However, I did face an issue with the domestic transfer time. It took almost two weeks for the parcel to move from my city to their main office in Mumbai. This delay impacted the overall delivery timeline. If they can improve the speed of domestic transfers, their service would become even more efficient.

Best delivery time and management of international parcel
I was travelling in India and I forgot some clothing articles in the last hotel I stayed.
Contacted a few bigger shipping companies, like DPD and DHL to get the quote for shipping trousers and shirt from India to Lithuania and the price was insane.
