I am beyond impressed with how Aussie Hoses handled my installation. Initially, there was a major scheduling conflict, and I was told my appointment would be pushed aside for a larger project. I was ready to take my business elsewhere, but the company’s response since then has completely changed my perspective. The technician John personally called me back and took the initiative to rearrange his entire schedule. He went completely out of his way and took extra measures to ensure he arrived today as originally promised. It’s rare to find someone who takes a commitment that seriously.
