Great experience, amazing tour guide! We're a group of friends traveling specifically to see the northern lights, we were very lucky to have been paired with Sultan, not only was he very knowledgeable about the local weather and sighting conditions, but was also very invested in our seeing the lights and making the trip special. The night we went out happened to be particularly windy and had snow being push around, Sultan stayed out well past 1am with us to ensure we found a good spot with opening for visibility, other guided tours had turned back at midnight. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide turned a potentially frustrating situation into an amazing day We did a private tour with Frazeli as our guide. There was some miscommunication between the tour company and our travel agent, but Frazeli was absolutely wonderful. Upon learning of the miscommunication, he made sure that the four of us had a great tour. He was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. Fabulous private Golden Circle tour Tomas our guide was amazing. I booked this private tour with Icelandic tours direct with Sultan. Tomas used what’s app to communicate and arrived spot on time at our apartment pick up point. We went to the national park. Where there are set walks through the stunning cliffs and views. We had a couple of non walkers in our group that throughout the trip Tomas showed them to see the sights and then headed back to the car. We then walked and met them at an another point, allowing us to walk more. (We did this at each spot) We then headed to gullfoss, a waterfall not to miss. Fabulous views and sounds, even an amazing rainbow. Then headed to geysir hot springs. We had lunch here, really good selection in the coffee/cafe part. On the way back he even did a stop at the Grater which was not on our schedule. It was great to have a personal tour guide and he educated us on many topics of Iceland which was an added bonus. If you need a personal tour to accommodate to individual needs. Look no further.

Golden Circle Private Day Tour with Lava Tunnel This was a great tour! My wife and I booked the Golden Circle private tour with the Lava Tunnel. Sultan was our tour guide and did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable, professional and you could tell he loved his job. It was a great tour to see and learn about a lot of things in the areas outside of Reykjavík. We highly recommend this day tour for anybody looking to experience a variety of things out in nature in Iceland.

A long, full, amazing day trip! We did this trip in July 2025. You cover a lot of ground and see so much amazing scenery. We saw two waterfalls, the lighthouse up on the cliffs with stunning views of the beach below (and puffins), a black sand beach, and the church at Vik. We had planned to do a glacier walk as well, but we got so soaked at one of the waterfalls that our tour guide, Fazeli, was flexible and found us a hot spring area to visit instead. We were in a hurry to get back to our cruise ship at that point, so we couldn't stay long at the final site. I will say many of the stops had bathrooms, so that was an important piece of information that the website should include. It is a very full day, but well worth it to see so much beautiful scenery and countryside.Our guide was very helpful and accommodating, particularly when we ended up with soaking shoes and socks and no backups. He also brought his own camera and took some great pictures that he shared with us.

Go on a day trip with Paradise! We had the greatest time with Fazeli and would like to recommend this tour to anyone who is nervous about driving back roads or if you just want to relax and let someone else do the driving.The booking and confirmation process was flawless. I booked not even 10 hours before the tour but the website (Viator) was able to let me know availability. They use Whatsapp to communicate if you don't have an Iceland number so please keep that in mind. At the end of the tour, Fizoli was nice enough to recommend and make reservations for a restaurant. That was so appreciated after a long day.I would suggest going on a day tour with professional travel agency like Paradise just to have an Icelandic perspective. Driving to places yourself is good too but you just don't get the local insights.

What a once in a lifetime experience! Had a magnificent day filled with adventures of seeing waterfalls, geysers and glaciers! Golden Circle We visited Reykjavik on a cruise and my son is a wheelchair user so booking a private tour with a large vehicle works best for us. Sam, our guide was excellent, very informative told us lots about the landscape, the history and the various places we visited. Even made a few extra photo stops for us ! The whole trip was very wheelchair accessible apart from the waterfall which is fine. We went to the blue lagoon to & the staff there were really helpful. They only have one designated changing room for wheelchair users and we had to wait 35 minutes for 2 ladies to come out who didn’t need the additional space for a wheelchair like we did which was quite frustrating as it really limited our time in the lagoon. The also have a specialist chair that you use to go into the lagoon - you enter via a ramp to the side. Would definitely recommend this trip with Sam, we packed loads into the day and feel like we’ve seen a wide variety of areas of Reykjavik.

