Well run gym, friendly staff, good equipment and atmosphere!

Amazing gym loads of machines

This Gym is amazing! It is very spacious and unlike other gyms across Cardiff that are ram packed with students, it is fairly quiet and you’d never have to wait around to use a machine. It is maintained to a high cleanliness standard too. I always see a member of staff cleaning all the facilities in the gym, including the changing room and restroom. All in all, it is a very good gym that has been completely renovated and is so much better than the previous one named Simply Gym… The only Con is that it shuts at 10pm… Hence a 4 star rating and not a 5. I would still recommend it to anyone though regardless. PROS: - Fairly priced considering the size of the gym and the facilities included. -Kept clean at all times - Available member of staff at all times throughout the day to answer any queries/assist with anything. -Low to moderate club capacity throughout the day. CONS: - 10pm Closure

5 - Star gym! Excellent staff, facilities and classes.

I've recently joined and I am pleased I chose Fitness Quarter. The place is kept clean. Loads of equipment. Staff are helpful and friendly. Classes are welcoming. Women's only room is a nice touch as well. Really impressed and would recommend it.

I’ve been going to this gym for the last month and I’m seriously impressed. Equipment is great, it’s clean and I’m really enjoying the classes. Excellent staff too. Honestly I can’t fault it!

What a fantastic Gym. Superb staff who make you feel welcome the second you walk through the door. Spacious gym with plenty of equipment and caters for all levels and abilities. The gym members are also so friendly and welcoming, the wide variety of excellent classes help you to get to know each other and interact with the staff building friendships along the way. I enjoy spending a lot of time here and after being a member of a few other gyms Fitness Quarter is by far the most enjoyable and friendly. Fantastic value for money excellent location, superb gym layout, experienced friendly and helpful staff and the nicest members group you could ever hope to work out with. Thanks Fitness Quarter for making the pain of staying fit enjoyable .

Come down for work, to find this gem of a gym, really clean, great atmosphere and lovely staff

Great gym with plenty of equipment and a dedicated HYROX area for functional training. It also has a boxing bag and sauna, which is a nice bonus. Even better, you can get a free day pass to try it out—definitely worth checking out.
