Charley had to leave twice to get parts but he was able to get the new spigot installed and water turned back on.
10/17/24. Had Rick out to repair my furnace. He found an inducer motor not working, left to pick up a new one and replaced it. Furnace now is running. Great job!
1/8/25. Randall did a great job performing the furnace maintenance. During the process he found the blower motor capacitor losing it's capability. He replaced it and the furnace is running well.

I had a complete main sewer clogged my insurance (Home serve) sent them out they tried snaking it out but had to call in a water jet and camera found a broken tile pipe was broken. They said they will get a permit and replace part of my sewer line. After a few days no one called I started to leave messages. It took 4 weeks to get someone to talk to me. I had to go to the office in Elyria and pound on the door to get any one to talk to. Finally they came out and dug up my yard and replaced the pipe but they couldn't backfill the hole until it got inspected. 3 weeks later after the hole had partly collapsed they had to dig it again so the inspector could ok it. No communication at all. Awful experience! Fell free to call me back Geisel if you want to discuss this.

I am so pleased and elated with my entire experience with Geisel Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Brad and Dillon were amazing. I had an emergency backup, overflow issue. Due to the weather being an extremely white out snowy day, I was so worried they wouldn’t get to me soon considering the weather . When Brad and Dillon reached out to me so quickly, communicated with me, just very kind, and professional. I was also so impressed with the successful outcome. I would give more stars if I could.

I have used these guys for 20+ years; they are still the best.
Edit: I already gave them a 5-star review but new problem had me calling Geisel once again. Thanks to the Geisel tech's creative solution to a complicated problem, we averted a potential nightmare.
