We traveled for three and a half weeks in the Mini SUV: the best travel experience we've ever had!! Everything was perfect: the rooftop tent and sleeping bags, the kitchen equipment, the chairs/table… During our stay, we unfortunately encountered a small problem with the vehicle (an oil leak, during a three-day weekend, otherwise it wouldn't be funny 😂) but Jennifer was incredibly helpful and accommodating: she brought us a replacement vehicle to finish our trip (and she even drove six hours on Thanksgiving Sunday to help us and find a solution!! We're still so sorry about that ☹️). We highly recommend North Campervans for their professionalism, kindness, thoughtfulness, and above all, their undeniable human touch 🤍 Thank you for everything!!! Great compact camper (dodge minivan type) that had everything my spouse and I needed for a week around Banff area in late September. Temps got as low as 2-5, but managed to sleep pretty comfortably. I reckon could do well in even colder months with the right sleeping bag. Naturally not all the bells and whistles of a full RV, however you have the underrated benefit of not lugging round a full RV and much less cost! Easy, clear communication and pickup/dropoff etc was a breeze. That sharing shelf of bits and pieces prior people have left behind was a nice touch that saved a good bit of potential waste. Additionally on interaction; I did accidentally lose a kitchen item, however the resolution was very reasonable and pleasant on their part. All round real people that are nice to deal with. I'd certainly rent here again next time I'm exploring the area and would actually really like to perhaps one day attempt creating a similar minivan conversion based on their layout.

My husband Matthew Davis and I hired this fantastic well thought out little van for 9 nights in August/September to explore the Canadian Rockies. I broke my hand two weeks before we left so was worried how I’d cope in such a small space and having to build and dismantle the bed every night but it was easy and storage is incredibly spacious underneath the main bed unit. We felt very cosy at night with the curtains unrolled. Don’t forget to bring your own axe for wood chopping at campgrounds (we were lucky that we could borrow our son’s). All in all a little gem of a van in sunny weather.

Superbe campervans! We had the regular campervan with the bed in the back. It had everything we needed for our 2 weeks trip. To our surprise, the bed was quite comfortable. Little tip, make sure you know how to disable the dome light, it's pretty annoying to have the light turn on when someone goes out or when the door is not well closed. In our case, it was a little wheel on the left of the steering wheel, but we only found it after our 3rd night.

We rented the campervan for a 3 weeks road trip through the Rocky Moutains, and we really had a great experience ! The layout of the campervan has been well thought out and well designed. We didn’t want to rent and drive a too big "motorhome", and the campervan met our expectations perfectly. The owen and the fridge are really fonctional, we particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding set also. We do love nature and moutains, and it was a real chance to have the opportunity to discover the Rocky Moutains in these conditions, that will be unforgettable !

This is the way to go if you’re wanting a camper van in Banff on a budget. It comes with absolutely everything you’d need. I will say I brought a tent with me because this van can sleep 2 people but I would say only one person can sleep comfortably. None the less, incredible family owned company that seems to only care about their costumers. I will be using north Campervans again if I return to Banff.

Great experience! We rented a Dodge campervan with a rooftop tent and used it for a 10 days hiking/camping trip between Banff and Jasper - Perfect for 3 persons. Easy to drive, set up and cook in it.

We loved the Bear Van! It was so well equipped and perfect for our needs (3 people: 1 adult and 2 kids). It was the best option to discover the Rockies and travel anywhere. North Campervans shared with us a very clear video for all the options of the van. Jenn was amazing and very helpful to answer all our needs. I strongly recommend North Campervans!

We had a fantastic experience renting from North Campervans. Communication from Jenn was great and the Whatever You Want It To Be van with the pop up tent suited our needs perfectly. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment and a battery powered cooler. Compared to other rental companies, the van was very reasonably priced. We spent a total of 26 nights in the van and loved every moment! Thank you!

Fantastic rental company! Jen was extremely helpful all the way through from start to end of our trip. Everything was explained fully and clearly. We rented the 'Whatever you want it to be' car which was ample space for 2 people. The tent box was huge, enough for 3 people so we had plenty of space! Awesome small business and they gave us a better rate than any of the other companies in the area. Camper vans are converted Dodge Grand Caravans or SUVs so way easier to drive and find parking than a traditional camper. Super easy to work with them and we had everything we needed and more - pretty much just had to show up and everything was ready for us. Bear spray included!
