I'd like to reiterate to everyone on your team how valuable our relationship with Visiting Angels has been to our family. My mother was blessed when the caregiver walked into her life. In fact, when Mom was in ICU, the only voice that she reacted to was when the caregiver spoke. Even though she was fully sedated, her eyes would open slightly and we could all witness a visible connection. It was very comforting to know the last sounds she likely heard was her Angel and best friend speaking softly to her. You made a tremendous impact in one person's final years, and since that's all that we might expect of ourselves in this life, it was an effort perfectly fulfilled. Thank you again for everything. We will share our experience with all of you and encourage them to call you for compassionate personal care and companionship when similar needs arise in their lives.

Hattie is my mom’s visiting Angel and she is an Angel. She’s a perfect fit for my mom. She’s willing to travel to doctors appointments do pretty much anything for her and keeps the family updated. We all love her.

What a wonderful experience that I received. Angels was able to place Brittney for my dad. I can’t tell you how helpful she was. She completed every task we gave her and was above and beyond. My Dad was hospitalized and we needed immediate in home care following his discharge. The agency was extremely responsive. I sent an email inquiry late at night and got a call first thing in the morning. Paper work was emailed promptly. Once finished and after we discussed our needs we were staffed immediately. A delay in his discharge postponed his return home. The agency was very understanding and made adjustments as needed. The care taker in my father’s home is extremely professional. She shows up on time and immediately gets to work. She asks what can be done outside of her normal caretaking tasks each time she shows up. My Dad is extremely comfortable with her. She is patient, kind and compassionate. We couldn’t be happier. This has given us great peace of mind in an otherwise hard time in our lives.

The care and concern given by the director was with such sincerity and love, from the initial call to set up services and on. Christal Becton goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are well taken care of and safe. I witnessed first hand Mrs. Becton leaving her home prior to a storm to visit and check on a few of her clients who had no immediate family to tend to them. She even offered her own home for shelter. If this is the tone at the top, you can truly know that all of her care givers are coming with the same mindset. Your loved ones are in good hands using Visiting Angels! I recommend their services!

My Mother's experience was a delightful one. The Visiting Amgel assigned for the day was very attentive and prepared to engage my Mother with the preferred activities suggested by the daughter. She tooks pictures of Mother to show her activities. She was excellent.

The Temple Terrace office is wonderful. The office manager, Jessi Diaz, is on the ball and helped me get a last-minute caregiver for mom. The aide, Magalie, was truly an angel. I was so impressed with her care and compassion! A wonderful agency with wonderful people!!

I live in Atlanta, my mother is in Tampa who has macrodegeneration and still lives in her home at 93. we have visiting angels once a week where her wonderful caregiver drives her to get groceries, dr's appointments and just out of the house. My granny became very good friends with the caretaker from Visiting Angels. While I was at work I was not worried about how my granny’s care was. When her time came to be taken to hospice, she gave me a hug and said she would clean up her room as she wanted me to be with granny. That meant so much to me. That is the care you would want for your family member when you are not able to be there for them. When my granny passed away, she still checked in on me as how I was coping.

The care and compassion that is given to my grandmother are so touching. Visiting Angels is an appropriate title for the caregiver that we were sent. She is very attentive, kind, and truly a joyful person who loves her work.

My granddad is elderly and needed care while I was traveling for work. He wanted be stay at his own home and not in a nursing home. I started to talk to the wonderful people at Visiting Angels. I let them know we needed someone that likes cats because granddad has a total of 4 cats. I highly recommend this place!

Visiting Angels provided support services to my Aunt while she was ill. Their care givers are absolutely caring, emotionally empathic, and incredibly attentive to the needs of the patient and family. I will enlist their services again when my Aunt needs it!

My parents are elderly and although I do try to check up on them, my own life as gotten busier. They have no desire to move from their own home to a retirement village. This is why Visiting Angels is just the service we need. They have caring professionals that will take care of my parents in their own house. Its truly the best of both worlds.

The fact that my dad is able to continue to be safe and happy in his own home at his advanced age is due 100% to the level of care provided by this wonderful agency. I don’t know who is happier with them, my dad or my siblings and me.
