TPC is an excellent gym with a brilliant atmosphere. The coaches are dedicated, fun, and incredibly motivating, they somehow manage to give individual attention even in a group setting. The classes are only 35–40 minutes, so I’m usually back home within the hour, yet I still get a full, high-quality workout every time. The facilities are spotless, with access to toilets and a changing room, and there’s convenient parking on site. Since joining, I’ve lost weight, toned up, and feel stronger, more energetic, and genuinely healthier. I hate missing a class — it’s become one of the best parts of my routine. Photo is me on most recent holiday for my 50th birthday. Prior to attending TPC, I had difficulty walking up the stairs without getting breathless. Thank you TPC! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I rejoined TPC in August and am so glad I did! As when I’d been a member before, the classes are fantastic and structured to challenge with PT individual support for the 45 minutes, while always feeling motivated to try and improve each week! The other members and TPC team make it a fun experience too, I always feel great after my gym sessions! Thanks Hugh, John, Joe, Ingrid and all the TPC team!

I rejoined TPC in August after taking a break post Covid. The results have come quickly.. I’ve have been putting in effort and I’m really happy having reduced my PBF from 27% to 21%. The level of support that you get from the trainers Joe, Sara & Ingrid is great. It’s a really positive environment. I really enjoy the combination of resistance and cardio training. I had been maintaining my fitness prior to rejoining with walking and reformer Pilates but honestly it wasn’t as enjoyable. I’d highly recommend TPC to anyone looking to improved their fitness. The gym caters for all levels.

The only gym I ever signed up to and still going to 6 months later! The fact that it’s classes means you don’t have to think about what to do when you get there. You do the class and you’re done, endorphins flying around! The trainers are sound as a pound and will give you advice on managing any injuries or will recommend different exercises if necessary. Highly recommend!

I sighed up for the 28 day challenge in August of 2022 and it was the best thing I did for myself that year. I feel more energetic,focused and stronger. Hugh,Joe, John and th newest member to their team Dillon are amazing trainers. They are always on hand to answer questions and give great incouragement to motivate and spur you on your journey. They have created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with state of the art equipment. Soley for women of all age's and fitness levels. The inbody machine not only gives you your weight it gives you a break down of your BMI and your skeletal muscle mass along with a tailor made meal plan to suit you. No fad diets just healthy nutritious food to fuel your body for life. When you find out what your daily calorie count is to loose those extra pounds it makes the journey so much easier. As you also receive a shopping list covering your daily intake of carbs,protien and fats.A real game changer when cooking healthy and tasty recipes. I have nothing but the height of praise for TPC gym. So if your thinking of joining up you won't be disappointed . The best decision I ever made for me..

Fantastic gym, the whole team are really skilled at what they do, there is a great welcoming atmosphere always, and I’m feeling so much stronger and fitter since coming back. The personal training within the class setting is second to none. I highly recommend giving the 28 programme a try, no matter what level you are at.

Delighted I joined TPC back In Dec, regaining strength after a hysterectomy this gym has been a game changer in my return to strength and confidence! Not just loosing the kgs but so much more in terms of focusing on what is most important taking back control and feeling well again! Best Women-Only Gym in Dublin! I would highly recommend TPC. The coaches create a relaxed yet energetic environment every day, perfect for anyone in any way apprehensive about starting out at a gym. The programs are simple and easy to follow but achieve fantastic results. You progress at your own pace with a coach always there with direction, advice, encouragement, assistance or a laugh as you need it. I’ve been a member since last March and have never felt so strong. I’d go as far to say John, Joe and Dylan are amongst the best Personal Trainers in Dublin.

I joined last May and have never been a member of a gym for so long consistently in my life. It’s a nice relaxed atmosphere with no egos and I genuinely enjoy the exercises. It’s only 3 days a week with a variety of class times to choose from, there really is no excuse. John, Joe and Hugh are great for encouraging you to push yourself that little bit more each week and I’m amazed at how strong I feel. I’d happily recommend TPC to anyone.

Always found a reason to stop going to gym but this place has stuck. Awesome trainers with a great variety of sessions alongside real women all there for similar reasons. I find each class motivates me to push further and I've seen a noticeable difference in my overall fitness and strength in such a short time.

