We had Oly from AO Events as the DJ for our wedding at Colshaw Hall last weekend and he was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish it was pure professionalism. He really knew how to read the room and kept everyone on the dance floor all night with perfectly chosen songs. We also loved his personalised LED booth – it looked amazing and added a great touch to the evening setup. We hired an amazing infinity Dance floor for our Annual Awards event. It looked spectacular. Oly took great personal care to ensure it was set in good time and proposed a number setting with the LED display to ensure it had the best effect for our event. Highly recommend, will be working AO again for sure.

We had Oly as our wedding DJ, and he truly went above and beyond for us. We sent him both an acoustic and the original version of a song we wanted for our first dance, and within just a few days he had created a preview mix for us to listen to — it was absolutely perfect! 😆 The dance floor was never empty all night, which is exactly what we’d hoped for. Oly read the room brilliantly and kept the energy going from start to finish. We also included the Photo Booth in our package, and it was a huge hit with our guests. We loved getting a guest book filled with all the fun photos and messages — such a special keepsake to look back on. A massive thank you for being part of our Winter Conference 2025. Following the event, I shared a post-conference survey with all colleagues who attended and wanted to provide you with some well-rounded feedback. The response was overwhelmingly positive. The majority of colleagues rated the Bingo, Karaoke, and Disco a 5 out of 5, which is a huge success. Your bubbly and engaging hospitality truly brought everyone together and helped us celebrate in a fun and inclusive way, something we hadn’t experienced before, particularly through the bingo. This definitely wasn’t ordinary bingo; it was far better and brought a light-hearted, playful energy to the conference that we really needed. The karaoke and disco were equally well received-a great choice of music, and while it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, you created a fantastic opportunity for those who wanted to get involved, have a sing, and enjoy a dance.
