If you want internet that works, is reliable, try Telair. I needed reliability not speed. I got both. I showed my internet sucking teenagers the different speeds and their eyes popped out. It is safe, faster, more reliable. I am no longer concerned about latency, drop outs, or congestion, during my court appointments, I have what I want.

The team was friendly, efficient, and supportive. They proactively created the ticket on my behalf and notified me via email with the relevant link. All necessary details were clearly provided. They didn’t pressure me to close the ticket, allowing ample time to confirm everything was working as expected. This is exactly how a help desk support team should operate—full marks so far.

Great assistance right from our first contact through to the final set up. The process took some time to move from our existing provider however it went very smoothly and we had great support from Henry who was alway polite, positive and cheerful to speak to. The service team have been wonderful too.

After 2 years, the service has been excellent. Minimal interruption, and when there was a problem, the team were onto it fast. Even with a complex installation at a remote location, the team kept us up to date and the service was up and running on the day we expected it.

Just wanted to say how happy we are with the level of service supplied by the Perth Telair Team. After some issues with the installation of our new phone system all it took was 1 phone call of 2 minutes, speaking to a person not a machine I might add and no time spent on hold! The next day we had Tony back onsite to start to rectify the issues. This was quickly followed up with a phone call from Daniel The GM and ongoing daily contact with Hitesh until it was rectified, then follow up calls to ensure all was functioning properly. I think it speaks volumes when senior management gets involved with issues affecting a customer. It shows that a business puts its customers needs first and escalating issues to management shows a well functioning team, with customer support as a core value. I searched intensively for a VOIP and NBN provider for our office. I was at first very daunted as its a large market of providers all offering very similar prices. Telair was the standout for me. The Team at Telair have exceeded our expectations, through the sales process the gentleman named Ziggy, did not try and hard sell at all like other companies, rather he was understanding and allow us time to review all our options. Ziggy provided me so much insight and education of not only what Telair could offer, but how these systems work, and what to watch out for when comparing. Excellent service and follow through - our connection with the NBN was seamless.

The setup at our site was particularly difficult given our requirements and some configuration problems by NBN. There was a lot of back and forth between ourselves, Telair and ultimatley NBN to sort out speed issues and reverse DNS but once sorted, the service has been exceptional. Tech support by Telair has been first class - a huge change from our previous provider. The rate was somewhat higher than that offered by others but comparing the fine print, the Telair service was a better match for our needs and worth the cost. At the end of the day, service matters most and Telair delivered.

The product is easy to use and we do not have any latency or drop outs. Ability to make and answer calls from the system (and the same number) using a mobile or other phone is a great facility. Service is outstanding; very quick response to any issue.

Our business switched from landlines to Telair's VOIP service. Through this setup process, staff were friendly to deal with and addressed each question that I posed through to it's completion. Although I would have like to have dealt with one individual for each new issues that I raised, I found that each staff member would work to bring a quick and workable solution for my problems.

We have a really old phone system so when we switched over to the NBN and changed our VOIP Service, we had some issues which we didn't quite understand. Whilst TelAir did not cause our issues, instead of saying not our problem, they provided us with a temporary resolution so we could continue to operate our business whilst they worked quickly with our previous providers to resolve our issues. Our phone system would still be in a mess if it wasn't for TelAir.

Telair provide our national business with SIP trunk phone hosting. As one of the business owners, I found their service and knowledge to be accurate and reliable. I would definitely recommend them if you need a national reliable phone service.

Since switching providers to Telair we have seen huge savings on our monthly bills. The initial transition was seamless and hassle free with constant support and updates provided by Ed, Damien and the team. They have also helped us implement new technology to improve our customer contact efficiency. Lincom Group have been dealing with Telair for over 6 years. From the moment we met Ed from Telair we moved all our Internet connections from Telstra. Reason for this is Telair managed to find us connections from multiple providers as well as Telstra at a far better rate. We saved so much moving everything to Telair that we also decided to migrate our on premise phone system to a cloud PBX system which linked all our offices to a single phone system. We also have moved our Telstra mobile phones to Telair to manage them and again Telair have saved us money by managing our mobile phones. The support provided by Telair is top notch and all the staff that work at Telair are very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I am dumbfounded by these other reviews. We have been with Telair for over three years in business. And I have been part of another company that was with Telair for 2 years. They have always been extremely helpful, often going out of their way to ensure that we had the service we needed. There were occasions where we had major issues with the service itself, but the issue was with the supplier themselves and Telair were in constant contact with us during all of these issues to let us know how the supplier was going with the issue, right up to the point that it was solved.
