From day one, the coaching team has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Ali, Dawnella, Lindsey, Traci, Kole, and Craig do an amazing job leading the group classes. They explain what to expect each day, demo every movement with clarity, and always take the time to scale exercises based on individual abilities. Throughout the workout, they provide valuable guidance and encouragement, which keeps you pushing yourself.
Alyssa’s nutritional programming has also been a game changer. Her approach is science-based yet practical and sustainable, helping me build better habits without feeling overwhelmed or restricted. I've seen real results because of her guidance.
Josh’s positive energy truly stands out as well. Whether it’s a quick word of encouragement during warm-ups, cheering you on mid-WOD, creating insightful content, or simply greeting you as you walk in, his leadership and attitude make a huge difference in the gym’s atmosphere.
Lastly, my favorite part of MetroEast Health & Fitness is the community. The group classes foster a sense of camaraderie where everyone is focused on their own goals but also supporting one another. No matter what's going on outside the gym, you always leave class with a feeling of accomplishment—both for yourself and the entire group.
Overall, this gym is more than just a place to work out. It’s a community of coaches and members who genuinely care about helping you be your best. I highly recommend it!
