The staff at 'PET' are always helpful, quick to reply and give advice if needed, postal always fast. My 10x has been faultless, the upgraded stem clamp works well and needed, the hydraulic brakes are good, protective hillbilly shorts are good but I didn't get on with the hillbilly gloves. Livall helmet is comfortable and has good functions. 10-3 road tyres supplied with innertubes. Basically, great service, helpful. Thank you everyone at PET.
