The value to purchase a hose with the reel and comes with installation is definitely back for buck. The installer was friendly, quick and efficient. We talked through a suitable location for the reel placement and after it was installed, we went through a quick demo and test to make sure I was comfortable with using the hose. So far it has been easy to use.
