5 stars for technician installation and speed of installation 2 stars for Customer service - miscommunication in scheduling a date, and instructions / process for installation and payment are inconsistent amongst team members. Incredibly frustrating it took multiple visits and missed calls to complete the job.

Eddie is nice guy. He called 15 minutes prior to arrival on site. He installed 2 X 25 metres retractable hose reels, one reel required a post onto the concrete courtyard. Eddie explained the correct way to use the hose reel to lengthen its life timeline and cleaned up after finishing the job. I am very satisfied with Eddie's work and friendly manner. I would easily recommend him.
