Sam, in particular..: punctual, courteous, professional and thoughtful..relating to where the best place for installation, etc. Plus..: excellent advice... : a few good tips relating to my using the retracteable hose, etc ! It looks an excellent product as well....strong,easy to use,well made ,long lasting .. and very practical . Debbie , in their office,initially, was also excellent. Getting a quote, advising when Sam could be here ( he gave me a 'courtesy call', when 40 minutes away, on installation day !). She made a huge impact on my decision to choose " Aussie Hoses"....it's very important, these days, to get good 'before' AND 'after' sales service. They provided that ! DIY attempts to drill to masonry has put me off but having Aussie Hoses professionally installed the hoses got me over the line.
