Beautiful venue for a beautiful wedding .

Acacia Ridge is an absolutely stunning venue and truly made our wedding day so special. We received so many compliments from our guests, not only about the beautiful setting, but also about the incredible staff. Cathy’s experience was so evident from the start. She knew exactly what she was doing and ensured everything ran efficiently and seamlessly. Nakita was also amazing to deal with, so easy to contact in the lead-up, and an absolute superstar on the day. Along with Steph and the rest of the team, they made us feel calm, relaxed, and completely taken care of. Our day ran so smoothly thanks to the venue and their incredible staff, and we genuinely had the most amazing wedding because of it. We couldn’t recommend getting married at this beautiful venue more highly!

Acacia Ridge Winery- The only place to get married! Nakita, our wedding event coordinator. From the moment we met you at that tasting and then getting an email to say you were working our wedding, I actually cried with happiness. It's not just your work ethic, it's your personality, kindness and willingness to always just say yes... no matter how many crazy questions I ask. You made the day the most perfect day it could have been. To the morning message, the answering my texts when we were on the way because I was nervous! YOU my girl, made the whole lead up and event so stress free. Everyone, and I mean everyone couldn't speak more highly of you. They knew your name, I shouted it from the rooftops. We have lots of, let's say... people that take a lot to be impressed... and by gee... they were the ones that came to me and said that this is the best wedding they've been to. I am crying writing this because I couldn't ask for someone better to be there for us on our special day. It wasn't just the big things, it's the little things aswell- checking on my parents, always having our drink order - I had so many lined up because I got so distracted, checking on us, giving me thumbs and smiles all day, continually just being you, and bustling my dress, and agreeing to be in photos doing so hahahahah you didn't have a choice. You made everything so perfect! Your service and attention to detail is absolutely unreal! Even down to the ceremony labels- psychotic bride over here, but knowing that I had my special people that I wanted in order so I could see them, made it so much more perfect! Nakita, you truly are such a magnificent person, employee and now, friend! We are truly blessed to have found you and hope you know that our day was everything and more--- all because of you. My mum just goes ..."oh my goodness, Nakita!" And I just said... yep I know! We promise to tell our future children about you one day and let them know that on their wedding day, they need a Nakita! To the whole team at Acacia, Your service, promptness and overall commitment was truly incredible. I remember just sitting in reception looking around and thinking wow. Whilst the view and venue truly are stunning, your whole team just tied it all together. Cath and Lachlan, thank you for giving us this special place to tie the knot. So many people commented on the work you guys have done, and it is certainly noticeable! Everything is so picture perfect! I remember searching far and wide at so many venues. We visited so many that didn't look half as good as the pictures on their Instagram. Then, mindlessly scrolling on tik tok, I find a bridesmaids entrance. I quickly tapped the venue and thought, yep let's just go check this out. We hadn't booked, we just rocked up. Lachlan, you greeted us and took us to the top of the aisle, I took one look at Jarryd and he just knew- there was no other place we were getting married. It wasn't that it was just so beautiful, it was that, on that cloudy day- everything still looked perfect! It could have rained our whole wedding day and the day would still be just as amazing! From the absolute bottom of our hearts, we hope you know how much we appreciate you all. Nakita, please don't ever stop being you. Every bride and groom deserve someone as amazing as you. Lachlan, Cathy, Nakita & Suzie were nothing short of amazing!! Acacia Ridge was the second wedding venue we had toured 2 years ago and we knew this was it. No further search was required. We loved everything about the venue so much, it was honestly breathtaking and everything we dreamt of! Additionally, the interactions with Lachlan and Cathy were so easy and they always promptly answered all of our questions or concerns. You can truly tell how much they love the venue as everything is well maintained. On the day, I had met Suzie as soon as I stepped out of the limo preparing for my ceremony entrance and she just calmed all of my nerves down (without even trying!). She constantly checked up on us throughout the night, ensuring we always had a drink or a meal. Small gestures like this really made us feel looked after and we appreciate it so much. It has been a pleasure meeting and working alongside everyone and we are so proud to be apart of the Acacia Ridge family.

We had the most incredible experience having our wedding at Acacia Ridge. The venue is absolutely stunning, but what truly made our day exceptional was the incredible team behind it. From our very first interaction, Lachlan and Cathy were so accommodating when arranging our tour. They were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel instantly comfortable, we knew straight away we were in good hands. In the lead‑up to the wedding, Nakita was phenomenal. She was organised, warm, and endlessly reassuring, making the whole planning process so smooth and stress‑free. On the day, the entire team was professional, friendly, and calm. Even when Plan B had to be actioned an hour before the ceremony, everything still ran seamlessly, and we genuinely never felt stressed for a moment. Our wedding day was perfect, and so much of that is thanks to the care, attention, and professionalism of the Acacia Ridge team. We couldn’t recommend this venue, and the wonderful people who run it, highly enough!

We were married at Acacia Ridge and the entire experience, from the moment we booked was incredible. The entire team at Acacia Ridge answered every email, every question and every query we had. They got back to us quickly and were always so responsive. In the lead up, they were organised and helped us to feel organised by helping us understand what we needed and the easiest way to bring things. The actual day, the staff were incredible. Our guests commented on how accommodating and helpful every staff member was. Susie, our event manager on the night was amazing. Not a single need or want went unfulfilled or unnoticed.
