Excellent restaurant gastronomique khmer à Siem Raep ! Tout était absolument délicieux de l’amuse-bouche jusqu’au dessert. C’est sans doute l’une des meilleures cuisines que nous ayons jamais goûtée jusqu’à présent ; totalement digne d’un étoilé. Petit plus pour le moment dégustation / rencontre du personnel en cuisine. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la décoration élégante, la musique s’alliant parfaitement à l’ambiance, le personnel (exclusivement féminin) attentionné et souriant. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. Merci encore pour cette expérience unique !

This was a lovely experience with amazing service and even more fabulous Cambodian food. There was so many beautiful small touches, hand written name cards, to a lovely gift of macaroons to take home, and the menu with a hand written note of the menu’s inspiration. What’s so amazing is that this is an all female run restaurant! I was also asked on several courses if I’d like the same course again, unfortunately I was time bound otherwise I would have loved more! The team at the Embassy and chef Kimsan should be proud of themselves, I hope they achieve a Michelin star in the future!
