The cleaning staff were so nice and kind. I felt very safe having them in my home. I paid for a deep clean but there were a few detailed areas that were missed (ceiling fan, sink drip pan, etc.). So some areas should have been covered given the deep clean price tag but I am willing to try the service one more time.

I booked this service for my friend who can’t clean her home right now. It was so bad she called the company back 6 times to speak to someone about the bad job and nobody would return her call. They told her they would steam mop her floors, they brought a darn swiffer!! Her house is still dirty. The floors are sticky for whatever reason, and the girl used my friends bleach, lost the top, and left the bleach just sitting on the floor and didn’t say anything. She barely vacuumed and just did a horrible job. Nobody will return my friends calls, or send anyone back out to do it properly. Save your 200$ and go with a company who will actually clean. These people should be ashamed of themselves Edit: Eric Pearson came to fix it and he really went above and beyond to fix the clean. He really tried to make sure my friend is satisfied before he left. Leaving off a star because apparently I’m ignorant, and that was uncalled for. BUT he did do a really good job my friend is very happy now. Thank you

When we moved houses last April 2024 we had Antonia do our move out clean and Erikka do our move in clean. Both were STELLAR. I couldn't have been more happy with the job they did. They worked well with my schedule, budget, etc. Lenore in the office was a delight to work with. I have been a client since 2010 or so. The people who run S&S are incredibly high character. They care about their cleaning crews both personally and professionally. We have been working with Joshua and Crystal over the last few years; they have been excellent and just as importantly, incredibly reliable.

UPDATE: I've been using Sponge and Sparkle for over a year now and I'm still very happy. I've had Joshua as my sparkler for quite some time now and he is always so friendly, warm, and very thorough in his cleaning. And he never hesitates to ask questions and always asks at the end of each cleaning if everything looks good or if something else is needed. I look forward to Tuesday every 4 weeks for my home cleaning! Highly recommend this company. Sponge and Sparkle was excellent and Monica my "sparkler" was amazing! I've been trying to keep up with cleaning my 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome on my own but with work that has been difficult. A friend recommended Sponge and Sparkle and they did not disappoint. Monica showed up on time and was very kind, professional, and thorough! Needless to say my house was sparkling! No dust to be seen including on the blinds and baseboards and my house smelled like a clean citrus that lingered for days. Monica was even nice to come back the next morning to finish up when she ran out of time the day before (not her fault, I had requested a deep clean as my house needed it!). The office staff is also very responsive and walked me through the process and was very upfront about how pricing works. I've signed up for monthly standard cleaning services moving forward and I look forward to it!

We have been using Sponge and Sparkle for almost 2 or more years now, and they have been excellent and always very courteous when they come clean as well as over the phone. We have someone scheduled to come every two weeks regularly and they never miss. They are very reliable and do a thorough job cleaning. On only one occasion, there was someone new, and she did not seem to finish the cleaning job completely. I called Sponge and Sparkle and let them know. The nice woman on the phone was very apologetic and had a different person who was more experienced, Gaitlyn, come out the very next day to redo the cleaning. Gaitlyn did an extremely thorough job and cleaned our entire home over again even though it only needed some finishing such as some surfaces, floors and dusting. I am thankful to have found a courteous and reliable company.

As previously mentioned, excellent customer service. Sponge and Sparkle has been cleaning our place for a while now, since they cleaned at our old place and we've been at our new place for 18 months. I've been present when they've come, and they've always been extremely friendly. I don't always feel that the house is spotless after they're done, but admittedly, I've got ridiculous standards for cleaning, and I live in an older house with plenty of accumulated stains that only the most corrosive of cleaning materials could remove. But the house smells fresher, the layer of dust is removed, the bathrooms are shiny, and all the spots are gone from the stove top, so it's clean. And I love that I can come home to this smell without having to work for it myself. I attribute my ridiculous standards to my mother's extremely frugal nature that makes me feel guilty about spending money on anything that I could do myself, coupled with my dislike of having my stuff moved or touched from the places that I leave it. It's hard for me to deal with any cleaners, since there's a lot of stuff moved in the process of cleaning. Thank goodness Cindy always calls the day before to remind me so that I can put everything where I'll be able to find it before they come to clean. There's a comment card left after each visit, and when I checked "neutral" instead of "positive" or "negative", I received a call from Cindy asking what could be done better. They really do care! At the end of the day, the house is cleaner than it was, and I get more time with J and C, so it's worth it. Just don't tell my mom!

Awesome cleaning service. Very well managed. The cleaning ladies are awesome and the office workers are always so sweet and organized. They allow you to make special requests or changes to the schedule easily and the house is always left sparkling!

If you want your house to sparkle, call these folks! They have been cleaning my house for four years and clean from the crown molding down to the wood floors. They use organic cleaning products, so you don't have to worry about any nasty residue. They show up on time, every month and do a thorough job. Love, love, love their service.
