We had a grand time on our sunset sail in Key West. Sandy and Simone were terrific hosts. The variety cheese and wine was a very nice surprise. And fruit and bread. A winner!

We could not have had a better experience facilitated by the best crew. Their attitudes are a benchmark in comfort and friendliness. The Captain is an expert in experience management along with his first mate, who was just excellent. Thank you for a romantic atmosphere and appreciated sailing excursion. Highly recommend!

Second time I’ve sailed with Echo II out of Key West. A complete pleasure from start to finish. The small size of the catamaran was perfect so that we had only 13 people total including the crew. Snacks and beverages were top quality. The sailing around Key West was smooth and beautiful. I highly recommend Echo II to anyone wanting a lovely sunset sailing experience in Key West!

We had such a great time on this tour. It was a small group (only 12 guests + 2 crew members) adults only and the wine kept flowing. The cheese and fruit were delicious and the atmosphere was a vibe. We highly recommend this tour. The directions they sent to the dock were easy to follow and they made the check-in process was quick.

From the moment we stepped on the boat, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our group had a fun, relaxing, and memorable day on the water. Captain JP made us feel completely safe the entire trip while still making the experience exciting and enjoyable. Deb was fantastic as well! She made sure everyone always had snacks and drinks and kept the good vibes going the whole time. They truly thought of everything and made sure we were comfortable and having fun. What really stood out was how much effort they put into making the day special for our group. They made sure we were able to see and do everything we hoped for while out on the water, and they even took tons of pictures for us! If you’re looking for an unforgettable day on the water in Key West, I can’t recommend Captain JP and Deb enough. They made our bachelorette celebration so special, and we would absolutely book with them again!

We loved our experience on Echo! JD and Deb were fantastic; they had great attitudes and made the evening a comfortable and enjoyable time. The best thing is the small size; although the catamaran can fit a couple more, we only had 9 guests on board. It was great getting to visit with the other travelers. The cheeses and fruit were delicious, and the chilled Moèt was perfect. The music selection was perfect and it was great that we were sailing, so no loud engine! Although we had windy conditions and couldn't go far from shore, JD made sure that we could get some great shots of the sunset.

Vi hadde en helt fantastisk opplevelse desember 2024. Vi var tre familier som reiste sammen og alle 12 (6voksen og 6barn) storkoste seg på tur med Catamaran Echo. Vi er fra Norge og barna (9 &11år) snakket ikke så godt engelsk. Men skipsgutten tok seg tid og førte en samtale med barna på engelsk gjennom store deler av dagen. Barna følte seg så ivaretatt og de snakket fortsatt om denne turen. De ble så trygge i vannet og på å snakke amerikansk sammen med besetningen. Vi fikk se delfiner og fikk masse god drikke og snacks om bord. Anbefales

We had a very relaxing sunset cruise on the Echo2 with Captain Eddie and first mates? Bailey and Simone. The weather was perfect. The food/wine/champagne selections were excellent - this was NOT ritz crackers and cheap freixenet champagne. There were only two other couples on the cruise with us so we had plenty of room to spread out and take pics. I think the max capacity is 14. Eddie was very engaging and helped create a perfect atmosphere for the cruise. Would definitely book this again!

This trip was such a wonderful experience. We took it to remember members of our family that had passed and JP and Sarah were wonderful. Very respectful during the serious parts but so friendly and wonderful during the fun parts. The music in the background was the perfect setting to the night and it couldn't have been a better send off for those who are no longer here. Eddie and Milo were great hosts. The playlist was a lot of fun and Eddie made sure we were taken care of. He was kind, funny and accommodating. Milo was so helpful and they were both knowledgeable about the boat. My group had such a great time and would absolutely recommend them!

Ours was the adulty only sunset sail with Captain Sandy and Milo. It was a small group, which we wanted. Both the captain and Milo were very gracious, informative, humorous and capable. The Captain played very pleasant music. The hors d'oeuvres served were excellent and the champagne fabulous. I did pay for the upgrade on the champagne for no other reason than I wanted to. The sail was great fun. It was cloudy, so we did not get the typical blazing sunset, but I loved it regardless. Thank you Catamaran Echo and crew!

