We had booked a pilgrimage to Lourdes and Fatima for late February/early March 2026. We decided to come a few days early and see Paris before meeting our tour in Toulouse. Emy was so helpful and really understood what we wanted to see - we agreed on one half day with a driver and one half day on foot. Sadly all the planning went out the window when a blizzard hit New York and our 72 hours in Paris dwindled down to less than 24!! Then we finished at the Chapel of The Miraculous Medal - also on our “really hope to see” list that we feared we might miss! As we lingered there, well past our agreed on 5 hours, Emy then hailed us a taxi and made sure he would get us to our Seine River cruise - so kind!! We cannot recommend Emy enough! I requested a personalized Christian art tour at the Louvre. Emy was the perfect tour guide for me because she’s a very down-to-earth person and not intimidating or snobby in the least. She was very comfortable to spend time with and because she is relaxing to be around, I continued to feel as though I was on vacation even while being with a stranger. I had fun with her and am glad she was the one taking me around such a large museum. I didn’t need to know anything about art for her to be a good teacher. She did only give me two hours of her time even though some of that time was spent standing in line or having to ask employees how to get around certain blocked entrances. I appreciated that she was efficient and kept on teaching me even while we were in line, etc. and I know she did some homework to prepare for her tour with me. I only wonder if she might consider extending how much time she spends with her clients to 2 ½ to 3 hours for the same price to get to see more art pieces. But overall, I would say Paris by Emy was one of my favorite experiences in Paris in 2026!

Paris by Emy What a fabulous trip to Paris thanks to our planner and guide Emy Bonnes! This was our first time traveling to the city of lights and it couldn’t have gone any better. My wife and I have done a fair bit of traveling, especially now that our kids have grown. This was a special 5 day getaway for just us. We had a list of several “bucket list” items, but I left the planning and arrangements to the professional. It’s easy to be over ambitious with a trip, but Emy was able to schedule everything accordingly without feeling rushed or have too much downtime. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a very professional driver and comfortable vehicle (same one for our departure). We stayed at the Relais Christine (phenomenal location, rooms, and staff) which served as our base for the trip. Most of our activities were within 4-25min walk or a short taxi ride. One day we spent in Versailles, but it was a comfortable taxi ride and she provided a detailed guide on what to see and how to do it written by Emy. She also had links and instructions on our catacombs, and Louvre tour. But the highlight was a 5hr personal guided tour with Emy herself. We strolled through neighborhoods, shops, and Notre Dame all while getting her insight and recommendations. She was both knowledgeable and professional, but it was like talking with a friend as we roamed the streets of Paris. A trip can be enjoyable or stressful depending on your circumstances. For us, it was wonderful for many reasons. First, we started with Emy, who arranged all of our connections to and from the airport, purchased our tickets to the cabaret show, dinner cruise on the Seine, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and made dinner reservations, and organized our entire itinerary. Everything went smoothly. But I will say part of it is up to the traveler. We’re not the loud, demanding, Americans that are looking to be entertained. Emy was incredible! She planned a fantastic trip for me and my family. We had my mom, who is older, and my 8 year old son, but that was no challenge for Emy! She was able to curate a trip that was truly for everyone. We all were able to do something that they loved and we all learned along the way. Our group of 5 friends from Fort Lauderdale organized a riverboat cruise in southern France followed by a 3-day stay in Paris. Emy was delightful! The perfect tour guide and host to a city she lives in and loves! We were going to be in Paris for a river cruise and based on past experiences did not want to use the cruise company’s excursions to see Paris. I contacted Emy and heard back almost immediately. Emy helped make our Paris experience great. This was a three generation trip of grandma, aunt and 3 teenage girls. She made suggestions for our itinerary from tours, restaurants, landmarks, transportation and special activities Her services includes making bookings and reservations. Our day with her in Montmartre was especially wonderful and enjoyed by all of us. We all wanted to spend more time with her. She was easily available throughout the trip by phone, message or email to make suggestions or a booking.She researched alternative activities in Versailles when the Palace closed at the last minute before opening due to the strike. What can I say, Emy was the best! She booked some great experiences for us and when some fell through due to protests she went out of