Mike and Mary Jo were amazing to work with and they make the most beautiful things. We had them make a custom tabletop for us and it is gorgeous! We also bought a fabulous sofa table from them too. True artisans making beautiful quality products.

We made a special trip to the Catskills just to visit this shop, and it was absolutely worth it. Mary Jo was incredibly warm and knowledgeable. She walked us through each piece with such depth and passion, sharing the origin and story behind every wood and what makes each one unique. And the purpleheart wood — we had never seen anything like it. The color is just stunning, almost unreal. You could tell these aren't just products; they are the work of a true artisan. We brought home a handmade cutting board, a stone board, and wooden chopsticks. When we reached out afterward, they went above and beyond, even surprising us with a little something extra. We were genuinely touched by their generosity. If you appreciate real craftsmanship and the people behind it, don't miss this place.

Mary Jo and Mike were great to work with! We bought a custom coffee table from them and they worked with my husband and I on the idea. We have always loved their shop and have bought a few cutting boards from them already. All the detail that went into table can be seen throughout the whole piece! I ordered a maple cutting board to replace a very old reliable piece purchased in Delaware County years ago. Absolutely beautiful, well made and a fair price, the suggested wood oil sealer did an excellent job. Living in Florida for 14 years now, I'm very happy to have a new bit of The Catskills down here.

We met Mike and MaryJo several months ago. They are wonderful people and we were truly impressed by their beautiful products. We were looking for a table to put behind our couch and went to the shop to pick out the wood slab. The finished product far exceeded our expectations, and the coloring and attention to detail is top notch.

We've been on a hunt for a local woodwork shop to find really great cutting boards for our new home. Met Mr Mike who made the cutting boards himself and it was a pleasure! You can tell he put a lot of care into these creations. Plus points - the cutting boards we got are really solid.

Attended Mike and Mary Jo’s inaugural event of making charcuterie boards. Amazing and fun experience crating a unique board. Mike is an awesome teacher, clearly passionate about his craft! Great way to have a fun evening with some incredibly nice people. Am looking forward to the next event.
