Excellent expert advice and installation, the hose reel is great and works really well. The new home we are in had very poor quality cheap external taps. When these were replaced with ball valve taps we have much better pressure and flow.

Better than a Pope. Seems very solid. They came with an add-on sell of the installation of a leakproof tap. Now, normally, I just say no to these add-ons, but I decided to take a chance. It was expensive, but it seems to be a good tap and easier to use. So, I recommend this service, because if you consider the alternative available through say Bunnings, the products are not that good, you have to do the install yourself, but most importantly, the lifespan of the commercial products through say Bunnings is not that good. This product seems to be very solid.

Hose installations I purchased a 20ft and 30ft hose. Due to all 30ft being out of stock I was contacted and advised of a new installation date (today), or the original date should I opt for a 25ft instead. Communication was excellent. Sam (was excellent), installed my 2 hoses and arrived during the time slot allocated with a phone call prior to arrival advising he would be arriving soon. He provided options of where to locate the hoses (1 with a pole and the other in the brickwork), based on the layout of my property and provided excellent customer service in the installation and information on how to operate the hoses for maximum efficiency. The process from start (placing my order) to installation was seamless

Eddie is nice guy. He called 15 minutes prior to arrival on site. He installed 2 X 25 metres retractable hose reels, one reel required a post onto the concrete courtyard. Eddie explained the correct way to use the hose reel to lengthen its life timeline and cleaned up after finishing the job. I am very satisfied with Eddie's work and friendly manner. I would easily recommend him.
