Metua did a great job. He was very polite and solved all my problems and always with a smile.

I came upon Aussie Hoses at the Royal Easter Show and bought 2 x hose reels to be installed. The following week, a booking was made with no effort and I was advised that I would be contacted at least 30 mins before they arrived. On the day of installation Michael advised time of arrival within 4 hrs and also called 30 mins prior to arriving. Michael installed 2 x retractable hoses from Aussie Hoses and replaced 3 x outside taps with Easy Turn Garden taps after explaining and showing me how much easier they were to operate. He removed old hoses and holders as well as showing how the hoses should be retracted and how the Easy turn taps worked. Michael advised the warranty periods for both Aussie Hoses and Easy Turn taps. My overall experience with Michael and Aussie Hoses has been exceptional.

Sami was punctual, professional, friendly and approachable, explaining to and involving this non-DIYer! I simply knew what I needed, your ad popped and Sami delivered with Great advice and even better options including what size hose and that a 20m and a 25m has the same sized casing; the position; a full guide on using the new hose; replacing leaky taps with much easier opening and closing motion taps. I felt assured in his expertise to resolve some of my wishlist issues! Thank you, Sami.

Good communication on the day which was greatly appreciated after a lot of messing around with the office with installation needing adjustment, wrong number being used and long delays. BUT .. When he got here, Eddy was friendly, super efficient and got the job done quickly. Thankyou! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five stars for Eddy!

Was looking online for a new hose, came across Aussie Hoses.. the website was so easy to use 1 week later I had Emmanuel come by and done a FREE installation, the customer service was 10/10 he gave a call half an hour before he came and when he came he got the job done very quickly then gave a demonstration on how to use the hoses, they are a great product so easy to use, just what I needed! We would highly recommend Aussie Hoses. Peter our installer was very professional, accommodating to our needs and explained all the processes to install and use this awesome system.
