On time and very efficient. Checked entire heating system. Checked humidifier and condensate pump. No problems.

This is my second review for R&D Heating and Cooling. Now going on 16+ years using R&D for HVAC systems maintenance and repair. I wrote a glowing review in 2022 praising GM Ann and on-site tech John at the time who really came through in an emergency service call. Preventive maintenance service absolutely worth it. Always there when you need them. Now needed a whole new system (it was time). Wick helped me understand everything from technical details to payment options so my wife and I could make an informed decision. Installers Richie, Alex and Steve were excellent with install work and usage training. They knew their job well, were neat, very courteous, and put that extra touch that shows how much they enjoy what they do. Real solid work. I am a stickler for detail and quality and R&D sets the bar. And can’t forget to mention GM Ann again. Thanks Ann, Alicia, John, Richie, Alex, Steve, Wick, Chris and the rest of the R&D team. Would definitely recommend.
