I moved from a garden level 1 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment on the third floor in another building within the same complex. Most of my furniture is from IKEA and I learned that many places do not deal with IKEA furniture because of particle board but these guys handled it with no problems. In fact, they didn't even need to dissemble anything which sped things up and everything was done within 2-2.5 hours (they have a 3 hour minimum). My desk, queen sized bed, and dresser were probably the most difficult but Corey and Kurtis got it done and all my furniture is in one piece safely up several flights of stairs. I will say, my mattress protector did rip but I was fully aware this might happen and did not specifically ask them to make sure it did not rip. I left the protector on since I figured they would need to put the queen size mattress down on the floor at some points. With that being said I'm confident they would have protected the mattress protector had I asked after seeing the care they took with the rest of my furniture. I would highly recommend this place if you are moving. They are very friendly, showed up a few minutes early, and knew exactly what they were doing ( propping doors open, putting covers over pieces of furniture as they moved them). They were able to squeeze furniture through angles I didn't think were possible! Thank you Corey and Kurtis.
