Wish more tradies were like Emmanuel from Aussie Hoses. He was considerate, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job of installing a new clothes line and hose reel. He explained the function of the hose reel and even asked my opinion in regards to the positioning of the winder on the line. Most tradies do the job to their liking and you are stuck with it. Superior customer service right from the enquiry to the installation. Even beyond. Elias quickly and neatly installed 2 hoses at my property and he also showed a couple of options for taps if I needed them replaced, which we agreed at a discounted price. He also surprised us by installing a manual timer in the agreed price of the taps, making our life a bit more easier with the timer.

AMAZING!!! I bought my Mum a hose a year ago for Xmas, and she still raves about how much she loves the install and product. So I ordered my own this year! All my plants are dying because I hate fighting with a hose. lol. The installer was very lovely and gave great advice. One thing I really appreciate is you indicate what you think you want, and at install they test it and recommend a slightly different product if it’s more appropriate for you. Strongly strongly recommend. Worth every sent. A quick phone call, and a week later I have hoses!

Good old fashioned courteous service August 2023. I live in a regional area of Port Stephens which is often difficult to get any type of service. Aussie Hoses came out within a week of ordering the 20m package. The unit was promptly installed along with a tap that I will no longer have to get washers for or struggle to turn on and off. The agent was very polite and efficient and did not waste any time with the installation. Thank you Aussie hoses.

Wow. Im totally lost for words. I had an Aussie Hoses technician come and install 2 Hoses and a clothes line for me and the service and professionalism shown was outstanding. But it gets better. My elderly neighbour loved the Hoses I had installed but couldn't afford to have one installed so Sam the technician fitted a new hose reel at mo cost to anyone whatsoever.