Well worth the trip We had a fabulous time on Heimaey Island. The weather was perfect, and Thomas, our guide, took us to places we would not have thought to visit. After trying a couple of spots, we did finally see lots of puffins at one location. They're hard to spot, because their nests are hidden, on rock ledges or in tufts of grass on the ground. But we saw a lot of them! The Volcano Museum is also fascinating, and tells the story of an amazing day on the island. Unfortunately, there was a power outage while we were there, and the Beluga Sanctuary did not reopen before we had to leave. I was tempted to leave a 4-star rating because of that, but that was not the fault of the operator.

Worth the long drive This is a daylong activity that requires a lot of driving but the variety of beautiful landscapes is worth it. The diamond beach itself can be busy but the setting is spectacular and great for pictures. If you re lucky you can see seals swimming by the mini-icebergs.

Highly recommended We did the private tour of Golden Circle and South Coast attractions. We had Ali as our guide who picked us up promptly directly as the hotel. We had expected a jeep so left him waiting in his lovely Passat for 5 minutes! After introductions we set off to the attractions. Ali let us know how long each journey would be and gave us an option for where to eat. He also kindly threw in an extra stop to feed some ponies!He came with us to the start of some attractions to take our photos, then he'd leave us to wander around. Northern Lights - we did it!! We contacted Sultan to do this tour and he was great! Our tour was scheduled for Friday night, snowstorm, Saturday night, more snow, then Sunday!! It happened. We drove out of Reykjavík about 45 min….and we saw the lights!!Sultan took great pictures of us and even had hot chocolate and other snacks when we waited for a bit to see if the lights would be stronger. Ours were perfect….we were SO happy to have seen them! Recommend Sultan for this tour!! 👍👍

Perfectly Tailored Private Tours We took two private tours with Ali. First we traveled from Reykjavik along the South Coast to Vik, stopping at waterfalls and the Black Sand beach. A couple of days later, Ali took us from Vik to Jökulsárlón Glacier to see Diamond Beach and join up with a tour of the Blue Ice Cave.We chose Iceland Paradise Tours because they were totally flexible with when and where we wanted to travel. Every other tour we looked at was either round-trip Reykjavik (a TOO LONG day of driving!) or met on-site at the glacier. We conversed with Sultan during the booking process and crafted exactly the experience we wanted.Ali was an awesome driver and guide! He was completely prompt and professional, of course, but he went far beyond those basics. He sought out new and hidden things for us to see (like a real Viking house built into a hillside). He gave us great insight into Iceland both past and present, answering every question we had. He's also a great photographer, so if he offers to take your picture, say YES!We are already thinking about a return visit to Iceland -- Ali tells us that it's a completely different experience in the summer -- so we can see more parts of this beautiful land.

