Initially annoyed at their lack of Customer Service because the wouldn't deliver to Wagga Wagga. They now have a eBay shop & they deliver (Go figure!!!) The hose arrived & I am delighted with it. It's very easy to use, I don't have to battle to pull it out & I don't lose a shoulder socket when it retracts. BRILLIANT PRODUCT!!

Installation was perfect! Sammi texted me in advance what time he was coming, came on time and installed the hose in just 10 mins! Left the place spotless! However the hose itself felt like an average retractable hose.

Punctual. Provided post to attach the hose. Changed tap fitting with stronger water pressure & no leak. Instructed us both on how to use the hose. The extras cost more than I anticipated but were necessary. He was quick & efficient.

Arrived just after 8am as promise and installed the hose plus change the tap too as it was leaking. Test it. Loving it. Sam is very friendly. Great customer service.
