Sami was extremely knowledgeable and excellent in the installation of my 30m auto retractable Aussie hose. He was able to allow me to make an informed decision on which hose option was best for my needs. He also provided extra value by educating me on the benefits of upgrading to a ‘high pressure quarter turn garden tap’ to avoid leakages and improve efficiency.