We loved it! Our entire family (20ish people) chartered a private sunset sail on the Echo 3 out of the Perry Marina. We could not have asked for a better experience! We had a gorgeous sunset, delicious snacks, and an amazing crew. Plus, sailing from Stock Island was less crowded than downtown so other than the When & If schooner we almost had the whole area to ourselves!

I would highly recommend Echo Catamaran! Dev and JP were great! The wine was excellent and the cheese was tasty. It was relaxed and not too crowded.

Christmas Week Sail 😍. The Captain “JP”and Sarah were so kind to our family during our sail. They couldn’t have been more accommodating to our 3 grandchildren. They worked hard to ensure that everyone had a wonderful experience. When we travel together it is 8 of us and group excursions with small people usually ends with frustration and tears so we find the private sails to be well worth the cost (especially if you do the math). We highly recommend this for your family during a trip to Key West. Thank you for a wonderful day!!

We had the best time on the Echo catamaran sunset tour in Key West. It was a small, intimate group with a super smooth ride and absolutely incredible sunset views. It’s fun meeting new people, and the views and sunset are spectacular. We love the champagne and snacks. The captain and crew are so knowledgeable about the history and current interesting places in Key West. Very affordable way to spend an evening with a small group of adults (max 14).

Took a sunset cruise to renew our views with a small group of friends. Despite the less than ideal weather (60ish, 20mph winds), the crew handled it well, and made it a very enjoyable (although chilly) outing. Certainly a trip to remember.

If I could give Catamaran Echo more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I set up a surprise sunset sail with them so I could propose to my girlfriend while we were at sea. From the beginning of this plan, they were VERY responsive and eager to help me set this up! They handled all of the details! They texted, called and emailed me throughout, making sure I knew they had everything taken care of. They even upgraded me from the Echo 2 to the Echo 3! The included hors d'oeuvres, wine, champagne and beer selection were all awesome! The entire crew was top-notch! They were so friendly and accommodating! You really could tell they were genuinely enjoying themselves and having fun! Once we were in the perfect spot, I popped the question, and she said yes! If you are looking for a private sail, look no further than Catamaran Echo! You will have an amazing time!

What did we enjoy? EVERYTHING!! The crew (JP and Colin), the boat, the wine & champagne and exceptional cheeses and fruit. Totally chill and relaxing. Highly recommend this tour.

What a wonderful experience. The Echo Catamaran Sunset Sail is the best in Key West. A small intimate sail for adults only. No loud music bumping out of speakers, very civilised - wonderful food - fruit, cheeses and nibbles and of course fantastic wine and champagne, along with a great Captain and First Mate, who were very easy going and kept the conversation flowing. A must for those that are seeking a more relaxed and tranquil cruise. Well recommended....

They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, walking us through everything and making sure we felt safe and confident in the water. This was our second time using Echo for a sunset cruise in KW. Both times were amazing. We did sunset and champagne sail with Captain Sandy and crewmate Carly and they were exactly what you’d want for a safe, knowledgeable, and helpful crew! The cheese and fruit snack spread was absolutely perfect (and the GF crackers were so appreciated!!) wine was delicious and the vibe was so chill and relaxed. The price is worth every penny, Cannot recommend using them enough!

JP & Micah went the extra mile, we got to see over 15 dolphins, fly the drone to make videos and take some shots and they were really friendly and the vibe on the boat was so enjoyable. By the way, the catamaran was immaculate, clean, well maintained and the gear provided was in perfect condition. We will be back FOR SURE! Thank you guys!

I had an incredible time on our snorkeling excursion with Catamaran Echo! From start to finish, everything was smooth, relaxing, and well-organized. J.R. and Micah were absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to be around. You can tell they love what they do, and it made the experience all the more enjoyable. The catamaran itself was clean and the atmosphere was laid-back but professional. They gave us clear instructions before we got in the water, and made sure everyone felt safe and confident, whether it was your first time snorkeling or you’d done it before.