The Best Tour Experience We spent a week touring Iceland with Sultan from Iceland Paradise Tours and we could not be happier! We were traveling with family, 10 of us total and we booked everything with Sultan, from airport transfers to each day of our sightseeing. He made sure everything was planned perfectly for us. Amazing experience, must do. Absolutely fantastic! From before the trip I spoke to Sultan over WhatsApp and he answered all my questions real time, very responsive. Communication continued through pick up where he got me at my hotel. Great conversation and super friendly made the long road trip easy. Bit several attractions despite the weather not being in our favor. The diamond beach didn’t disappoint though and was well worth the journey! Our ride home dealt with some more weather complications but his driving was superb and made me feel comfortable throughout. Amazing trip with Iceland Paradise Tours! I just returned from a 5 day trip . It was amazing I'd like to give a shout out to Iceland Paradise Tours. What an amazing tour company. It all started with constant communication with Sultan, I couldn't believe how responsive he was. We went back and forth messaging and phone calls to make sure our trip would be the best it could be. We used them for our airport transfer when we arrived. There was 8 of us with luggage. Karim was our guide for pick up. He pulled over at a safe area off the road so we could see the volcano on our way in to Reykjavik. He was amazing and even helped us with figuring out how to spend our morning since our Blue Lagoon plans were canceled because of the volcano. He found us a bakery that was open we waited there until Perlan opened, grabbed a taxi and spent a few hours until our apartment was ready. The next day was Golden Circle Tour, Karim was our guide again. He was very knowledgeable, fun and we learned so much from him. He stopped at a farm, that wasn't on the list where we had ice cream with the cows! We really enjoyed the private tour option. We were able to navigate attractions at our own speed and we're able to control how we wanted to see things. Day two was South Coast with Sultan what a beautiful area. Sultan made sure we saw the best of the best! He even included two surprise stops!! We were short on daylight but he organized things in such a way we got to do it all! Sultan was so wonderful he even stopped at Dominos for us so my son can compare them to the US Dominos. So many personal touches, I can't say enough good things about our expirence. I will use them again when we go back. If your thinking about doing a private tour this is the way to go.

Amazing trip with Adnana We did a private Northern Light tour with Adnan. We agreed to visit the two waterfalls hoping to see the lights there. But fate had its plans. We saw beautiful waterfalls but no lights. Adnan kept eyes on the aurora alert and we stopped at three different spots to see beautiful lights. It was freezing (minus 13) so he made sure that as soon as we came inside the car, we were blasted off with warm air (super thanks). He had amazing hot chocolate that kept us going. A fantastioc trip.

Northern lights It was a great experience. Adnan took extra care to make sure we see the northern lights. We were lucky and saw the lights after 1230 am , thanks to Adnan who went extra mile. He was a safe driver and looked after his passengers and their needs very well.

Beautiful day along the South Coast and Diamond Beach November in Iceland can be tricky, there is low light and variable weather, but I felt Sultan navigated the conditions very well! He drives fast, but that didn’t bother me. We got to all our destinations safely and had a great time. We got lucky at Diamond Beach and had perfect weather! He also took awesome photos of us! I would use his service again next time I’m in Iceland! As a side note, we had a very early flight the next morning so we also ended up arranging transport through him for that as well. Easy to communicate with and very helpful!

South coast private guided tour Recently I had the opportunity to go on a guided tour down the beautiful South Coast from Canada with my family – it was truly a memorable adventure! Our experienced guide picked us up and from there, on, out everything fell into place perfectly; the tour was customized to our preferences and interests right. The guide we had was really informative. Shared some interesting information, about the landscapes of the area as well as the wildlife and cultural history there too! We got to see some beaches and cliffs that were so tall they almost touched the sky! The little towns we visited were all so pretty. Each one seemed charming, than the last! What made it even better was that the tour was personalized for us so we could take our time to ask questions and explore everything at our speed.

