Absolutely fantastic team! Came to cut our Bay leaf tree for the 2nd time and the service and work still the highest. Communicated the delay to our job in a timely manor and made up for the time by sending extra members of another team to complete the job. They were responsive to feedback on overall cut and shape and very tidy. They respected our neighbours garden and ensured no mess was left. Whilst the entire team were great, Lewis and Martin stood out for their continuous very professionalism and skill in the tree cutting. Highly recommend.

Artemis came highly recommended and exceeded expectations. Very prompt to respond, knowledgeable, professional and friendly team who came to cut the trees and hedges. I was particularly impressed by the site survey to check for any damage pre and post work to avoid any future issues about damage. Photos were taken at original meeting and post completion. This is a very professional and well run company and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again.

I was not sure which of the competing tree surgery companies I should approach, but I have been very favourably impressed by the Artemis team results and the office back-up. Two large beech and one large lime tree were transformed.

Very friendly and approachable staff. Highly efficient and considerate. The clear-up was excellent, and the office procedures (arranging estimate, sending quotation and agreeing a date) could not be faulted. Altogether 100% satisfaction!

Efficient stump grinding and hedge cutting. Downside was that they didn't clear up properly according to my gardener, rather superficial effort. A lot of sawdust remaining over the lawn which could have been raked in. Gardener may not recommend you again I'm afraid.
