If you don’t want to have the hassle of installing a hose reel, I suggest giving the job to Aussie hoses. Team was great from the moment I called them, offered an appointment that was flexible for me and they were reliable by checking 1 day before and as well as notifying before coming down for installation. Michael did the installation for me and gave a discount on replacing my leaking tap too. Convenient on payment methods and digital invoicing as well. Totally recommend. Very happy with the product. Purchased one for myself and one for my mother. I thought the hose would be easier to pull out and lock in than it is (not for me, but for my mother). Also, retracting it takes a bit of strength as well. Not sure it’s the right product for someone a bit older. BUT all in all I’m happy with it for myself.

Steve called before arriving and did an excellent job. Provided great service, I even bought 3 power tap heads along with the pole to hang the hose as I didn't want to mount on my wall. Product looks great and sturdy but a bit too early at the moment to rate the product itself as it's only been two days. Can only hope it is as durable over the years as some have made it out to be...
