Went in for a CT of the sinus after having a sinus infection. The overall process was very smooth and the staff very professional.

The place was totally cool and they all wore face protection and it's also mandatory for all visitors I filled out the the forms and the lady technician was very professional and prompt so it didn't take long for me to go in and out of that place I most definitely give them a high score For their efforts and keeping up with this hard times ( Covid-19) prevention

Great team! Christy an amazing nurse. Marvin and Guy were caring, & professional. I highly recommend Tower St. John's imaging. And the ladies (Amanda & Rubina) that meet you at the reception desk are kind and welcoming.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. The staff is always accommodating, polite and upbeat. The facility is clean and easy to access. In addition, there is free valet parking during the week.

I always have a great experience at Tower Saint John's Imaging for my yearly mammogram for the past 15 years. The receptionists are kind and welcoming, the wait times are short, and the mammograms are quick and efficient. The mammography technicians (I've had two different ones) doing my mammograms are sensitive and explain every motion before doing it so I am not startled, and try to make it as comfortable as possible.

Since I went early in the morning not a lot of waiting time which was great. All the staff were so nice.

As a woman of a certain age and time in my life, I’ve had my fair share of imaging exams over the years. While my past experiences at Tower Imaging at St. John’s were never terrible, today’s visit was on an entirely different level. It truly reminded me how much of a difference the right person can make during a sensitive and intimate exam.When you’re having a pelvic or other personal imaging exam, you’re already in a vulnerable position. You’re not just another appointment on a schedule you’re a human being who deserves dignity, warmth, and reassurance. That’s exactly what I received from Wynona. From the moment she walked in with her beautiful, genuine smile, I felt completely at ease. Her presence was calming. She had this natural ability to make the room feel safe and comfortable not clinical or rushed. She spoke with kindness, explained everything clearly, and treated me with such respect. There was nothing mechanical or impersonal about the experience. It never felt like a chore to her. It felt like she truly cared.I’ve had this same type of procedure before, and I can honestly say they were not as pleasant. In the past, Its felt awkward or like they just needed to “get through it.” Today was different. Wynona’s demeanor, her compassion, and her professionalism made what could have been uncomfortable feel manageable and even empowering. That matters more than people realize.Exceptional technicians like Wynona are rare. She embodies what patient care should look like skillful, empathetic, attentive, and reassuring. If it’s possible, I will absolutely be requesting her for every future exam. She is the one I want in the room during such personal moments. Her supervisors should know what an asset she is. Quite honestly, she should be training others. She sets the standard for how patients should feel when they walk into that room seen, respected, and cared for.