TPC managed the impossible - to get me a gym-resistent woman in her late 40's with a recovering frozen shoulder & dodgy back, not just enduring our 3 times weekly sessions but enjoying them and seeing the pay off. They have a great set up there - they foster a friendly and welcoming environment and Joe was especially great at preventing injury while pushing me - a tricky balancing act which he perfected! Kudos to all!!

Delighted with my decision to join TPC for their 4 week programme. On 4th week now and have thoroughly enjoyed the process. The exercises are tough but fun and I am feeling stronger by the day. The lads, John, Hugh, Joe and Dylan are terrific, professionsal, knowledgeable and full of personality.They interact well with the ladies. Love the fact that the classes are women only - every age and body shape attending. So comfortable and welcoming. For the first time I haven't dropped out of a gym. I put this down to the fun atmosphere and friendliness of the guys. The exercise programme is great, working on different muscles at each class helping with recovery time. The nutrition programme is fab too - again it has helped change my attitude to food and I am sticking to it (not 100% but definitely a better eating pattern than before). Not here to lose loads of weight but am definitely toning up! What's not to like? Thanks lads

Always had notions of getting back in shape, saved all the video's, posts etc, however never actually did anything. I joined for the 28 day challenge on the advice of my sister and best friend both devotees...and from day 1 i have been hooked. John, Joe and Hugh are fantastic trainers full of encouragement and support and always checking to make sure your technique and form is correct. From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed with a big smile even at 6am! The guys have not only created an amazing service but a lovely community. The gym is spotless and so well maintained and has lots of lovely touches like the dyson hair dryers in the changing rooms. My only regret is i didn't start sooner.

This place is an absolute gem. I struggled to get back into the swing of things and wanted to find a gym that was flexible in terms class times. I started with the 28 day challenge and loved it so much I decided to stay. The online app helps me organise my week ahead and cancel and choose another class if something pops up. John, Hugh and Joe are so helpful and push you to the limits you are capable of. The guys also switch up movements to cater for an old wrist injury which just shows the level of care given to each member. Great gym for ALL levels. Oh and kudos to the workout music!

On my 4th week of the 28 day challenge, never have I learned so much knowledge in training before. It gives you the extra boost of confidence to get into the gym and makes it so much more enjoyable when you are learning about what you’re actually doing. And it’s so adaptable to everyone. John, Hugh and Andrew are incredible and they know exactly what they are doing and so encouraging 💪🏻 The place is spotless, welcoming, amazing equipment and space. Music is fantastic 👌🏼 and very covid friendly so you feel totally safe and can focus on your workout in just 45 mins 👍🏼 In the first 2 weeks I lost 2.9% body fat, never felt this good in my life! And it’s been so beneficial not just for my physical health but also mental health being in there and staying focused. Couldn’t recommend this place more! I started out on the 28 day Challenge unsure if it was going to work. The results were amazing iv lost 1 stone in weight in 30 days like wow... I'd Highly recommend the Physique Consultants Gym. For their determination in making it work and encouraging you along the way. The warm welcome you get will stay with you and the atmosphere is great. Id like to thank John , Huge and Rob for their support and making this journey an enjoyable one.. You Guys Totally Rock. the good humor really helped. Signed up for the 28 day challenge, not expecting to sign up for the 24 week course but I did ! I couldn’t resist ! The results have been phenomenal already , so much more energy , I feel stronger and I’m lighter ( as promised ). It is obvious the amount of thought and planning that is put into every aspect of TPC from the motivational emails ( even birthday cards 🤗) , to the well equipped will thought out classes , to the flexibility given to allow for holidays , work commitments etc.. I highly recommend signing up with TPC - I am on day 22 of the 28 day challenge and I am delighted with results so far as I have been losing body fat every week and now I know this is the marker and not my weight. The classes are really enjoyable, have a great atmosphere with high quality and professional training. I can't believe that I now go to a gym at 6am every morning! So I'm not normally one for leaving reviews, but credit given where it's due! The lads have created such a great set up at TPC. You'll feel welcome from day 1, and all the girls (ALL of them) are so damn friendly that you'll honestly look forward to every session! The lads go out of their way to make sure they spend time with every single person at each class, keeping your form in check, & having the banter too 🙂 I lost nearly 3 stone myself after a back injury, so my goal has mainly been to tone up, & I can genuinely see the physical changes in my body with every week that passes (less jiggly bits!)💪🏽😁 Also, if like me you appreciate loads of detail when tracking progress, then you'll love the weekly inbody scans that give you a great breakdown, from overall body fat % & water intake levels, to lean muscle mass across each individual limb (& everything in between)👌🏼 just give the lads 28 days of your life, you wont regret it 😊

