Awesome! I had Jimmy (estimator) and Leno(installer) to install beautiful SPC Vinyl Planks at my house, everything turned out great!! Jimmy was really good to deal with as the other reviews suggests. Their pricing was extremely fair and installation came out amazing, the boys showed up on time every morning and installed a day earlier than expected. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

We recently had my whole downstairs done in vinyl flooring, we’re an older couple and couldn’t stand the existing tiles, it was really cold on our feet during the winter time. We’re so glad we reached out to these folks, they were amazing to work with. Quoc was a very patient gentleman and went out of his way to help us in so many ways. Answered all our questions about the installation process, we were afraid of many factors of tearing out the existing tiles but it turned out great. There were some dusts involved but it’s common and understandable. Really love our new vinyl flooring!!

I found their tile sale for a client of mine, that client had it installed at their house, then I went to visit them and it looked amazing! The client was thrilled. So I had Vegas Flooring Outlet come out to my house to give me an estimate for that same 24x48 tile, it was less than I thought, so I had them do it too and I can’t say enough about these guys. Such an amazing experience to work with for a project that involved a lot of moving parts. Very happy about their service and overall experience.

Quoc measured our house and gave us an estimate that was a lot lower than the other stores, so i wondered if there were any hidden fees, I kept asking Quoc but he said nope. I was kinda skeptical but took his word for it…what do you know, everything turned out beautiful and no added fees, everything was upfront as expected. Recommended a good friend to this place.

I went to their store to get 800 SF of SPC Vinyl, they were really patient and didn’t pressure me at all. I went to the other flooring stores, the employees were all over my back, dang, give me room to breathe. That’s what I like about this store, no pressure and the price was really good compared to others.

So, I called 3 companies for quots VFO beat the other 2 companies by far. Quok was my sales rep, he was very professional. I have 2 houses and have been dealing with contractors and construction companies here in Vegas for a couple of decades. To be honest professionalism seems hard to find. When it came time for the installation, Gabe and his helper Norberto showed up on time and got to work. They didn't stop until the job was done and done well. I had a minor issue, so I called Quok and he had the team over within hours and solved the issue with a smile. I truly appreciate professionals when I work with them because they are far and few between in my experience. Very refreshing!
