My grandma lived here for a short while before her passing, and I could not think of a better place for her to be in her final moments. The staff there always treated her with kindness and dignity, and always made her feel like the most important thing to them. Anytime we would go visit for any events or even just to spend time with her we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. They always seemed to go above and beyond to make sure the residents there, the staff, and the visitors were comfortable and content. I am so grateful that this is the experience we get to remember and I would highly recommend looking into this facility if your loved one needs care

The courtyard at Sterling Heights is one of the best facilities I have ever visited. My grandma lived here and loved every moment of it. Every day she had home cooked meals that she would brag about and a different story to tell from all the friends she made. I have never seen a staff truly treat the residents like family but here they do it while still staying professional. The staff would have daily activities to keep the residents social with one another. If you have been considering putting your loved one in any care, I would recommend this facility.

My grandmother lived here. My family and I were so grateful to know she was always taken care of- fed, changed, in a clean environment, loved, and always had someone to listen to her stories. They always have activities that the residents can choose to attend! One of the best is their Halloween party. Residents, family and friends are welcome to come. My grandma had a blast handing out candy to all the kids who came! I would recommend this place to anyone who has to make the decision of finding care for their loved one. I assure you, the staff here cares. They kept us up to date on my grandmas health, always made us feel welcome and treated us like family. My family and I will always be grateful for the staff and management!

My mom was a resident here until she recently passed away. She loved living here, the staff were very good to her and she adored them. She received excellent care and the faculty was very clean. They have a lot of activities to keep people social and having fun while going through their daily struggles. Helps them to keep their minds focused on happy things. I would highly recommend as a place for a family member or loved one.

Had such a great time tonight at the Trunk or Treat! The entire staff and everyone that turned out did such a great job! Randall Residence has given us back quality, fun time with mom after a very difficult year for our family. If you find yourself having to make tough decisions on moving a loved one, I urge you to take a closer look at RR. We couldn’t be happier with all of the care she is receiving.

I highly recommend Randall Residence Sterling Heights. My mother lived there for more than six years and eventually passed away there. From her first day and onward, she received loving and appropriate care. I couldn’t have asked for a better situation.
