Purchased the Aussie Hose reel from the Sydney Home show and it was installed earlier this week. They contacted me very quickly to arrange a suitable installation date. Technician was prompt and quickly installed the reel in my preferred location. He suggested we move it slightly to ensure that it sat flush with the brickwork - great idea!! He took the time to show me how to operate it - and was gone in less than 30 mins!! Great service - and love the new hose reel!! Thank you!! I Highly recommend Aussie Hoses!!

We have heard so much about Aussie Hoses in the media that led us to contact them for the supply and installation of a 30m hose. We were not disappointed with the superior and fast customer service from the enquiry to the installation. Mr. Peter Dimitry was polite, courteous, informative and efficient. He was on time. After the installation, he took time to explain the use of the hose and the bonus trigger nozzle. He was not just an installer; he is also a plumber. We were surprised that he solved all our other plumbing problems that we did not know. We highly recommend Aussie Hoses. Besides, they also have other products that are available in their web site.
