Emmanuel, the installer, phoned me in time so he could make a start and I could get home and meet him with the job done. We decided to add a 25m hose as well as the tap and in no time at all, Emmanuel had fitted it securely to the concrete wall. I had a retractable Aussie hose fitted today and was very impressed with the service. Sam arrived nice and early and fitted the hose reel onto the post and also fitted a new garden tap which is so easy to turn on and off especially if you have arthritis.
