非常好 ☺ Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, każda sypialnia posiada swoją łazienkę. Dużą zaletą jest bliskość lotniska oraz plaży- kilka minut na pieszo. Kontakt z zarządca był poprawny, szybko reagował na nasze prośby i niedogodności. ☹ Kilka razy dziennie wyłączało nam bezpieczniki od prądu. Włączenie dwóch urządzeń jednocześnie było niemożliwe. Kuchnia nie była w pełni wyposażona, mała ilość naczyń.

Previous reviews are misleading ☺ The view was good! ☹ The flat didn’t match the cleanliness standards suggested by previous reviews. There was a noticeable smell, and the utensils were unusable. This was especially disappointing as I was staying with my daughter. I had to raise the issue after arrival. I paid a premium and expected better.

Exceptional ☺ We had a very pleasant stay at Oroklini Star 3 during the Christmas period. The apartment was clean, well equipped with all the necessary amenities, and conveniently located close to the beachfront, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets. It was easily accessible, and we truly appreciated the owners’ promptness and flexibility, especially as we were granted a late check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this place. ☹ -

Good ☺ Apartmán má skvělý výhled na solné jezero, byl k dispozici dalekohled což hodnotím jako velký bonus, obě ložnice měly svou koupelnu s toaletou, plus další toaleta v chodbě, blízko do centra, pláž v docházkové vzdálenosti, začátek pláže u ranveje letiště, parkovací místo apartmánu, prostorná terasa. ☹ Není myšleno jako výtka, ale ocenila bych např. pár tablet do myčky, pár kapslí do kávovaru, který zde byl. Člověk neví jaké kapsle, a hned hledat v obchodech, které budou ty pravé...

The huge luxury apartment close the the blue flag beach - cool experience ☺ The apartment was simply fantastic. Huge, clean, full of light and very cozy. We appreciated specially the huge terrace, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilettes. There was also the dedicated parking place under the house for the apartment. Service was fine, everything works without contact, agency communicated through WhatsUp. When there was a problem with the shower hose, the agency answered immediately and repaired it after 2 hours. We didn't use an air-condition so we don't know how noisy it is. There were prepared 3 electric plug adapters for EU in the room so we had now problem with electricity. The beach is very close, you can reach it by foot in 10 minutes. There is many restaurants in thou surroundings and couplie small supermarkets, where you can buy all basic stuffs. The apartment is close from the airport so you don't need to rent a car. We did it, but we didn't use it, everything is reachable by foot. Very interesting experience was the visit of the salty lake by the sunset which is very close from apartment too. Thank you for great staying there! We want definitely to come back again. ☹ The nights were not hot in the November, so we slept with opened window. And this is not definitely calm and quiet neighborhood I need to say. You can hear the noisy traffic in the streets and close roads because there are high buildings around and sound carries there pretty well there. Also garbagemen and building constructions starts very early around. Yes, there is building construction in the close distance now, so be ready for dusty and noise environment. But with closed windows this is relatively OK.

Wonderful ☺ I had a wonderful stay at this flat! Everything was spotless and very well equipped with everything you might need. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, especially the lovely relax zone which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. You can really feel that the owners care about making guests comfortable. I would happily stay here again — highly recommended!

Апартаменти чисті, для комфортного проживання на тиждень все було)) посуд, сковорідки, каструлі, постіль, рушники в великій кількості)) поряд з апартаментами є багато кафе та ресторанів.До моря 5 хвилин, навіть у жовтні місяці море було дуже теплим.Ми дуже задоволені відпочинком та апартаментами, дякуємо))

Наш відпочинок був прекрасним в цьому казковому місті ☺ Чисто та затишно. Кухня добре обладнана, вся техніка в робочому стані. Окреме дякую за набір напоїв в холодильнику, які на нас чекали в день заїзду. Гарячої води завжди на всіх вистачало, незважаючи на те, що бойлер. Близькість моря вражає, в кількох кроках! Вид зі спальні на другому поверсі неймовірний! Ми наробили там багато яскравих фото. Зручне заселення та виїзд. ☹ Відсутність москітних сіток. Були комарі. Було б добре, якщо би поміняли роутер на більш потужний, бо на другому поверсі інтернет був поганий, і телевізор у вітальні часто зупиняв зображення.

