Aussie Hose retracts easily, the hose doesn't kink like our old hoses did, and the nozzle attachment options are excellent! Couldn't be happier and plan to have a couple more installed!