Perfect timing to see the Aurora thanks to our experienced and knowledgeable guide, Sultan. We made the booking at short notice for a tour to start the same night at 8pm. After confirming the booking I spoke with our guide, Sultan, to ask what he thought the chances of seeing the lights was. He said he’d check his weather sources and get back to me. True to his word he got back to me and said the conditions were favourable and he’d collect us from our hotel at 10pm. We drove for about 40 minutes before Sultan said he could see signs of the Aurora and promptly parked up for us to get out of the vehicle to wait for the show. Amazingly the lights started to appear on cue for us and it was a marvellous sight to see. Sultan erected his tripod, set up his camera and started taking photographs of us and the wonderful lights. It was perfect timing and a great experience. After the lights had finished we got back in the comfort and warmth of the vehicle and Sultan served us hot chocolate and biscuits. Fantastic Iceberg River Tour Had the most breathtaking experience on the Diamond Beach tour. The entire trip was well-organised, our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the glacier history as we assume, and the geology of the area. The King of Northern Lights lived up to his reputation! I took the Northern Lights tour with Sultan, renowned as the King of Northern Lights tours in Iceland, and he certainly lived up to his reputation. His expertise in finding the perfect spot for viewing the lights was remarkable, relying on a mix of advanced apps on his phone and an almost instinctive sense of where to go. The lights were dancing and it was truly a memorable experience. There were strong winds that night, which caused his expensive camera to fall and break off the tripod while he was trying to capture photos of me. Throughout the tour, he shared valuable insights about different parts of Reykjavik, paired with plenty of funny jokes. We wrapped up the night with hot chocolate, the perfect treat after the chilling Icelandic cold.

We reached to the Reykjavik airport at 8:30 and the car's driver was waiting our there he welcome us with smily face then introduced himself and collected our luggage. This is how our tour starts. He dropped us to the hotel room. Then next morning he was waiting for us at hotel's lobby to pick us for day tour.The guide was well mannered, punctual and disciplined. I enjoyed the whole trip, every moment is enjoyed by me & my family till the time of airport dropped off. We reached on airport 3 hour before flight departure. Thanks to the driver and the company.

Great sights and great guides around southern Iceland. Tomas was a very helpful and learned guide with a lot of personal experience about the landscape and roads as well as advice on where to stop.We had great weather all throughout - though be aware of the heavy winds! - and had no issues on the roads or the time, returning to Reykjavik before sundown. The sights are absolutely worth it, especially should you get to Diamond Beach with proper ice chunks.

Best Tour Even on Just a Day’s Notice! We made a mistake on another tour company and booked the wrong date but was unable to change it and had to scramble for a different tour the day before! Kareem and his team was exceptional in making arrangements and accomodating us on a very short window of time and worked with me until after hours on a Friday night for a Saturday tour. We were glad to have found this tour and company as the experience was the best we had and already forgot all the woes we had to endure to secure our reservation. On top of that, Kareem was top notch and was very flexible and very much appreicated the patience and professionalism he showed in dealing with my group of friends. ❤️

Weather Not Optional We loved the guide that Sultan sent us. We got to know incredible areas including geysers and waterfalls. He kept it lively and fun and was an excellent driver. The weather did interfere a bit but we plowed through.

Island Paradise Tours for Airport/Cruise ship/Downtown transfers Our group of six arranged airport-to-cruise-ship and post-cruise-to-airport transportation with Sultan. Both trips he was on time, and gave clear details on where to find him. {Which is more than I can say for "Destination Blue Lagoon" bus that left us high and dry resulting in over $60 in cab fare}. We had already planned out all our tours before finding Island Paradise Tours, so unfortunately I have no experience there.

Northern lights in full splendor We had two wonderful excursions. Sultan was our guide. One was a helicopter ride to see live volcanic eruptions and the other one to see northern lights. Amazing tour and guide We went with Sultan on this tour and it was by far the best tour and the highlight of our trip to Iceland. We went to all of the sightings and few more as we modified our journey based on our interests. Sultan was very cooperative and knowledgable. He was calm and smiling throughout our 12-hour road trip. Our best day ever We booked a Private South Coast Tour to make the best of our day in port in between back-to-back cruises. It was our best day ever and a private tour truly is the best way to go.Our tour guide Tomas promptly picked us up at the cruise port terminal and had the whole day planned for us. He is a great driver, very good company and was well prepared for the itinerary. He seized the opportunity for added stops when we saw something interesting along the way. He was there for us and we appreciated every minute in his company! Truly a delightful day and way much better than touring on our own.

An unexpected experience with the Northern Lights We were taken to a place far away from the city. The 6 of us were freezing but it’s worth it. Sultan kept checking the activity level of the lights and had his professional camera stood by. Finally even though the activity level was weak we were able to capture a nice photo.