Exceptional ☺ Great apartment with a beautiful terrace for hanging out and drinking morning coffee, cozy and especially valued toys for kids, a crib... The kitchen is well equipped. Why Larnaca? Beautiful beaches that are not overcrowded with tourists, sea temperature is warm but slightly colder than in Aya Napa which I personally prefer. Good choice of restaurants and fast connection with Aya Napa and Limassol for the ones that like to visit more cities/beaches. Why this apartment? Accommodation is several city bus stations from the Airport and walking distance from Mackenzie beach that is perfect and well maintained. Supportive hosts, good wifi connection, parking, air conditioning in every room and a lot of appliances.

Would stay again but has room for improvements. ☺ Was a nice property, well sized with plenty of space for everyone. Management team are very responsive so any issue are dealt with fairly quickly. Generally upkeep outside and in communal areas was good. Came with a parking spot so ticked lots of boxes for us. ☹ Wear and tear was too much. Too many things that I had to bring to the attention of the management so felt there was a lack of upkeep systems in place. The property has a key card for the electrics to work attached the the only door key. This was annoying when someone wanted to stay in and rest while others wanted to go out! Basically you can’t without waking the other person to open the door. If you want another key it’s an additional daily charge and discouraged.

Kondicionieriai visuose kambariuose didelis pliusas apsistojant liepos mėnesį. ☹ Reikia “vyriškos” rankos. Virtuvėje spintelių durelės krenta. Sutikome apartamentuose nepageidaujamų gyvių…

Exceptional ☺ Absolutely perfect! I'm usually very picky, but this apartment truly exceeded my expectations. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully new. The layout was ideal; two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (which was a huge plus), and even an extra toilet outside the rooms. The location was great too, just around a 7-minute walk to Mackenzie Beach. The apartment had everything we needed: a big, spacious living room with a dining table and TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, toilet paper, and air conditioning in every room. There was a bottle of water waiting for us as a welcome gesture, which was so thoughtful. There was also a bottle of wine, which we didn’t use but still appreciated. The kitchen was equipped with a water kettle and a bread toaster. We especially loved the large balcony with a side view of the salt lake, sunsets there were simply beautiful. The owners were checking in on us via Booking messages and responding very quickly and helpfully whenever we had a question. Honestly, everything was just right. I couldn’t have asked for more. This apartment in Larnaka completely spoiled us, now we find ourselves comparing every place in Limassol to it as our new standard! ☹ Nothing!

The host is highly approachable would answer your questions soon if you message them through messaging service of your booking dot com app. This is a nice place for family. ☹ The address on the property is not well marked on the building. The host should ensure that building number is well marked. However, the map would bring you to the exact location.

9 OUT OF 10 ☺ THE APPARTMNET IS VERY NICE, VERY GOOD LOCATION.. WE ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS, MAYBE COME BACK OURSELVES. ☹ WE ASKED FOR A CRIB BUT ONLY GOT ONE AFTER CALLS BACK ABD FOTH WITH THE MANAGER. IT WAS VERY DISSAPOINTING AS WE GOT IN FROM A VERRY LONFG FLIGHT. THE DRAINAGE IN THE SHOWER WAS BLOCKED AND AFTER FIXING IT WE COULD'T USE THE SHOWER FOR ONE DAY. ALSO, WE LOCKED OURSELVES OUT OF THE APARTMNET BECAUSE OF THE UNUSUAL KEY. BUT THE MNAGER WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

Ferienhaus direkt am Strand. Was willste mehr? ☺Tolles Ferienhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Feriensiedlung direkt am Strand. Ausstattung war top, sowohl draussen als auch innen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
