I ordered the hose and free fitting maybe 2-3 weeks ago Sam arrived today within the specified time and called me 30 mins prior to arrival. He was very professional, super friendly and very proud of the product - rightly so, it's incredible quality and exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain how it works and suggested a tap upgrade that I would have done but we rent and can't change the taps. Excellent value and a no-brainer, what a great product and outcome. Incredible company to deal with. Within minutes of putting an enquiry through their website I received a call to organize a booking for the installation. Due to unforeseen circumstances that was moved, but the communication from the booking team was extremely efficient in the rescheduling. When I did get the installation done today it was done by the lovely WA State Manager - Camil who was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this business without any hesitation. I love the hose it’s lightweight and very ergonomic and retracts beautifully into the housing.
