I found Aussie Hoses on a Youtube ad. Looked at their website and it seemed very good. Called and placed and an order for two. It was scheduled and the day before I got an sms reminder. Then on the day, I got another sms 30 minutes before arrival. Peter came and the installation was done in no time. I asked for a third hose reel and some additional work on another tap and Peter happily did the extra work which was not scheduled. I found Peter's work outstanding. He was very friendly and professional. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. It has been a few days now and I have used the new hose reels several times,. They are fantastic. Should have done this years ago.

Metua was awesome and very friendly, when he arrived we had an idea of where and how we wanted the hoses to be set up, after having a look at our suggestion, Metua suggested another option which was much better suited to our needs, the positioning was also better for the visual and functionality, we had 3 hoses installed. They look great and work well, very comfortable with our decision. The whole process was very easy and right from the first phone call there was no pressure. The better half is extremely happy.

Wish more tradies were like Emmanuel from Aussie Hoses. He was considerate, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job of installing a new clothes line and hose reel. He explained the function of the hose reel and even asked my opinion in regards to the positioning of the winder on the line. Most tradies do the job to their liking and you are stuck with it. John came out today to install our hose. Was great that we could get installation on a Saturday. The hose and reel look amazing, great colour, neat & tidy. The spray nozzle makes me excited to water the garden. John went above and beyond. His customer service is top notch. My son and l were very impressed with him and couldn’t recommend him enough.
