Carlos came to provide a cost estimate to replace my furnace/ac. After conducting a detailed inspection of my system, including the electrical service, he listened to my concerns. He provided 3 options, thoroughly explained all 3 and gave low, mid and high end options. The estimate didn't hide pricing for anything. No pressure sale at all. Transparency: i haven't selected a contractor yet. Akian was friend circle recommended, locally owned.
