I got my stove from Ennis where I live, but my supplier closed down because of health reasons, I needed a part and contacted Spratt fireplaces for it and they were very helpful and placed my order, I can highly recommended this company.

What an absolute delight dealing with Vincent at Spratt Fireplaces and stove centre. After recently purchasing a second hand log burner in need of refreb here in the uk, I found this company. I placed my order for parts via a third party website and awaited parts delivery. Within a couple of days I had an email from Vincent advising me that the part was not currently in stock but he was expecting it within 5 working days. Within 7 working days the part arrived on my doorstep in the UK. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Excellent customer service, communication and product selection. Jim the owner is a mster craftman,I needed a replacement firebrick off an old victorian fireplace,he cut and shaped an exact replacement which fitted like a glove!!!

We had a double sided custom made fireplace made by Spratt fireplaces and we are just delighted with the outcome. It’s 3 sided glass on both sides and looks amazing. Spratts were excellent to deal with, they did our full tv surround with an electric fire & drawers below. They were able to help us out also with the led lighting detail at the head & foot of the boxing, very happy with them overall and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Delivery of the Bio-ethanol stove was quick but I was disappointed that it did not come with a starter amount of fuel and I was not able to order it from your website. I had to order the fuel elsewhere, which has delayed me using the stove.
