Initially annoyed at their lack of Customer Service because the wouldn't deliver to Wagga Wagga. They now have a eBay shop & they deliver (Go figure!!!) The hose arrived & I am delighted with it. It's very easy to use, I don't have to battle to pull it out & I don't lose a shoulder socket when it retracts. BRILLIANT PRODUCT!!
