I came upon Aussie Hoses at the Royal Easter Show and bought 2 x hose reels to be installed. The following week, a booking was made with no effort and I was advised that I would be contacted at least 30 mins before they arrived. On the day of installation Michael advised time of arrival within 4 hrs and also called 30 mins prior to arriving. Michael installed 2 x retractable hoses from Aussie Hoses and replaced 3 x outside taps with Easy Turn Garden taps after explaining and showing me how much easier they were to operate. He removed old hoses and holders as well as showing how the hoses should be retracted and how the Easy turn taps worked. Michael advised the warranty periods for both Aussie Hoses and Easy Turn taps. My overall experience with Michael and Aussie Hoses has been exceptional.

Superior customer service right from the enquiry to the installation. Even beyond. Elias quickly and neatly installed 2 hoses at my property and he also showed a couple of options for taps if I needed them replaced, which we agreed at a discounted price. He also surprised us by installing a manual timer in the agreed price of the taps, making our life a bit more easier with the timer.

After one too many years of tangled, kinking and regularly leaking non-reel hoses, I knew an upgrade was needed. Aussie Hoses were the perfect solution. They organised a time within a week of my initial phone inquiry for inspection and installation. Jon contacted me the day before to confirm the time he would be arriving, and telephoned me on the day shortly before he arrived. Jon was affable, helpful and efficient, installing the new Aussie Hoses in no time at all without any trouble. This was followed by a clear, easy to follow demonstration of how the hoses work. Jon's professionalism, together with the high quality of the hoses and ease of operating them indicated that I had made the right choice. It's wonderful to be rid of messy, tangled hoses sprawled all over the ground!

Good old fashioned courteous service August 2023. I live in a regional area of Port Stephens which is often difficult to get any type of service. Aussie Hoses came out within a week of ordering the 20m package. The unit was promptly installed along with a tap that I will no longer have to get washers for or struggle to turn on and off. The agent was very polite and efficient and did not waste any time with the installation. Thank you Aussie hoses.
