The seal around the rear quarter window of my car started to fail. With the inevitable autumn/winter weather approaching I was concerned about rain entering the vehicle. After spending around two hours ringing my insurance company various car windscreen fitters to no avail. I saw an advert for Screen-Tec. It was the best phone call I made that day, I spoke to Andy initially and straightaway he was familiar and very knowledge about my repair. I sent some photos with the glass that needed the repair. We established the part and Andy advised he’d call on Monday morning when the glass came in. Sure enough first thing on Monday morning he called to confirm the glass had come in and all I had to do was book it in. Luke came to my workplace to fit, it, again I was met with a knowledgeable,professional friendly and efficient service from Luke he is a credit to his employers. Finally I hope in the nicest possible way that I don’t ever have to use their services again, but if I did i wouldn’t hesitate in doing so. Thoroughly impressed, I can’t recommend Screen-Tec highly enough, keep up the good work guys.

I had to smash a side window when I foolishly locked my only car key inside the car. Screen -Tec managed to source a new window for early the next day. Mick performed the task quickly and efficiently, in good humour, and he hoovered the broken glass up very diligently. It was a pleasure to meet him. The price was competitive. I would be happy to recommend them and use them again.

A great service from the team at Screen-Tec. Carl was very helpful arranging the supply and fit of Pilkington glass to my 23 year old Polo GTI. We tried to source original VW glass with no avail. This was after an unfortunate crack in the windscreen. Chris and Mick turned up promptly at the agreed time and fitted the glass. Really happy with the outcome and quality of the fit and the supplied glass. Miles better in terms of professionalism and friendliness compared to bigger national outfits. Also reasonably priced. Nick from Screentec came to replace my broken passenger side window. He was efficient, courteous and very professional, he left my car immaculate and cleaned out all the broken glass from inside the door and from the footwell. Would highly recommend!

So I locked my keys in my car ended up smashing a window. I spoke to 4 companies before Screen-Tec all of them told me I'd made a mistake, cant get that glass, takes 10 hours to change, little bit disheartening. I called Screen-Tec and spoke to a man called Andy, very helpful guy, told him how my previous calls went, he filled me confidence, book my car in for work immediately. I received a phone call 45 mins before they arrived, the work was completed by Chris+Sid friendly guys. Work was completed quickly and to a high standard, would use this company again and full recommend.

Mark and Lawrence came to refit my windscreen this morning. They arrived promptly and were friendly and professional. My original windscreen had come loose in one corner and along one side due to the glue wearing away, causing a loud whistling sound when I drove at speed. They managed to save the original windscreen by taking it out and re-glueing it so I didn’t need a whole new one fitted. Great service - I will be recommending Screen-Tec to friends and family.

My window issue was handled by Lawrence. He was absolutley brilliant and made a very bad day much better. He took great care clearing up the mess the thieves had left, made a great job of fitting both windows and even helped me re-start my car because of a battery issue which was well above and beyond the call of duty. He went the extra distance as far as I am concerned and is a great credit to his Company and himself. I will certainly take all further glass issues to Screen-Tec who have looked after me exceptionally well from the 1st phone call with Andy to the completion of the job by Lawrence. Where do start……. Smashed my window today on my transit, I started to google companies, rang a few but was charging through the roof and couldn’t fix today, I then found screen tec really helpful on the phone and then to my surprise got me a window and got it fitted with in 1 hour at a fair reasonable price!!! After Autoglass quoted me 460 pounds I went to screentec. Significantly cheaper and solid quility. They came out and fitted it in about 30 minutes, passenger side window. will be definitely using them again if I have another window that breaks. No complaints.

Good and fast at getting the job done!

Screen-Tec were recommended to me by Volvo after water came pouring through the Lights near my rear view mirror. Such a friendly company to deal with and the the two guys that came out to to the job, Mick and Trevor, were just the loveliest!. I was warned that the glass could break but luckily all was fine. They explained the whole process and showed me the issue which was clearly bad workmanship from a previous replacement where the seal hadn't bonded properly to the glass. So happy with the results and amazing value for money, thank you so much.

Good service - fitted me in quickly, good price compared to other companies and the screen was fitted in about 20 minutes. Only issue was the booking slot I was given was incorrect so had to wait in all day. Other than that no issues would use again.

I had my rear window smashed in on the 17th of January and after failing to get cover through my own garage I called them up one afternoon. They did not have my glass in stock at the time but were able to come by within 24hours. Mark and Lawrence completed my fitting to a very high standard and were very polite too. They came in the middle of the time slot (12-2pm), and were very fast, only taking 40 minutes. Sorry for the delay in review, thank you for the great service!

Call out to repair a broken front passenger side window. Discovered the damage at 9am and called Screentec based on good reviews on Google - they didn't disappoint. The car part needed to be sourced from a separate supplier, which was sorted by the team and the window was fully replaced by 3.30pm. Trev, the mechanic, delivered a great service and I'd fully recommend Screentec for any similar issue.

I called Screentec at 8:30pm to replace my windshield as it was broken and needed to get to Portsmouth the next afternoon. Andy was amazing, took my details and called me back 7am next day to say it would be done that morning on my drive. Was complete by 9:30am. Absolutely amazing service. Can't recommend highly enough.

I was quoted over £500 with Autoglass to repair the small rear window on my car and they stated they didn't even have the right glass in stock but upon contacting Screentec I was charged £150 and it was fitted that afternoon. Incredible service! Some scumbags smashed my rear window and I called these guys at 8.30am on a saturday. The fitter arrived at 8.45am and was completely finished by 9.15am! Simply unreal! All for £175 as well.

I tried to fix a chip in my windscreen whilst away from home, it cracked like a thin layer of ice on the surface of a river in the height of winter. F#$k it I said! I'm gonna call the pro's! I found screen tec on the internet and called for a quote. Not having windscreen insurance, my wallet tried to keep itself shut in self defence. I agreed to speak to screentec in the morning (to palm them off). So my wallet could have time to recover from the shock.... it then convinced me to call someone else. I called another local number and to my embarrassment went through to screen tec again. After having a laugh at my second phone call my wallet opened and was willing to fork out a small fortune. My hero's came the next day and were really friendly and a good laugh. They did a really professional job, were fast knowledgeable and superherolike with there own superhero costumes (work uniform)...and told me never to try to fix a windscreen myself with a cheap £10 kit again. I agreed. And off I went into the night happy and comforted by what was genuinely an amazing windscreen company! The end. Recommended 10/10 hopefully not but would do again #windscreenheros