5 stars! Micah saved me as I panicked from a shark siting. Pretty sure he would also give me 5 stars haha. Loved it though and I have a story I will share for a lifetime. PS: We were perfectly safe and Micah was calm, cool and collective while I panicked. Best part of the trip.

We booked Catamaran Echo for a bachelorette group of 9, and our 4-hour day trip couldn’t have been more perfect! JP and Micah made the entire experience so special—from spotting dolphins and snorkeling to relaxing on the provided float noodles. The drink and snack selection was great, and Micah was incredibly attentive to our group the whole time. Highly recommend booking with them on your next trip to Key West!

Took a sunset cruise in Key West last night with the catamaran echo crew and it was amazing. Absolutely beautiful setting and the customer service was a 10! The tour lasted about 2 hours and we enjoyed a trip through the harbor and into the open water to watch a gorgeous sunset with champagne, wine, beer, seltzers and some yummy snacks including fresh ripe fruit, delicious cheeses and bread and crackers. Thank you for a wonderful time Joel and Micah, I highly recommend!

What a great experience! The cruise was top notch but unfortunately my well travelled hat flew off during peak sunset. The crew was over the top and retrieved my hat and still maintained the sunset experience for all! Super duper fun times and now a great story on the party hat!!

We went out in a sunset cruise. The Captain and 1st mate were excellent. We had a great time.

We had a great time on the Snorkeling and dolphin outing. The dolphins showed up almost immediately after we got started snorkeling and stuck around for most of the time we were out there. Saw a bunch of fish while snorkeling. The equipment was clean and quality. After snorkeling was finished I had a few of the coldest beers ever while floating on a pool noodle. You can stay on the boat as much as you want but we opted to stay in the water for the whole time. On the way back we did a little sailing which was a first for us too. Thank you a captain Joel and first mate Molly for the great experience. Can’t say enough good things about our trip.

Captain Bailey and First mate Dora were super knowledgeable, made sure we had a good time, were funny engaging. We had a great time sailing and snorkeling. My husband even got to see an immature hammerhead shark. Our girls had a blast as we all did. I highly suggest Echo as the smaller boat and smaller group made it for a great experience.

We had a great time with Captain Chris and Crewman Micah. There were about 15 of us on the cruise and there was plenty of room to sit and move around. Micah gave us clear snorkeling instructions and was very vigilant about making sure everyone in the water was OK at all times. The water was warm and visibility was great that day and we saw a couple barracudas, coral, and lots of other fish. Although we didn't see any dolphins, Chris did a great job trying to find them for us by talking with other captains also out on the water and sailing us around in search of them. Snacks were out for the whole trip and after snorkeling, Micah kept the drinks flowing for anyone who wanted them. Micah was really interesting and fun and has experience in life well beyond what one would expect for someone of his young age! I would do this all again in a second. A+

We had a great tour with Bailey and Micah. We appreciated the effort they went to in order to find dolphins. Even thought Micah was under the weather, he was very helpful for the novice snorkelers in the group. The recommendations they gave for other places to visit in the city were also helpful.

I had an absolutely lovely time on board Catamaran Echo for the New Year's Eve sunset cruise with Chris and Dora. They took such great care of us, had very delicious snacks and kept the champagne and wine flowing. Not only did Dora serve us joyfully during the sail, but ahe even remembered and assisted us in of the local bars immediately following. These ladies were top notch.

Could not have had a better sunset sail on this nice stable boat with a small group, which was so much better than the mob scene we saw on other boats passing by. Having a nice peaceful sail with excellent beverage service, crab dip, cheese and crackers was perfect for our final evening in Key West and I would highly recommend, plus they offered a discount code that made it a much better value than the similar large group sailboats!

