Not only were they quick and efficient, but they were helpful in teaching us how to train our dog to use the fence without being afraid of it (I have a timid Corgi). I had an excellent experience with DogWatch of Susquehanna Valley! Bob came out to give me an estimate in a timely manner and was extremely thorough in explaining the process. He was very pleasant and I was very comfortable having him in my home. I had additional questions after signing the contract and he responded just as quickly as he did before before he made the sale. Andrew came out to install the fence and was great to work with too! I had a work issue come up while he was here and unexpectedly had to go out while he was still working. He stopped what he was doing to show me how to train my dog before I left. He also offered to come back later for training, but my 100lb retriever figured it out quickly. Bob followed up a week later to make sure I was happy and to see how my dog was doing with the training. I highly recommend using this company for the customer service and product.

We are so happy n amazed with our hidden fence from Dog Watch. Andrew came n install the fence n show us how it was going to work.
