Great product and excellent service We purchased 3 of the hoses and the installer came and installed for us. He is very professional and punctual. Hose is excellent quality, much better than I thought when I saw the photos online.

Auto hose reel and tap Had two 25 m auto hose reels fitted today with two new taps by Sam. Originally only booked one but when I saw this product in action had to have one installed for back garden also. Ideal for an older person who does not want to trip over tangled hoses. Price is not cheap but is reasonable considering it is product delivery and expert installation. My neighbour was so impressed she had Sam install one in her back garden. As Sam is a qualified plumber she asked him to quote her on an old gas hot water system and the price was so good she has gone ahead with a booking for a new system. We could not be more pleased with Sam's expertise and professionalism.

Good chat on the phone to arrange a time and day for the free installation. Emmanuel who came and fitted the new reel was friendly and efficient, explained and demonstrated its features, and accepted payment once it was in place and I was satisfied with the hose. Very happy customer and the Aussie unit looks like it will last much longer than the old one.

From the initial contact to the day of installation the whole process was handled efficiently and professionally. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful and John the installer was on time friendly listened to me when I showed him where I wanted the hoses to be installed, John explained how to and how not to operate the hoses, so far we are pleased with our choice and hopefully get many years of use out of them.
