I ordered the hose and free fitting maybe 2-3 weeks ago Sam arrived today within the specified time and called me 30 mins prior to arrival. He was very professional, super friendly and very proud of the product - rightly so, it's incredible quality and exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain how it works and suggested a tap upgrade that I would have done but we rent and can't change the taps. Excellent value and a no-brainer, what a great product and outcome.
