This is the second project I have used Empire Closets for. Their designer, Julia, is highly talented and spends an enormous amount of time listening to your needs and makes adjustments to the incredible architectural drawings that are extremely time consuming. She has very creative ideas and I am overly thrilled. When she gets done, you can be assured that everything is perfect. Richie and D are exceptional installers working diligently and attentively to do the most professional and neatest installation. They are both a pleasure to deal with and go out of their way to make sure everything is done to your liking by making certain adjustments to enhance the setup. They will go out of their way to please you. They are very professional and took care to protect my wood floors and walls. I recommend Empire with enthusiasm. Empire Closets did a lovely job in creating my dream walk in closet. They typically work with traditionally shaped rooms but had the expertise to design and build in a room with sloped ceilings. They suggested a few designs that would maximize the space and worked with me on editing my design until it was to my liking. I signed the contract on Friday and my closet was installed the next Thursday. The craftsmanship and care were top notch (they used shoe covers and brought protective clothhs to protect my floors!). Highly recommend Empire Closets!

Richie and Cynthia are always there to measure and install when required. In addition if any issues pop up they run back to satisfy my clients. I have tried many but they are the best.
