Excellent sales, service and value. I had several quotes for different products, wood, powder coated wrought iron and alluminum. Ottawa deck and rail were by far the best value for maintenance free alluminum. The product is very strong and sturdy. Install was quick and timely. Alan did a good install job except for a chunk of broken motar on the brick wall. You could see the threads of the bolts. I reported it to Kyle and he got Allan to return to repair it. He used motar coloured calk to fill the hole and it now looks great. Had he repaired on the install day, I would have awarded 5 stars.

My glass broke during the hail storm 2 weeks ago in riverside south, I emailed Kyle from deck and rail to get me a quote to replace the glass panel. I was fully expecting and willing to pay. But to my surprise Kyle said they will replace this one free of charge. This is easily the nicest and most kind company I've ever dealt with. Again thank you Kyle and team for your help.

I called on Thursday and the job was completed early on Friday. We are very pleased with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. The service is overall excellent.