An awesome experience at the Golden Circle We went (3 couples) with Sultan Mahmoud to visit the Golden Circle on Aug 16. First we visited the Gullfoss Waterfall, then the tallest Geyser and look at the fresh lava surrounding the Blue Lagoon area. Last but not least had an awesome bath at the Blue Lagoon. We enjoyed every stop and Sultan was able to accomodate our needs very well. He’s knowledgeable and friendly and tried hard to make our trip interesting and enjoyable. Highly recommend him to any visitors who wants to explore Iceland.

Once in a lifetime tour of the South Coast. We had a fantastic full day with Sultan today visiting Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach from Reykjavík. Quick Tour of Iceland! My cousin and I had a stopover in Iceland on our way to Europe and we did a 6 hour tour with Sultan! He was awesome!! He had everything timed perfectly! Communication was effortless which set my mind at ease…especially flying so far and to an area totally unfamiliar with!! A wonderful experience with Sultan What an amazing tour guide Sultan was. We received a recommendation to use him as our guide for our overnight stop in Reykjavík and couldn't have been happier. From the start he was very responsive and accommodating. We were a group of 4 that spent over 12 hours with him. From the pickup at the cruise port to the stops to see the waterfalls, to searching for puffins, to a quick change in itinerary from going to Diamond Beach (since he was just there the day before and there was nothing to see due to the warmer weather) and seeing Jökulsárlón (otherwise known as glacier lagoon) to see some of the most beautiful icebergband a surprise stop on the way back to see the church downtown. Snaefellsnes Peninsula Tour and airport transfer My teenage son and I had a great customized tour, including airport transfer and special day seeing the most amazing sites. We really enjoyed the hot spring, Hvammsik. We visited Kirkjufell mountain and waterfall, Djupalonssandur Beach, two sets of cliffs and the Vatnshellir lava cave! Amazing south coast trip! We just had an amazing 7 nights in Iceland. At first I found it quite overwhelming wondering whether to hire a car, who to do the tours with etc. Thankfully I saw a recommendation for Sultan of Iceland paradise tours. I had several conversations with him and told him what me and my family wanted to do. He listened, gave some great advice and told me that he could actually book everything for me which was great! I then received an invoice and he sent me over all the tickets for all the attractions. When we arrived we found him very friendly and accommodating, on all the tours we did with him he always added a few ‘surprise’ visits to beautiful locations that are very quiet and unspoilt! What I also loved about him was that he was very respectful that it was ‘our family holiday’ and would go off to have his lunch with the tour drivers but similarly would take the most amazing family pictures if you so wished! I would not hesitate to recommend him - in particular his passion and knowledge of the northern lights is second to none, he drove to several locations with us in order to not only find them but to get away from the crazy winds so he could take some brilliant professional photos for memories of our superb trip to this very special country! All inclusive, stress free trip! Just returned home from a wonderful trip. With a group of 8, it was difficult to decide on renting cars or to book excursions/transfers with a company. Even though we are all experienced winter drivers, we felt the drivers would not be able to relax and enjoy the sights as much. After reading so many positive reviews from Iceland Paradise Tours , we took the chance on turning our trip over to Sultan Mahmoud. We gave him a few ideas and he turned it into a fantastic itinerary. It was a great mix of scheduled tours and free time. Day 1 included airport pick up and drop off to our accommodation. That evening was a successful Northern lights tour with professional photographs and hot chocolate and some Icelandic treats. He knew the spots to go for the best chance of seeing the lights. Having a smaller vehicle also allowed for easier access to remote viewing areas. And if we hadn’t seen them that first night we arrived, we would have kept trying every night of our trip. On the way back to Reykjavik, the lights started dancing again and Sultan immediately pulled over for us to have another view and photo opportunity. Within 20 mins of being dropped off at our apartment, Sultan had sent us all the pictures he had taken that evening. This was only day 1 and we were beyond happy with our choice to book with Iceland Paradise tours. Day 2 we did the Golden Circle tour including a stop at Laxnes Horse Farm for a 2 hour ride. Day 3 was a day of much needed rest and to explore Reykjavik on our own. Day 4 included the South Coast tour with a few special surprises for us. Day 5 we had our morning free and went to Hvammsvik Hot Springs in the late afternoon. Day 6 was return transfers to the airport. We had door to door service in a comfortable van with plenty of room for luggage on airport transfers or room to bring a change of clothing or rain pants to take on/off at certain stops. Sultan knew the history of each area we visited and also the expertise of knowing which order for the stops to avoid major crowds for better picture opportunities. We never felt rushed at any sight and really enjoyed Sultan’s commentary. We never felt bombarded with constant narration or that our space was being intruded. It was a great mix of having a private guide/driver and also our own space. And most importantly, knowing we could stop when needed for restroom breaks!! We had compared the options of booking all individual transfers/tours and for the small price difference we decided to go with something more personal and convenient. There was no stress of finding meeting points or bus transfer locations each day. We were met at the front door of our accommodation and we didn’t have to think any further. Just sit back relax and enjoy. I only needed a camera at every stop as our all inclusive price included all entry fees. No worrying about standing in line or pre-booking activities. Sultan took care of everything. I highly recommend him if you want a small tour all inclusive experience. All I had to do was book flights and our accommodation. Sultan took care of the rest. I only had to budget for meals and souvenirs. I highly recommend Sultan and Iceland Paradise Tours. Initial contact was by email and then further calls and texts on WhatsApp. I never waited long for a reply. Even on our free days Sultan reached out to check in or to give us suggestions or tell us about possible Northern lights sightings from the harbor. Amazing Northern Lights tour!!! Our group of 8 recently traveled to Iceland with the Northern Lights being at the top of our list of things to see. We made reservations for 3 different nights to see the lights with 3 different companies thinking we had our bases covered. All of these tours were cancelled due to weather but we heard of other groups seeing the lights on those same nights. We reached out to Sultan at Iceland ParadiseTours as a last chance. He agreed to take us out and was determined to do everything he could for us to see the lights. He was extremely knowledgeable and the trip was a success!! He had us stay in the warm van while he braved the cold until the lights came into view. He took a lot of great pics and sent them to us later that night! I highly recommend!!

