Emmanuel who came and fitted the new reel was friendly and efficient, explained and demonstrated its features, and accepted payment once it was in place and I was satisfied with the hose. Very happy customer and the Aussie unit looks like it will last much longer than the old one.

Emmanuel was very prompt and courteous. Emmanuel also advised that two of my hose taps were leaking and provided an explanation as to why. He provided a recommendation on how he could rectify the issue without the hard sell. The replacement taps were of a high standard and the cost of the product and install was very reasonable.