The Physique Consultants are complete pros at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They have put so much time and energy into creating easily read and understood nutritional programmes to harmonise with their rotating strength and conditioning programmes. The group gym sessions are so good that I can't wait to go each morning. Although they are done in groups the attention that Hugh, John and Jack provide each member with is so truly astonishing - it genuinely feels like your in a one-on-one PT session and we always have a laugh, even in the 6am sessions! I wouldn't count myself as the most confident in my abilities so it's great when they give you the nod to increase the weights you are lifting - in other gyms I may have just stayed on the same weights for months where as I am moving up most weeks with TPC which provides faster results. Everyone in the TPC family is focused on bettering themselves, as well as all those around them, we push each other to keep grinding out the reps and we see the benefits together. I also find it highly motivating to have your work backed up by their body scan each week so you can keep your mind set on your goals. Why not try out a 28-day challenge and see what you think? This gym is remarkable. I used to be petrified of the average gym environment. However, after joining TPC, I am genuinely excited and I really look forward to going to the gym. All three trainers, John, Emma and Hugh are experts in their profession. They create a welcoming, warm and motivating environment. What is most fascinating, they all remember each members name and are accustomed to everyones strengths and weaknesses. They take time to observe, guide and counsel you through your workouts. They push you to challenge yourself and always show you the right way to do the controlled movements that are part of the programme. I have never regretted a workout at TPC, which is fitting, because that is their motto. I personally have hit my targets and I am getting the results that I wanted when I began. I highly recommend the team and I am glad that I can finally say that I am a member of and love belonging to a fabulous gym.

If you are looking for a kick start to feeling great & eating healthily, this is the place to come. Hi I joined tpc 4 weeks ago. I was Extremely nervous and concerned about their training methods. I have numerous injuries and have over the past 5 years had one / two surgeries per year and been hospitalised twice with back injuries. After previous spending years training and loving it I thought over the past 2 years it would never be possible again. However I had nothing to worry about, the attention to detail and personal concern both John and Hugh show to each client is outstanding. Training with a group but feeling like its PT training is fantastic, I completely love it. To training again was a dream and the team at tpc have made it a reality !!! Thankyou for all your support and encouragement, I look forward to seeing where I’m at in 12 months time!!! I’m guessing fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been!!! WHEN you join you will never look back and think I should never have done this, it will be the beginning of a happy healthy life 😀

I started in TPC in September and after completing the 28 day challenge, I found it addictive. Being able to hit the gym before work is INCREDIBLE as i start work at 7am. It is a great way to start the day!!:) Hugh & John are so energetic first thing in the morning and it really creates a tremendous atmosphere in the gym. Ryan & Ivan have been a GREAT addition to the team!! The weekly routines keep us all on our toes and prevents us from getting bored, as they are changed every 4 weeks!!

I joined TCP about 5 weeks now and I can honestly say it's the best decision I ever made. I've always been a member of a gym, but have never fully committed to my training (at most only attending 2/3 times a week). It was a waste of money and my time because my body never changed! Since training with Hugh and John in TCP, my body has become stronger and my Body Fat has decreased steadily. I am fully committed to my training and diet plan and I would recommend this gym to everyone, of all fitness levels!! It has changed the way I train and feel for the better. Do it!!

I have done two weeks of the six week challenge. I can already feel a difference in myself. I lost 1.5% body fat in my first week!! I have never got results like this before. I have gotten a very easy diet to stick to which means I am not leaving any foods to chance. The boys are extremely helpful and help me out every step of the way. I am really supported by the women in my class, which makes it a whole lot easier to kick ass!!! :)
