The buying process and the installation is brilliant. There is a 2 year warranty on the reel. So the the ease of use without the tangles makes gardening a breeze. We also updated our taps as they were identified as water pressure restricting type installed by our builder. It was a night and day difference once the taps were changed over. Overall a stellar company to deal with and comes as highly recommended.

Aussie Hoses replaced my garden hoses on two separate occasions. I am personally very satisfied with both hoses. Works really well. I had an option to add to my purchase a replacement of an old leaking tap, which was wonderful. The customer service and communication was very efficient and professional. Installation was very quick and neat. I appreciated the extra time and effort that was given to explain the accurate usage of the hoses to ensure longevity.
