Booked 2 x 30 metre hose reels from a pop up stall at the Floriade festival canberra. A few weeks later, hoses were installed at my residence in NSW. I was surprised and impressed at the quality of the reels and the performance as i have had pricey reels from bunnings that are absolute garbage compared to Aussie Hoses. Very happy with the product and the service

The buying process and the installation is brilliant. There is a 2 year warranty on the reel. So the the ease of use without the tangles makes gardening a breeze. We also updated our taps as they were identified as water pressure restricting type installed by our builder. It was a night and day difference once the taps were changed over. Overall a stellar company to deal with and comes as highly recommended.
