Amazing views also spacious & so close to everything honestly 10/1 ☺ All the amenities and how spacious it was in the room. We really enjoyed the outside life where we could walk outside and there was a lot of places to choose from. ☹ The only down fall for my family is the bedding possibly because my 5 year old also sleeps with us and it was more on the hard side (The comfiness)

Couldn`t have been any better ☺ Everything was perfect. From the apartment to the pool, there is not one thing I can say a negative comment on. The staff on reception were so helpful, the location was amazing. The apartment was spotless and had everythjing we needed. ☹ Nothing!

Lovely apartment, central to everything. ☺ The location in Broadbeach was perfect. Lovely views, Apartment had everything you could want with 2 Bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, great kitchen! ☹ Was quite difficult to work out the air-conditioning. Very noisy building site opposite.

Location was excellent with good security parking and great pool. Not nice to not know about construction across street. ☺ Location, heated pool, secure car park, close to beach, supermarket and restaurants. ☹ Hard beds, lounge needs to be replaced, construction work across street

Very Good ☺ The view of the ocean from the living area and balcony was amazing. Just what we needed. ☹ The construction noise next door was loud when we arrived on Thursday and on Friday. Luckily it was quiet Saturday and Sunday.

We loved it so much we have booked it agsin. ☺ We loved everything about this property. It was walking distance to everything. The apartment was so spacious. ☹ It didn’t have a full length mirror. The parking situation was confusing and annoying.

This was the absolute best time ever I stayed for 6 days and made new friends it was so fun the people were nice the staff was nice everything was so cool and the room was clean beds pro made and I loved it the pool was room even the sauna there was a gym movie theater spa room and everything i highly recommend staying here it's amazing and I loved it we stayed in floor 9 room #902 the best experience ever.

Great location. Apartment was a bit under done for things like cleaning supplies. Kitchen rangehood was flakey, to the point that the smoke alarms went off. No USB charging points, which should be pretty standard by now. The cinema was fun.

Amazing place, an awesome location, and sensational views of the ocean . The room is perfect, and it even has views from the bedrooms. Beautiful pool, spa, and gym is great. We are looking forward to our next stay as soon as we can possibly get back here. Hoping to get a little higher up for even more amazing views. Could wake up to this every day and be happy for forever.

Great location with good pricing. After-hours check-in was easy. Stayed in a 2 x bedroom, 2 x bathroom. Rooms are positioned at either end of the apartment with a kitchen and a MASSIVE lounge room in between.

Great apartment just wish they allowed late check out without charging so much ie $50 every 10 minutes over the checkout time. Great location, easy access to multiple restaurants and close to the beach. View is amazing from the balcony.

GREAT SPOT, GREAT STAFF AND AWESOME VIEWS HIGHLY RECOMMEND Had a great stay at Aria Apartments in Broadbeach. What a great building - Large well furnished 2 bedroom apartment - clean, great views and awesome friendly staff so helpful. Yes there is construction across the road but I found the noise minimal and did not affect my stay in the slightest. I would have no problem booking there again and would recommend in a heart beat.

Unbelievably good accommodation. Huge 3bd suite with expansive views from 3 sides including covered balcony. Large living area and huge kitchen with everything you could need. Master suite was huge also, with ensuite including spa bath and shower. The facility is modern, bright and clean. Very well located in the guts of Broadbeach with a short walk to everything.

Fabulous location and friendly staff We stayed in a 10th floor apartment with wonderful views of the sea. The apartment was great - modern and clean with everything you would need. The staff were incredibly helpful. Kids used heated swimming pool every day and we used the heated spa ( divine) and the gym. Bars and restaurants in your doorstep and beach a few minutes walk. Loved it here and would definitely recommend

2nd time we stayed and just loved the views and spacious apartment This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Aria. Love the location in the heart of the bustling restaurants. The 3 bedroom was on the 18th floor and had stunning views of the surf and Surfers Paradise. The apartment was clean and neat and surprisingly sound proof. The receptionist and staff were really friendly. Love the area.

Excellent property, both appartment and position had 2 bedroom appartment on Luxury Escapes deal. Aria well looked after spacious appartment with everything you needed. Great position for restaurants, beach, tramway, casino and convention centre. Car park included. Would definately stay again

Holiday before Christmas We loved the spacious apartment. Location was great close to great restaurants and shopping and the beach. Ocean views good size balcony and a nice kitchen. Parking was available and easy, delightful pool and spa was enjoyable.

ONE OF THE BEST IN BROADBEACH We had a booking through Luxury Estates. It was a very large 2 bedroom apartment suitable for a family or 2 couples. Our apartment was on level 3 and had a large balcony overlooking the pool area.High quality furniture and everything in a good standard of repair .Access to cafes downsta (numerous eating places close by )and very close to Oasis shopping centre. Lorna on reception was most helpful

Girls weekend! Had a girls weekend and stayed in one of the 3 bedroom apartments. Such a great location! Surrounded by great restaurants, the Sunday session at Koi is a must. Heated pool and spa were amazing and the balcony had a great view of the ocean. Would love to stay here again.

Best spot in Broadbeach ARIA cannot be faulted for its location. It is central located and does not attract high winds like the beachfront properties on Broadbeach. The sky house is a treat and a really spacious beautiful apartment suited to families and large groups. The apartments is kept well-maintained and has everything a holiday-goer would be after.

The apartment itself was very good but the wi-fi was appalling. I was staying for business meetings and my colleague had visited and asked about wi-if beforehand and was told it was business grade.... Great place to stay if you only need very minimal and unreliable wi-if.
