Before deciding to purchase one of these retractable hoses, we did a lot of research, and our searches gave us complete trust with this company. We also did many online searches for other retractable hoses, including Bunnings, and the large 20 metre retractable hose with this company trumped all others, when comparing value and quality. The communication before purchasing was excellent, the information asked for was excellent, and the whole installation was completed quickly, professionally and easily.
