They did our garage too and charged us $200 less than the estimate. Mark did not have to do that so that was very nice. The roof looks great! We were not home when our roof was done but except for a new roof we could not tell that had been there. They cleaned up so well. We would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Mark, is one of those contractors that is difficult to find these days. - answers his phone and/or returns your call - knowledgeable in his trade - shows up when he says he will - produced good quality work - work was priced fairly - provided pro active advise for future action I've had Garden City do work previously and will continue to use them.

Call. Them!!! We had 5 companies come and look at our roof and Mark was the only one that came and said we didn’t need to do the whole roof. He charged us a more than fair price to do the section that actually needed to be done instead of trying to rip us off for an entire roof. They were able to come the next day to do it, and when they were done they walked up and down our driveway with a magnet to make sure there were no nails on the ground. Very professional, and very honest. I will be using them again for our garage roof.
