I had my hose installed today and all I can say is that I think it was Dan lovely guy very professional love my hose and so enjoyed watering my garden without the frustration of my old hose it looks great and didn’t take long I throughly recommend them and will do further business with them Thank you very much I give 10 stars

Sami was punctual, professional, friendly and approachable, explaining to and involving this non-DIYer! I simply knew what I needed, your ad popped and Sami delivered with Great advice and even better options including what size hose and that a 20m and a 25m has the same sized casing; the position; a full guide on using the new hose; replacing leaky taps with much easier opening and closing motion taps. I felt assured in his expertise to resolve some of my wishlist issues! Thank you, Sami.

Aussies are the best in service. Steve in particular was very thorough in the install. I’m glad they had their taps on hand as mine desperately needed replacing. Steve demonstrated how to use the hose and replaced my two garden taps. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Aussie hoses. They also do clotheslines too. I’ll keep them in mind for that. Liz
