Emmanuel, the installer, phoned me in time so he could make a start and I could get home and meet him with the job done. We decided to add a 25m hose as well as the tap and in no time at all, Emmanuel had fitted it securely to the concrete wall. Efficiency: ✅, Good communication: ✅, Do I recommend his services and Aussie Hoses? Yes indeed! In every way! ✅✅✅

For the fact I spoke to a real person, a very pleasant one too. Ha, no audio voice & to not have to press any numbers to get to where I needed to go, oh how REFRESHING re both. Good old Aussie service, rarely given these days. I was so eager to do business with this company immediately. Very glad I did, the process was very efficient, all came about as promised. Lovey man,Sam, was there in 2 days of my call & had this fantastic retractable hose all set up. He was very friendly, polite, helpful & did an excellent job. He asked if I would like to see the quarter turn tap the company sold, he could see my tap was leaking & very hard to turn. I have bad arthritis in both hands so I was keen to have a look. This tap was exactly the answer to REALLY help an old person with painful hands. I was NOT pushed at all to buy the tap, I am SO grateful I have it. Oh what a much more pleasant job for me to go out now to water. I SO easily turn tap on with lever & to just cruise into watering with my GREAT, manageable Aussie hose. I am very pleased to write this review for an extremely old style Aussie company.

Ordered on 9/12/23 and installed 12/12/2023 at my home! Definitely value for Money.I think their FB Advt said 10/10 kink resistance rating and the installer confirmed it. Need to wait and see, if it lives upto what was advertised. I and Mrs are happy as of now!

Sammi the technician has fitted 2 hose reels at my house in the front and rear yards plus a clothesline for us. The products are sturdy, strong and look good. I recommend Aussie Hoses for there good workmanship, these guys are the real deal and Sammi is a terrific bloke, was polite, courteous and left no mess after his installations.

Replaced old Hill’s hose (under warranty) with new Aussie hose at no cost. Very fair outcome. We have three Aussie hoses and three Hill hoses. We think they are great.
