The Aussie hoses representative was very polite and helpful on the phone Installer came the next day and was very helpful and friendly. I had problems also with the tap, and he had all parts and equipment to complete the job in a very short time. The price was right, and represented good value for money Would highly recommend Aussie hoses, and that particular installer at any time
