Service was excellent!

I love this business! My AC went out at 4pm during the hottest part of the day, I called them to see if someone was able to come out to look it, one of the techs came out within the hour and had the issue diagnosed and fixed. Hands down the best customer service, personable and genuine. I will remain a customer for all my AC/Heater needs 100 percent.

the staff at Service General are awesome!! A/C went out the morning we were getting back from vacation. called the next morning and they had a technician out in less than 2 hours. he diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in under an hour. Timmy and his assistant were awesome!!! thank you.
