The first time, my parcel delivery process was really smooth using UPS but was slow. The 2nd time, the system was a mess and couldn't generate the AWB and invoice. I was frustrated and thought that this will be the last time i am ever gonna use this easy parcel. So i tried to contact the agents. Send email and the agents who handled my AWB and invoice issue were really helpful and took fast action. They were really good and nice. Kept me updated about every single things. Now im waiting for them to pick my parcel before 4pm today. Hopefully everything would be good. Thank you very much.
