Very happy with customer service from Aussie Hoses.com.au. We had the hose stuck couldn’t pull in or out and Sam actually came to our house the next day after sending utube link to help us and we just weren’t pulling hard enough, fixed in seconds, so grateful for the friendly service. We love the hose and have 2, and the brass taps. Game changer!