Magical experience !!! I had an incredible experience on this Northern Lights tour in Iceland. Not only did I witness the stunning aurora, but I also captured amazing photos with their camera. Fantastic private tour We went on a private tour with Sultan as our guide. We are a family of 5, with 3 kids (3,8,11). Sultan was AMAZING. He made us feel very relaxed, safe and happy. His vehicle was clean, comfortable and warm. We had wifi and USB cables and chargers in the vehicle as well. We did not feel rushed and he was extremely patient with the kids. I would definitely recommend him for anyone with or without kids. We had enough toilet breaks and the trip was very enjoyable. He also took beautiful pictures of our family and we really appreciate this. His photography skils were amazing. Always a challenge to get good pictures, but he made it so effortless. We wish we could go on more tours with him. Definitely worth every penny.

Sultan , Great guide for our group We had an amazing time in Reykjavík with our guide sultan. We used sultan’s services for several trips and he was always on time and ready to give us any tips he could to make our trip more memorable.I have to give sultan a 5 star rating for our northern lights tours , despite the temperature being a cool -23 degrees he stayed out with us until we got to see the northern dancing in the sky and took a lot of photos for our group, truly a trip to remember.

Fantastic knowledge tour guide Sultan was a passionate guide. He gets very excited about sharing his knowledge of the northern lights. He has he studies the weather map to find a place with low probability of clouds and a high probability of Northern lights. He made sure to get a picture of everyone and send it to them. He instructs you on how to get the best picture with your own phone camera. It was a wonderful experience. We saw lots of lights for about an hour and were allowed to go into the bus for warmth when needed.

