After one too many years of tangled, kinking and regularly leaking non-reel hoses, I knew an upgrade was needed. Aussie Hoses were the perfect solution. They organised a time within a week of my initial phone inquiry for inspection and installation. Jon contacted me the day before to confirm the time he would be arriving, and telephoned me on the day shortly before he arrived. Jon was affable, helpful and efficient, installing the new Aussie Hoses in no time at all without any trouble. This was followed by a clear, easy to follow demonstration of how the hoses work. Jon's professionalism, together with the high quality of the hoses and ease of operating them indicated that I had made the right choice. We had our Aussie Hose installed today. Andrew. A. provided fantastic service, he was prompt and very efficient. He noted that we had a leaking tap which was affecting the water pressure and we had it replaced with an Arco tap and it has definitely increased the pressure, which we are very grateful for. The value to purchase a hose with the reel and comes with installation is definitely back for buck. The installer was friendly, quick and efficient. We talked through a suitable location for the reel placement and after it was installed, we went through a quick demo and test to make sure I was comfortable with using the hose. So far it has been easy to use.
