I was impressed with the communication leading up to my booking & that the tradie actually turned up - and on time! Sammi was punctual, polite, friendly, professional, efficient & knowledgeable. I ended up installing a hose & 2 new taps. He gave me a demo on how to use the hose then quickly mounted a hose I had lying around. These small maintenance jobs make such a difference to the tidiness, access & maintenance of the garden! And the positive customer experience didn’t make it feel like a hassle. The installer was incredibly efficient. Our second hose from Aussie hoses. He also noticed a gas smell, as the gas tap was next to the water tap. He tested and tightened the gas fitting, fixing something that could have potentially been very dangerous. Above and beyond thank you.

Very happy with new hoses. With ordered two 30metre hoses. When being install young man installing told us we really only needed a 25 metre and a 30 metre, saving us $70. Very happy with his honesty. Also replace leaking tap for us.
