Good old fashioned courteous service August 2023. I live in a regional area of Port Stephens which is often difficult to get any type of service. Aussie Hoses came out within a week of ordering the 20m package. The unit was promptly installed along with a tap that I will no longer have to get washers for or struggle to turn on and off.
