Eddy did a fantastic job installing two hose reels. He called me 30 minutes before he arrived. He was on time and extremely professional. He advised me to replace the taps with high pressure taps, which I did, and he charged me a reasonable fee for doing so. The overall process went smoothly and quickly., taking less than an hour in total. I highly recommend this company.

The hose is functional and neat; it eliminates the untidy hose mess. The installer inserted a solid metal post on which to attach it. It even rotates. The installer, Sam, was quick, competent, easy to speak with and professional.

I came upon Aussie Hoses at the Royal Easter Show and bought 2 x hose reels to be installed. The following week, a booking was made with no effort and I was advised that I would be contacted at least 30 mins before they arrived. On the day of installation Michael advised time of arrival within 4 hrs and also called 30 mins prior to arriving. Michael installed 2 x retractable hoses from Aussie Hoses and replaced 3 x outside taps with Easy Turn Garden taps after explaining and showing me how much easier they were to operate. He removed old hoses and holders as well as showing how the hoses should be retracted and how the Easy turn taps worked. Michael advised the warranty periods for both Aussie Hoses and Easy Turn taps. My overall experience with Michael and Aussie Hoses has been exceptional.

Talk about the perfect experience. I was in the car on way to work when I heard an advertisement on 2GB. I enquired online / was contacted within 2 hours and had somebody at my house the next day to install 2 hose reels and a clothesline. Products great but the experience was seamless, easy and very professional. I had been looking for reels for a while however didn’t know who I would get to install as I have hebel walls - which means you need to get posts installed which had me putting this off and off. Big thanks to the team on delivering a great seamless experience.
