Sammi the technician has fitted 2 hose reels at my house in the front and rear yards plus a clothesline for us. The products are sturdy, strong and look good. David the installer arrived at the prearranged time and had the job finished in 20mins including replacing the outside tap with a quarter turn tap. No more kinking hose and the unit works exactly as advertised, we're very happy!
