Sami installed 2 hose reels and a foldable clothesline. Sami was very quick and professional.

We had the pleasure of meeting Camil who installed the hose reels. He was personable and infectious. He was quick and efficient. We recommend Aussie Hoses to anyone looking for a fully installed hose reel, however, the taps are not included in the price of the hose reel. But we recommend them to be fitted to make turning on the tap easier!

Very happy with the product. Purchased one for myself and one for my mother. I thought the hose would be easier to pull out and lock in than it is (not for me, but for my mother). Also, retracting it takes a bit of strength as well. Not sure it’s the right product for someone a bit older. BUT all in all I’m happy with it for myself.
