Met with a psych last week and truly felt seen and heard. He cut out medication that was excessive in my treatment plan. I didn't feel like my last psych heard me and had me on 9 pills daily. I could barely function. The facility was spotless and very calming. I can't remember a time were ive seen a psych and had water, candy and fidget toys. I will continue to go here. I feel a lot better but have a leap to go
