When I told my friends that plan to go to Pakistan, there were so many questions... Are you crazy? Is it safe? What can you see there?... Well craziness is relative. What in today world word safe means? That there is guarantee that you will not be hit by car, that there will not be earthquakes... Of course, you will not travel in war zone. Although term Pakistan is relatively new in school we learnt that there can be found some of the oldest proofs of human existing. Is this fact alone is not quite enough to go there and see why, how...? As soon as noticed that local travel agency announced tour for Pakistan, not only that immediately applied but paid whole amount hoping that group will be formed. Not only that group was formed It turned out that it was big group of 27. Correction, at the beginning it was just big group, at the end it was very happy big group. Have to admit that did not study itinerary , saw that we will visit different locations but did not want to know more, let trip leads the way... That is why will not post pictures or explain anything that we saw. Let you discover by your own nature, rivers, mighty mountains, glaciers, valleys, people, food, sounds... We were a group of 41 South Africans travelling to the Northern region of Pakistan, arriving at Islamabad then flying to Skardu for 3 days, then Hunza Valley and Gilgit and making our way back to Lahore for departure over a 2 week period. For the last few months, Ejaz Hussain assisted in planning this itinerary. His meticulous planning ensured we had a successful tour! His support, his kindness, and his positivity throughout all the challenges we faced never wavered! His cool and calm composure at all times allows him to think logically and make decisions accordingly. We had to make some urgent changes to the itinerary which was beyond our control and Ejaz was able to pull this off comfortably within no time! He arranged a 5 star accommodation for us for 2 nights when the original plan got cancelled due to bad weather, and when our flight from Gilgit was cancelled within minutes he was able to secure a dozen 4x4 vehicles for our comfort in order to drive the famous Karakoram Highway! With the Northern Pakistan region always being so unpredictable in terms of weather and so many other factors too, I can assure you that if you have Ejaz at your side he will ensure that any changes will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently! A huge thanks to the whole team for making our stay in Pakistan absolutely fabulous and for going above and beyond for us, your generosity and hospitality is indescribable Definitely coming back to Pakistan again soon, for sure will be using Ejaz and team again as they were amazing at every step of the way and the success of this tour relied on his excellent capabilities !

I’ll start by saying we are not guided trip people. This hardly felt like a tour in the best way possible. We traveled as 3 people (myself, my wife, and our 2 year old) Ejaz has been helping us plan this trip for 3 years now, first time we were canceled due to covid, the second time canceled due to floods but the third time was certainly the charm. This was my first time to Pakistan in 23 years and my wife, who is American, first time ever so we were coming in a bit blind. Ejaz catered to our needs from the start, we felt at ease throughout the whole process. The trip was planned based on our needs and exactly where we wanted to stay and things we wanted to do. Ejaz stayed in contact with us daily throughout our trip to check in on us and to see if there was anything that we needed. Additionally, our tour guide Arif was outstanding. He was local from the Skardu area and knew so many people and places from Skardu to Hunza. We felt safe and cared for the entire time we were with him. He was so kind to us and treated us like family. We traveled with our 2 year old and Arif took care of all of our day to day needs. Arif showed us the best time possible and had things available for us before we even knew we needed them. We couldn't ask for a better planner and better guide. I consider these two friends now and hope to stay in contact. When we plan our next trip we are requesting the same duo of Ejaz and Arif. As for the people and country this was one of the best places we have traveled. Some of the most beautiful landscape and the most hospitable people that we have encountered.
