What a great young man is Sam who did our install. On time, quick worker and explained everything at handover. He even upsold us because our taps were 35 years old, but we were happy for his advice. Very genuine and pleasant young man topping off a great experience with Aussie.

30m Retractable Hose Reel Fantastic service provided by Danny. Not only completed the installation of the 30m retractable hose reel, but helped my 92 year old Dad by replacing the tap, but also carried in some bags of soil for him. First class and very quick service. I’ve really only just got it but- The cassette and hose appears to be of very good quality and a neat and easy thing to use. The installer also took time to explain the workings which are important eg the cleaning of the hose before retraction etc. It wasn’t just install and go, it was like the effort taken in delivering a new appliance. The unit is not cheap but I feel very good value.

Sam from Aussie Hoses/Aqua King Plumbing message the night before to confirm the time of arrival for the following day. Arrived just after 8am as promise and installed the hose plus change the tap too as it was leaking. Test it. Loving it. Sam is very friendly. Great customer service. We end up talking about kids as both have young families. Will recommend to families and friends for sure. 5 star.
