Kind and helpful English speaking guide in Beijing We took a tour to Tiananmen square and the Forbidden City and also to the Great Wall at Jinshanling with guide Alice. She was so kind and helpful and had many interesting stories about the history of both places. She advised us of the food and drinks to bring to the wall because it is quite remote and there's nowhere really to buy anything. She really took care of us making sure we were safe on the challenging parts of the wall. She helped us navigate the crowds at Tiananmen square and the Forbidden City and advised us the best route to see what we were most interested in. The driver Mr Zhang was great too, finding places to stop on the way to the wall with nice clean toilets (not always easy in China!). Alice's English was good and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you're in Beijing and looking for an excellent guide.

2 days in Beijing guided by Roy We had an exceptional experience with Roy as our guide in Beijing for the last 2 days. He not only showed us the city’s incredible historic points (Great Wall at Mutianyu, Forbidden City, Tiananmen square, Temple of Heaven), with deep knowledge and enthusiasm but also recommended fantastic local dishes that added so much to our culinary experience. Roy went above and beyond by helping us find our seats on the train as we continued our adventure through China. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend Roy to anyone visiting Beijing!

Amazing trip to China with a young family and baby Thanks so much to Odynovo for organising such a flawless trip for us. We are a family with 3 kids ages 10 years, 8 years and an 8 month old baby. We love travelling but this was our first time in China and so we planned for Shanghai and Beijing. Of course their were lots of nerves for this trip but Jake helped us with all of the itinerary planning and did an excellent job considering we had a baby with us. He was very flexible and listened to all of our requests and paced the trip brilliantly. From the second we arrived in Shanghai we were greeted by Mark very warmly and he made sure we got from door to door easily. He helped us to locate our hotel and check in which was a challenge but he was so patient and kind. We also had Michael for our tour days who again was so pleasant and informative. With the kids it was the perfect balance of information and fun. They were so kind and patient with the children, we can't thank him and Mark enough. The flexibility when we often changed plans due to the kids was so easy and even when we decided to change Shanghai tower date due to the weather they stayed with us even later in the evening and still took us door to door. We also had a day trip to Suzhou which is highly recommended and Frances our guide was so funny and informative. In Beijing John was our guide and Mr Wang our driver. He too treated our kids like family. Often playing with our baby daughter to give us a chance to relax! Every morning he would greet us with some fresh fruit and other treats to keep us going. Communication throught the trip and punctuality was absolutely flawless. Whenever any request was made or timing was giving our guides were there on the dot! The treated us like family and you can tell they take so much pride in their jobs. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any time and it genuinely felt like their sole focus was our enjoyment and happiness. They seriously made us fall in love with China and we can't wait to come back. Odynovo and Jake will be the first people I contact when we plan our trip without a doubt and I can't recommend them enough as China can be tricky for first timers.

Fantastic tour guide! We love Xian! Upon our arrival in Xian, we were greeted by the personable and friendly Jo who my sister and I liked immediately. She was extremely knowledgeable, relatable, kind and considerate. She remembered our individual interests and even recommended places we could shop, explore and sightsee beyond what was on the itinerary. She went over and beyond our expectations and made us fall in love with Xian. She made our whole experience extremely smooth and comfortable. Odynovo is very lucky to have such a great tour guide such as Jo. I'm already planning my return to Xian and hope that Odynovo can allocate her as our tour guide again next time.

An amazing experience in Beijing with Dina and Odynovo! Today is my last day in Beijing and I just wanted to send a note of thanks while I wait at the train station for the train to Xian.I wanted to let you know how amazing the Beijing tour guide, Dina Zhang, and the driver, Mr. Chen were: especially as a solo female traveler, I so appreciated all their support and their knowledge of the city and all the sites we went to. Dina truly went above and beyond explaining details, answering my questions and assisting me with anything I needed. An amazing experience and I can't wait to visit the rest of the cities on my tour of China.

My solo first trip to China My trip was fenomenal! I am happy I have discovered Odynovo travel . I am an experienced traveler , and used different agencies before , but Odynovo definitely is the winner in many aspects. The itinerary ( 4 weeks ) was very interesting, and I was perfectly taken cared of . Great instant communication always .I will be using this agency more for my future travels . Best China tour This was the 1 st time I had travel with Odynovo. Upon arrival China Beijing we were welcomed with a friendly start. All the tour Guides we met are highly motivatedThe Cruise was so nice and fun. Had excellent staffs, talented chefs and made special dishes for us when they knew we were vegetarian This was my best vacation of my life

But wait, there's more.. As well as Beijing with Tracy, we had an Amazing time in Xi'an, Chengdu, and Shanghai . Our guides Brian, Betty and Bonnie were wonderful. Great knowledge of the areas. Betty was fantastic at avoiding the queues! Brian was great in Xi'an visiting the terracotta warriors and in Shanghai, Betty showed us some great places. All our drivers were excellent. I cannot reccomend Odynovo, as a travel company, high enough. Owen who put our trip together and helped out when I was starting to panic about visas (they were not needed). Thank you to everyone who was involved in making our trip a success.

Wonderful trip to China! Thank you to Ander Zou for his excellent help in organizing our wonderful trip. He was always very prompt in responding. All our travel connections between cities, hotels, and guides were excellent and smooth. I want to particularly thank and recognize our guides-Tracy in Beijing, Nancy in Xi'an, David in Guilin, Lucy in Nanchang, and JJ in Shanghai- for their truly excellent and personal guiding skills. They are all dedicated and knowledgeable professionals and we enjoyed our time with them.