Our family had a great time out on the Echo 2 with Teresa and Dora. They were both informative and fun and were super helpful with everything my obnoxious and large family threw at them. Had an amazing sunset cruise last night with Baylee and Aiden! They were so knowledgeable to our questions and gave us great insight on key west life which we thought was so interesting. Such a wonderful snorkeling and boat experience! The boat was a perfect size, it wasn't overly big but still spacious. We went the week of Thanksgiving and there was a total of 5 guests onboard, which turned out really nice; it felt like a very personable experience. Captain Teresa, Liz and Dora were just amazing. They were friendly and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We managed to see 1 lone male dolphin and then 1 other dolphin right were we went snorkeling, would been nice to see more but that's out of their control and we spent a good amount of time looking at the first dolphin. The snorkeling was incredible. The water was chilly for us, but the spot the water was only about 5 feet deep. Saw many fish and even a lobster. Ended the day with a little bit of sailing. Overall an amazing day with a little bit of everything. Would highly recommend!

Avoid the masses! This is an intimate cruise expertly crewed by Capt. Theresa, Aiden and Dora. Gourmet cheeses, locally made seafood dip and nibbles complimented the upscale Moet champagne. We thoroughly enjoyed the small group experience and beautiful sunset aboard Echo.

Absolutely fantastic time with Captain Teresa and First Mate Liz. The whole experience was great, we left the dock on time and accommodations were absolutely top-notch. The vessel was in tip top shape, music choice was great so was the wine and cheese, and key west sunset delivered the rest. Great conversation and sailing, it was genuine and perfect. With Sam Cook, Nina Simone and Sinatra playing, there was a big variety of wine, champagne, cheeses and fish dip. Every other boat in the water was standing room only and loud. We had an incredible experience on the sunset champagne adults-only catamaran echo tour this past Saturday. Though the boat has capacity for 18 or more, we were fortunate to enjoy a practically private sail with just one other couple, making for a peaceful and intimate setting. The two crew members were fantastic—attentive, friendly, and even offered to take our photo during the sail. The tour began with a welcome glass of champagne, and we were then offered a selection of beer and a variety of wines (about 9 or 10 options!). They also provided a beautiful appetizer tray featuring cheese, crackers, and fresh fruit, which was a nice touch. We lucked out with perfect weather and genuinely enjoyed every moment of the trip. If you’re looking for a quieter, romantic experience rather than the crowded party boats, I highly recommend this tour. While there is a restroom on board, it’s more of a last resort—it was clean, but very small and semi-private. Still, this was a minor detail in an otherwise flawless outing. We’d absolutely do this cruise again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, scenic cruise.

I have been on the Echo cat several times for a sunset cruise — but most recently, we had our wedding ceremony on board!!! To say it was beautiful is an understatement. Every single detail was absolutely stunning and the love and care that the crew put in to making sure our wedding was top tier was unmatched! They are so fun, kind and skilled for any occasion. There are not enough words to say how thankful I am that we decided to have our wedding on board. Can’t wait for many more sunset cruises on the Echo!!! Thank you!

We had the best time on the Catamaran Echo 2! Our friend group went the day after Hurricane Helene went up the coast of Florida so unfortunately our snorkel trip with them was cancelled but the crew was very communicative and we were rebooked on the Sunset and Moet cruise in the evening. So worth it! The cheese, wine and champagne selections were excellent, there were tons of dolphins through the Harbor to watch play and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. The crew was very professional friendly and accommodating. One of the best parts was watching cattle call boats cruise by with 30-40 people packed on board while we cruised around comfortably with 8 of us which made it nearly a private experience. I will 100% be booking with this company again on my next visit to Key West!

We did the sunset champagne cruise and as always, it was wonderful. We do it every time we visit Key West, and it is always one of the highlights. It’s a nice, small group size, of adults only, which is perfect for us. The crew were so accommodating and knowledgeable, pointing out landmarks and pouring the delicious wine the entire time. I highly recommend this tour.

