Emmanuel, the installer, phoned me in time so he could make a start and I could get home and meet him with the job done. We decided to add a 25m hose as well as the tap and in no time at all, Emmanuel had fitted it securely to the concrete wall. Very quick from initial inquiry to installation of hose and tap on Wednesday. Jonathan came to install and he was fabulous. His communication was excellent from the start, then his explanation and ‘tour’ of both items on the day, were fun and thorough and he was so quick and professional and obviously loves what he does. AMAZING!!! I bought my Mum a hose a year ago for Xmas, and she still raves about how much she loves the install and product. So I ordered my own this year! All my plants are dying because I hate fighting with a hose. lol. The installer was very lovely and gave great advice. One thing I really appreciate is you indicate what you think you want, and at install they test it and recommend a slightly different product if it’s more appropriate for you. Strongly strongly recommend. Worth every sent. A quick phone call, and a week later I have hoses!
