Rented a Toyota Corolla Hybrid sedan for two weeks and was given a good deal by Burswood Car Rentals in Victoria Park. For longer periods they gave me a good rate and their youngest renter age was 19 years old, which was ideal as I could add my son as an extra driver. I booked the car via phone and Trish provided excellent customer service during booking and pick up of the car. I called last minute in the morning and the car fortunately was available within the hour. The car was less than a year old, drove comfortably and being a hybrid, saved me a lot on fuel. Unexpectedly I had to extend my car rental two more times and it was as easy as calling them the first time and then dropping a phone message the second time. At the end of the rental period we dropped the car off at the depot and left the key in the secure box. The whole process was so easy and straight forward; and with the zero excess coverage that we took, gave us a complete peace of mind. I rented a car from Burswood about a month ago for my road trip in Western Australia, and I must say it was one of the easiest and most time-saving experiences! My flight landed at 9pm, and I chose to collect the car directly from the long-term carpark. The process was seamless—Burswood provided a code to access a small safe where the car key was kept, allowing me to hop into the car and drive off with zero hassle. This was my first road trip in Australia. I originally booked an Audi Q2, but on the day of collection, Burswood kindly upgraded me to a Q3 for free. I also opted to pay an extra $5 per day for an additional 100km mileage, renting the car for 8 days in total. Throughout the journey, I covered around 1600km. The car was almost brand new, with less than 5,000km on the odometer. It was in top condition—spotlessly clean, no dust or sand inside, and fully equipped with modern safety features and spacious interiors, which made the drive incredibly comfortable and safe. Returning the car was just as easy. I simply parked it in the designated area and dropped the keys back—no human interaction needed, which made the whole process efficient and stress-free. If I ever return to Australia, I’ll definitely rent from Burswood again and will be recommending them to my friends as well!