her way to send us a number of alternatives! And even called ahead to the place to say we were coming. We had extra special service due to this!! On our walking tour we did with her it was like being out with close girlfriends! We had a blast! Emy Bonne goes out of her way to please her clients. My wife and I asked for a food and market tour and a tour of Montmartre. Emy designed the food and market tour in the Marais neighborhood, and she featured the finest boulangeries, fromageries, chocolate shops, patisseries in the world, and other things of interest to foodies. Our tour of Montmartre was equally well researched and designed. Emy's knowledge of French culture and history added to the relevance of the tour. We began the tour with a walk through the Basilica of Sacre Coeur de Montmartre and ended the tour at the bottom of the hill with a view of Moulin Rouge. Our tours with Emy were a portion of two days, but she was available the entire seven days we were in Paris for consultation and advice. My family was visiting Paris for just a few days and I wanted a tour guide to help make the most of a short amount of time, and I came across Emy's website. Her page covered so many different places, ideas, and themes, I knew she was an expert. My husband and I have been very fortunate to have taken some amazing vacations; we’ve visited a majority of the US states and most of the continents. We decided to spend my 50th birthday in Paris. I get intimidated when traveling to countries where I don’t speak the language and had never used a local guide before (although for some trips, we should have). After staring blankly at each other about what to do, we searched for a guide and found Emy. After a few email exchanges, I could see how helpful she would be and how authentic she is. We had visited Paris before and wanted to do something beyond the expected tourist offering, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, etc. Emy is so personable and truly took the time to understand who we are. She completely removed the guess-work. She customized our trip which included some time with her where we explored the different neighborhoods and experienced a taste of local life (I enjoy my chocolate). Emy also set the itinerary for the time we spent on our own which including lunch/dinner reservations, tickets to venues, etc. She suggested something for my birthday that I would never think to do: a dinner cruise on the Seine with a Michelin star chef. Emy helped make our trip to Paris one of the most memorable and enjoyable trips I’ve taken. Without a doubt Paris by Emy is an amazing tour guide that my children and I experienced having just a short time in Paris. Recently, my wife and I made an 8 day sightseeing trip to Paris and wanted to utilize a trip planner to help negotiate our way to sights around Paris in what was our first trip to this beautiful and historic city. It was our best decision of our stay to enlist the services of Paris by Emy. We immediately felt an immediate connection to Emy as we communicated via email prior to arriving. After arriving Emy met us at our hotel and promptly gave us an overview of the highlights of Paris. We used her services for parts or entirely for 3 days. Emy provided us with suggestions for unusual and historic cafes, unusual local Paris attraction seldom visited by tourists and, of course, all the major attractions with her own thoughts , insights and fun facts into those attraction. One of the most beneficial things Emy provided us with is how to use Paris's version of the subway (Metro) system which proved quite valuable to us. Emy made it clear to us that had we contacted her earlier she could be most helpful in planning daily our entire trip including suggestions on hotels and food. This I do know....Emy loves Paris and she loves people and couldn't be more thoughtful. By the end of our trip we were sad and felt like we were saying goodbye an old friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Paris in the summer, it truly was one of the best holidays we have ever had. We drove to France from the UK, something we hadn't done before as we usually fly to places, but our destination (an hour outside of Paris) was very easy to get to. We were a family of three; me, my wife, and our six year old daughter. I had personally never been to Paris, so wanted to contact someone professional who could arrange all the site tours for us. PARIS BY EMY was the one stop shop for everything we wanted to see. Emy met up with us at the train station when we arrived, was very friendly and kind, and communicated effectively so we got to experience all the charms of Paris. My daughter was keen to go to Disneyland obviously, and she had a blast, but it was a separate trip couple of days before as it took the whole day. Paris has been my #1 bucket list item for as long as I can remember. Although I normally travel to foreign countries with a large group, I decided for Christmas 2018 that I would travel to my dream destination with just my husband and my son. Once I started planning the trip; however, I realized that I would not feel comfortable venturing so far away from the United States, with just the three of us touring Paris on our own.
