I am posting on behalf of my Mum. Ive wanted to get her a retractable hose for years & decided to get her one for her 79th bday. She agreed it was a great idea as her whopping long hose was also lying about (as per a previous review). As she is in a village, her main concern was who & how to install it. I spoke with friends about the the other brand, however my mate told me about Aussie Hoses and their free installation after hearing about it on 2GB radio. I immediately got on to them and was able to secure her a hose, installed, with a free nozzle! Then came the hiccup. As she has astro turf upon a layer of road base with a sandy loam underneath, the guys weren't sure about securing the post as it was the first they had come across. Turned out all mum had to do was wait for the cement to dry! She was so stoked with the one I got for her, she then asked the guys if they could put one in the front for her too!! Without hesitation, they installed that with the most professional diligence & courtesy. Payment is made on the date of installation, cash or credit (so easy!) And they were installed on her birthday!!! How good is that! I recommend Aussie Hoses to Everyone!! Thank you so much!, I don't have to worry about her tripping over the ol' green snake any more!

Eddie was great to deal with. Eddie was genuine and professional. We were booked in for 1 hose reel and ended up with 2 reels plus new taps due to Eddie's knowledge & expertise. No more dragging hoses around, a little excited here 😊 Highly recommended.
