Heard of Aussie Hoses on 3AW and booked them to come and install 3 hoses. One on a rendered wall, one needed to go on a post supplied by them, and one on a fence. Just want to say how easy it was from sending an enquiry to have a hose reel installed . From the lovely lady that called to arrange a day/time . They fitted in with me & when the day came I received a call with ample time for the installer to arrive . Sam was the installer & he was friendly , personable & professional. David the installer arrived at the prearranged time and had the job finished in 20mins including replacing the outside tap with a quarter turn tap. No more kinking hose and the unit works exactly as advertised, we're very happy!

We had small hiccups with booking timing but it all turned out well and we were very happy with tradesman Emmanuel who did our install. He happily discussed placement options for the hose and helped to fix some tap issues we were having as well. We will book again for our next hose/tap needs..