BEST EXPERIENCE!! There’s no words to compare the stunning sceneries we’ve seen but we would never have this amazing and more private experience if we didn’t have Sultan as our guide. He’s simply the best! His priority is us (his clients) and he’s very thoughtful and always thinks ways so we can have the best time ever.. and we did! . We did the Golden Circle and the South Coast Tour and everything was just so convenient! He picks us up and drops us off from and to our accomodation every day. He knows when’s the best time to go to places when there’s not much people or tour buses around so we can have better photos. He even made an extra effort and took us to a place that is not part of the usual South Coast Tour and boy, the view there was breathtaking!! He even gave us Icelandic snacks and drinks to try… and I mean, which tour does that??I can’t recommend Sultan enough. Wonderful Experience! If you want a guide who makes extra effort for you to have the best experience, book him NOW! He brought us to places to hunt the Northen Lights when others are saying it will most likely be cancelled due to the heavy rain. He provided us with the the best hot chocolate and home made cookies made by his wife while we were waiting dor the sky to clear up and eventually, we were able to see it! Though it was hiding beneath the clouds and would’ve been a lot better if it was a clear night sky, we were still glad to be able to faintly see it and made us tick it from our bucket list and he even took nice photographs of us using his professional Camera.

Golden Circle We used Iceland Paradise Tours for our Golden Circle tour. Sultan is a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable guide and went out of his way to ensure we had the best time on our trip to Iceland. Very comfortable 7 seat car (there were only 4 of us). Sultan was always punctual and also he made extra/additional stops if we wanted and there were no time constraints at each location, which you don't get with a big tour group. We also did the South Coast/Diamond Beach Tour and used Sultan for airport transfers.

Reliable tours and airport transfers Just back from 4 days in Reykjavik 🥰 we had a few poor experiences with it some of the bus travel tours, but I highly recommend Sultan Mahmoud- Iceland Paradise Tours! Sincerely regretted booking with greyline instead of this guy, as they cancelled our northern lights excursion due to unfavourable conditions and on the same night this guy found them for his group, after travelling to Iceland with hopes of seeing them I should have paid the little extra, however I did use him for the airport transfers as for 5 people he was cheaper than the buses and much less hassle! He kept in contact the whole time and was waiting in arrivals, fast and easy transfer to the hotel and back and loads of great advice about where to eat and things to do on the way. The south Iceland tour I booked was with bus travel Bustravel Iceland and the bus kept overheating so that caused a few issues including my son almost passing out(amongst others), to avoid disappointment next time I’ll will be booking with these

One of the best guided tours I went to a guided tour with my friends yesterday. Our pickup was exactly the same as it was mentioned by our guide. The trip was one of the best trips I had here in Iceland. We had so many tourist attractions to visit. The guide was very humble and friendly. One of the locations was a surprise visit for us, the black sand beach. We also had the photoshoot with professional camera and via drone. I would definitely recommend.

