Sami came to install a Wall hose unit yesterday at my residence and did a fantastic job. Sami is a thorough Professional, friendly and well informed. Sami's sales pitch (got upsaled and also added a second unit plus two high pressure tap). Highly recommend him and Aussie hoses. Thank you.

Heard the ads on Ray Hadley on 2CC here in Canberra. Steve came out and was fantastic!! Called me prior to arriving and installed front and back hoses in a short time with no mess. Could not recommend them more!!

Update: installed in Dec 2022, hoses still working well as of Oct 2023...and still working Jul 2024. Installed a 30m retractable hose for $269.00 and 2x Arco taps ($99 each) on Eddy's advice. Retractable hose: pricing was similar to higher quality hoses at Bunnings (Holman, Gardena, $226 and $252 respectively as at Dec 2022). Aussie Hoses also included installation for free, which I thought was worth it. Can't say anything about the quality of these hoses yet given I've just had them installed. Will update if anything breaks but otherwise assume they are good. Arco taps: didn't plan on getting them but was upsold on Eddy's advice that they'll rust the pipes the taps are attached to. My old brass taps were mostly green. Paid for the taps just to be on the safe side as I'm not a plumber. Alternative pricing I can see is from O'Connells Plumbing for $25.45 each (as at Dec 2022) although they are in Queensland so shipping fees probably apply. No reliable pricing from Ebay or Reece. Service: Eddy was friendly and communicative, called 30 minutes beforehand. Got the placement of the hose right so provided good advice there. Provided a demonstration of the product. Thumbs up. Afterservice: Will update if I get the chance...hopefully not.

Emanuel installed two hoses and changed the taps that he discovered were leaking. He was friendly, prompt, efficient and explained thoroughly how to use the hoses. The products are amazing and we highly recommend Aussie hoses.

Peter was very polite, helpful and experienced. He installed the hose and demonstrated the product. He also helped me to choose the location to best suit our needs. He saw me struggling to tie the old hose and he jumped in and give me a hand. Highly recommend!!
