I called Ethan at Power Northwest because I had a solar panel that was not working in my system. Ethan was able to get a crew out to me within a week. Chris M, Cedric and Elisa found a large nest under my array and some badly chewed wires which they replaced/repaired. Everyone was easy to work with and I’ll call them next time I have an issue.

Wow! We had our solar in stalled by Power Northwest and it was amazing to watch - they worked together, discussed next steps, supported each other (on a metal roof, in the rain). They also talked about how much they love working for this company, how well they are treated. We love having solar panels, and could have gotten them anywhere, I wouldn't go to any other company.

My battery system got inspected by the city today and no corrections were needed. Han, Darren and Chris did a great job, working quickly and professionally. I was surprised when Han suggested deviating from the initial plan; I had resigned myself to that side of the house looking like a hodge podge but it (i.e. meters, controller, inverter etc) ended up all being arranged very nicely. Shout out to Ethan and Chris who managed the process too.

Power Northwest review I had solar with battery installed on my house. Power Northwest did the work. I cannot praise them enough. They were always on time. Their work was excellent. Eric the liaison always answered his phone and gave me answers to all of my questions without hesitation his knowledge of Solar is beyond compare. Starting with the project manager Vander, the Engineering department, and the crew were friendly knowledgeable and open to questions and allowed me to watch as they worked so I could learn from what they were doing. If you are considering having solar installed on your house by all means use Power Northwest you can’t go wrong. My thanks to the crew listed below. VANDER, the project manager Eric, the liaison. Thank you so much for your management and completion of my project! I couldn’t be happier. We actually had a power outage this morning and my house hummed along as if nothing had happened! My son and I were able to easily monitor the battery and turn off anything extra that was pulling from it to extend the life. Fantastic! And we are in under the wire for the tax credit as well. A job so well done and everyone was so helpful and professional. I can’t recommend Power Northwest more highly!