Successful Viewing Of Northern Lights The tour operator (The King of Northern Lights) was excellent. He took us around telling us the history and reasons behind them whilst working hard to locate them on a cloudy night.He found a clear area and we saw the lights. Private transfers 5 of us had Sultan for private transfers from Reykjavik airport to our hotel. Prior to our trip he contacted me to let me know he would be waiting outside bagage with a sign having our name on it. Honestly from the time we booked to the drop off location we could not have had a better transfer. It was perfect! Sultan was very kind and helpful with tips on seeing the city. Our travel agent at godiplomat.com in Chicago, IL, originally arranged a private tour for the Southern Coast with Sultan for four of us. We were having such a great time that during the tour, we all decided to extend our Southern Coast Tour by adding the Golden Circle that Sultan was only too happy to accommodate, literally at the last minute. A Perfect Day in Iceland There are no words that can describe the absolutely incredible, perfect day we spent with Mr. Sultan. His communication and planning prior to meeting us was very timely, thorough, and helpful. When we committed to him handling our day in Iceland, we spoke about some of the things that we wanted to do. He was early to pick us up and was in absolutely no rush to drop us off. We spent 14 1/2 hours exploring southeast Iceland including massive waterfalls, Black Sand Beach and the city of Vik, Diamond Beach where we saw ice from glaciers washing up on the black sand for us to pick up! Private Day Tour in Reykjanesbaer. Initially we hired Sultan from Iceland Paradise Tours for a southeast tour. It was fabulous! Sultan is friendly, experienced and very knowledgeable about all the sights and of Iceland. He takes great pride in making the tour perfect for each group. We enjoyed this tour so much that we hired him again for our last day to tour the west coast of Iceland and then to drop us off at the airport. I hadn’t read much about the western part of the country, but it was simply gorgeous and once again Sultan made the day perfect. In addition to all the beautifulspots, Sultan was able find where my dad served in the navy and we saw where his barracks and avaition hangar were from back in the 1960’s! This really made our day. Private/customized South Coast Tour For our 5th year wedding anniversary, we decided to book a 2-day private tour with Iceland Paradise Tours, and for two people who value excellent, personalized service and really hate crowds, it really made a big difference.Our guide, Sultan, who is also the owner of this company, was very professional, flexible, hardworking, and knowledgeable about Iceland. It was easy to coordinate and plan with him beforehand, and he gave a very fair price for a customized, private trip to the Southern Coast, with flexibility to also visit the Golden Circle as we wished. The vehicle he used for the trip, a Range Rover, was spacious enough for our needs and he had Wi-Fi in the car. It was also well-equipped to handle the changing climate of Iceland, including a sudden snow storm in spring!The service was quite exceptional. We gave him a rough idea of how we wanted our trip to go, and he accommodated all our requests and changes graciously. He was upfront and gave very practical advice about the sites we wanted to see—for example, whether it makes sense to go to a place or not, given the conditions. He also instinctively understood what we needed and adjusted accordingly—whether it was to talk, give us privacy, let us sleep, avoid a lot of tourists, take great photos, prioritize certain activities, etc. My husband normally cannot sleep in cars but he managed to do so in this trip—which is a testament to Sultan’s smooth driving. One can really see how much he genuinely loves Iceland, his home for the last 6 years. I had done a lot of research on the different tour packages in Iceland, but was pleasantly surprised to receive suggestions on places that were normally not included in the tours. He showed us places that he truly loved and felt that we would really enjoy. We also had very interesting conversations and we gained insights about the country and people. Family Travel with Iceland Paradise Tours We absolutely loved our customized tour with Sultan (Iceland Paradise Tours). Sultan drove us all over the Golden Circle and South Coast to Glacier Lagoon. It was so nice to not have to drive everywhere-esp bc we were there for a short period of time. He became part of our family whether he wanted to or not LOL. He took pics of my fam, showed us some off the beaten path spots and we saw so many amazing sights - more than I ever would've thought - all because he knew where to go! We ended up hiring him to take us the last day to Blue Lagoon and Airport. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful custom tour We hired Iceland Paradise Tours for a customized south coast tour. Sultan, our tour guide, provided local insight and information about all of the places we visited. It was a wonderful tour and as it was just our group we got to spend as long as we wanted at each stop along the way. We also saw places that larger tour groups do not go to and Sultan was able to keep us ahead of the crowds at the popular spots. We enjoyed this tour so much that we hired Sultan again for another tour which concluded with us being dropped at the airport at exactly the time we required. My only regret is that we did not hire Iceland Paradise Tours for a northern lights tour. We had previously booked a large group tour. That night Sultan’s group saw the lights - he showed us the pictures the next day- but we saw nothing. Next time I’ll be calling Sultan for sure!!
