Verified Love Smoke N Fire. It is a regular stop for me every week as I plan my weekend BBQ. I just wish it was closer to McGonigle's meat market! - Good selection of smokers and grills. Stick smokers, ceramic smokers, Weber grills, etc... I purchased my Kamado Joe here and it's been a high quality product that I've got a lot of enjoyment from. - They teach BBQ classes here with chef McPeake! The classes are hard, if not impossible, to get into because they sell-out 6 months in advance. However if you purchase a smoker, you get priority enrollment in the class. I've attended the class and found it very helpful. - HUGE selection of rubs and sauces. - Large variety of equipment, tools and supplies. - Good variety of lump charcoal and flavored woods. Why not 5 stars? Not a lot of staff. They're usually busy on weekends. Every time I have a question, it takes a good 10-15 minutes to corner a staff member and get help. Long waits at the check-out register too. They're a bit pricy too. I have a friend in the same business in Springfield, MO. His prices are usually a bit lower than Smoke N Fire's, not to mention less sales tax.
