So happy with Aussie hoses they’re the best, I purchased one for the backyard a few years ago, and no problems at all, just love it, it’s so easy and now purchased one for the front yard and very happy indeed- it’s just so easy honestly the best purchase I’ve made, I love my garden that’s why I needed a great hose. Sam who installed my hose was so lovely and helpful. So thank you Aussie hoses for my Christmas present to me. Definitely recommend might be a little expensive but they’re the best hoses. I also have an extension hose as I don’t have a tap nearby and it’s exactly what i wanted.

First class and very quick service. I’ve really only just got it but- The cassette and hose appears to be of very good quality and a neat and easy thing to use. The installer also took time to explain the workings which are important eg the cleaning of the hose before retraction etc. It wasn’t just install and go, it was like the effort taken in delivering a new appliance. The unit is not cheap but I feel very good value.