Super chill sunset cruise. Small group is more intimate. The two ladies who hosted were very nice and knowledgeable in sailing. Champagne and wine were tasty and they had a perfect spread of cheeses, bread, crackers, and a nice mahi dip. We had a lovely night on the water.

Captain Stu and his mate Victoria were amazing guides for our catamaran adventure out of Key West. They got us to the best snorkeling before anybody else, had an excellent spread of light bites/food/drinks to keep us going and finished off our charter with a historical tour of Sunset Key and the surrounding areas.

Amazing! Had the best time and our guides, Bailey and Victoria, were terrific! There was a very dark cloud in the sky and Bailey knew exactly how to steer us away from it so that we never encountered even a drop of rain. What a beautiful experience it was to watch the sunset out on the boat.

We had a fantastic time on Catamaran Echo. Stu and Victoria were fantastic hosts. We were there in early September just as the busy season ended so the weather was perfect but the crowds were smaller. We did the four hour trip in the afternoon. Stu and Victoria showed us around several islands and told us about the history of Key West and about the current lifestyle and residents of the smaller islands. The highlight was seeing the local dolphins. We saw 11 dolphins on this trip including two juveniles. They were very curious and came right up to the boat, even swimming in the bow wave. We then did some snorkeling. The best things about Catamaran Echo, when compared to other boats we could have been on, is it sits low in the water so it is easier to really see the dolphins and they limit the number of people on board. Some of the other boats had 30+ people on them. They looked like buses. On the Echo they limit the total passengers to 14 and on our particular trip their were only two of us. It was a beautiful relaxing trip. Highly recommended.

Booked this to get any from the bustle of Mallory Square during sunset. It was worth every penny. It was a very small group and the catamaran was nice and clean and comfortable. The crew(Bailey and Victoria) were awesome, interactive, and attentive to us. The champaign, wine, and beer selections were great. And the berries, cheese, and bread was fresh and delicious. Definitely the best way to watch the sunset. We will definitely do this cruise again.

The ride was great! It was a smooth ride and we ended up seeing dolphins on the way back and they swam with the boat and spun to their bellies. Alcohol choices were great and snack choices. Saw plenty of fish snorkeling as well as jelly fish and small sharks.

We had a fantastic time on a 4 hour dolphin watching and snorkeling tour. The captain and Victoria were super engaging and knowledgeable about all things Key West. They limit the groups to a reasonable amount of people so that you don’t feel crowded. We saw at least 10-12 dolphins and while snorkeling - puffer fish, sting rays, barracuda, parrot fish and many others. They knew the best spots to have the greatest opportunity to see the most wildlife. After having gone with another company in our previous visit, we will be back on Echo 2 on any subsequent trips!

I've sailed on both of the Catamaran Echo's vessels and enjoy every sail. The wine is excellent, organic berries and gourmet cheeses are superb. The staff is exceptional. Sailing these vessels is a wonderful way to make new friends and a private charter with your significant other is an exquisite way to enjoy a Key West Sunset. This is not a party boat, its well maintained, very clean with a gentle, gracious staff. Relax and be entertained by nature, the ocean breeze and a brilliant sunset. If you book- choose these two and treat them with the upmost respect because they will absolutely make your trip worth it! And tip them because they work their butts off to make it a good time!

My wife and I booked this cruise for a romantic evening to watch the beautiful sunset off the Florida Keys in 2023. Loved it so much we came back in 2024 and added a Dolphin/snorkeling cruise. A shout out to Captain Brian and mates Victoria and Destiny for making our cruises special. Now some advice to all those reading. You may find comparable or cheaper cruises in your research, as the Keys has a lot to offer. However, you WILL NOT find a better group to book a boating experience with. Catamaran Echo is hands down the best in the area. I say this because they have room for more people on the boats but want their customers to have the intimacy and relaxation people should experience when sailing these beautiful waters. Every time I come to the Keys, I will book a cruise with them. Also, call them directly for booking as they will save you the fees that come with advisory internet sites. Until next time, thank you!
