Sam arrived nice and early and fitted the hose reel onto the post and also fitted a new garden tap which is so easy to turn on and off especially if you have arthritis. So happy with Aussie hoses they’re the best, I purchased one for the backyard a few years ago, and no problems at all, just love it, it’s so easy and now purchased one for the front yard and very happy indeed- it’s just so easy honestly the best purchase I’ve made, I love my garden that’s why I needed a great hose. Sam who installed my hose was so lovely and helpful. So thank you Aussie hoses for my Christmas present to me. Definitely recommend might be a little expensive but they’re the best hoses. The hose is functional and neat; it eliminates the untidy hose mess. The installer inserted a solid metal post on which to attach it. It even rotates. The installer, Sam, was quick, competent, easy to speak with and professional.
