We would like to share about the integrity, professionalism, and kindness of J.D.R. Our church had been using a very old heating and cooling system that was over 40 years old. Because of this, we had been dealing with various small and large problems over the past six years. We tried to resolve these issues through several companies in the Cleveland area, but none of them were truly satisfactory. However, everything began to change when we met J.D.R two years ago. They were able to identify the root cause of the problem that previous companies had failed to find, and they resolved it at the most reasonable cost. We immediately signed up for their membership program, and in November of last year our church unanimously decided to replace all of our heating systems through this company. Their work was extremely prompt and precise. As a result, during this past winter—which was especially cold—we were able to worship without any worries. We are also planning to replace all of our church’s cooling systems, and we will certainly ask J.D.R to do the job. We are truly grateful that J.D.R is part of our community, and we hope they will continue to serve our community with their professionalism and faithfulness for many years to come. We also hope that many people in the Cleveland area will experience the same excellent service that we did.

My heat pump froze during the coldest days this winter. Robert from JDR was out in a few hours in the freezing temperatures and with a foot of snow on the ground. Since I have a maintenance plan, the emergency visit cost me nothing. He was able to get it restarted and, since this had happened last winter, suggested installing a quick start to prevent this from happening again. He installed it within days. Robert is always professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Our furnace was on the fritz a couple years ago and went out on an extremely cold Christmas Eve night. I called J.D.R. about 10pm in panic mode thinking we were going to have a space heater type of Christmas. After non stop calls all day, they still managed to come out and get us back up and running with heat. They finished up the job around midnight. That right there just goes to show you their passion and dedication in their work. Amazing company, great people to work with. Highly recommend for total furnace replacement. Clean, quality work.

These guys are great! Professional, on time, and thorough. Second time servicing my house, last time was the furnace, this time was the hot water tank. They came out to Lake County. Glad they did.

The two guys were great, nice, and professional that came to our house to do a regular furance check up. They arrived on time, explained what needed to be done. I totally recommended them again.

You cannot find a better company. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my install went good.They corrected some issues that my previous installer neglected and actually did wrong. They found some structural issues and repaired them at no additional cost. The crew was very courteous and prompt and stayed until the job was done even though it was snowing out and they had to travel back to the west side. JDR is the best furnace company I have dealt with so n over 40 years. So glad I found them.

Our furnace was not kicking on during one of the coldest, snowiest days of the year and on a Sunday. We called multiple places, but J.D.R. was the only company who was able to come during an emergency and not overcharge for it. Robert came promptly within an hour. He kept us informed of the part that was needed and went out of his way to get our furnace fixed and up and running the following day. We will definitely be only calling them for our heating and air conditioning needs in the future!
