Sammy is, hands down, the loveliest, most efficient, respectful & helpful tradie I have ever had come to my home. He went thru how to use my new hose. He also noticed my tap fitting was leaking. I up dated it also with Aussie Hoses fitting. I am also thrilled with my Aussie Hose, it has changed my "Garden Life", water is imperative for the gardens survival thru our summer days. I found Aussie Hoses on a Youtube ad. Looked at their website and it seemed very good. Called and placed and an order for two. It was scheduled and the day before I got an sms reminder. Then on the day, I got another sms 30 minutes before arrival. Peter came and the installation was done in no time. I asked for a third hose reel and some additional work on another tap and Peter happily did the extra work which was not scheduled. I found Peter's work outstanding. He was very friendly and professional. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. It has been a few days now and I have used the new hose reels several times,. They are fantastic. Should have done this years ago.

Sam from Aussie Hoses/Aqua King Plumbing message the night before to confirm the time of arrival for the following day. Arrived just after 8am as promise and installed the hose plus change the tap too as it was leaking. Test it. Loving it. Sam is very friendly. Great customer service. We end up talking about kids as both have young families. Will recommend to families and friends for sure. 5 star.
