Sami was punctual, professional, friendly and approachable, explaining to and involving this non-DIYer! I simply knew what I needed, your ad popped and Sami delivered with Great advice and even better options including what size hose and that a 20m and a 25m has the same sized casing; the position; a full guide on using the new hose; replacing leaky taps with much easier opening and closing motion taps.
