It was all taken care of step by step, which makes a huge difference when you’re investing in a system like this. Even post-install, the owners are at the end of the phone if you need anything. Fantastic company to do business with. I reached out for a quote for solar and battery install. They responded back within 24 hours and after taking down my requirements, they came back to me in a couple of days with 3 quotes, all within my budget. They followed this up with a visit to my house where I discussed all 3 options with them and they answered all my questions honestly - I know this because I researched beforehand and knew the answers already. I chose one of the options and they began the process. They ordered the battery and applied for my DNO and within a couple of weeks I received a call with my install date. The scaffolders came the day before and the battery and solar panels were installed the next day. From initial contact to install took approx. 4 weeks. They were responsive to my emails and texts and were transparent with me throughout the whole process. I am now making money instead of paying for electricity :)
