Sam from Aussie Hoses/Aqua King Plumbing message the night before to confirm the time of arrival for the following day. Arrived just after 8am as promise and installed the hose plus change the tap too as it was leaking. Test it. Loving it. Sam is very friendly. Great customer service. We end up talking about kids as both have young families. Will recommend to families and friends for sure. 5 star.
