I have been having some recurring health issues this summer. I have been to EliteCare several times over the past couple of months. The care is consistently fantastic. The nurses and physicians are just as capable and knowledgeable as you would find in a level 1 trauma center. My issues are complex but they made the diagnosis and treatment seem easy. I would highly recommend going here from as far away as Galveston or Houston. It is worth the drive for the quality of care and service.

I suspected I had a kidney stone trying to pass and went straight to Elite Care. I was admitted immediately, which is typical. Doctor and nursing staff is professional and caring. I’ve taken my husband and children here for over a decade. Elite has treated broken bones to kidney stones for our family! I’ve even “removed/self-discharged” my husband from a nearby large hospital and brought him back to Elite because the care was better at Elite! We feel so fortunate to have Elite in this area of Houston.

I was seen immediately with no wait! They did a fantastic job with their communication and seemed like they really cared compared to other places. Would recommend!

This place never fails. Dr william Fisher’s bedside manner is amazing. He was so reassuring and confident which makes you feel confident. The staff from front desk to the back nurses where beautifully respectful and knowledgeable…..

Best Staff I ever dealt with, made sure I was taking care of and feed me highly recommended. Also I came home to some flowers I never got flowers as a man lol so that was really sweet.

The staff was amazing! I was having an allergic reaction, even when things got scary, they knew exactly what to do and meds kicked in asap. I stayed the night for observation, it was clean and everyone so helpful. Thank you to all! You had my back. Thank you also for the beautiful flowers, you made me feel special.

I went in dehydrated and feeling like I was turned inside out. I think I even looked like I’d been turned inside out. For a paramedic to breakdown and decide they need to go to the ER, that is no small thing. Checking in was easy, the nurses Craig (fellow opossum lover), Megan, and Cynthia were efficient, kind, and did a great assessment. Dr. Antill was kind and ran through multiple options and got me stabilized to go home and made sure I knew to come back if I needed to. Highly recommend!!! I mean, I do not want anyone (especially opossums) to need to go to ER but if it happens, go here.

Quick and efficient care as usual. Minimal wait time and I was seen and cared for in minutes.

I’ve been here twice now once for back of the head migraines (from an injury) and another for when I cut my hand open 🥲 both times I was in a lot of pain but both times I had such a great experience with all the staff ! They were so helpful and friendly and both my doctors were cracking jokes to make me feel better❤️ (Most likely picking up on the fact that I cope with humor) and the stitch work that was done on my hand healed so well and beautifully I can barley tell I even cut my hand! I really recommend coming here for your ER needs !

I had to rush my 3 year old to the ER for an emergency. I'm so glad I chose Elitecare! Not only did were they excellent with my toddler but they made this worried momma feel at ease. He ended up having to be admitted and they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. AND after we got home my son even received a very special gift from the staff ♥️. I would highly recommend trusting them with your emergency needs! Shout out to the team that helped us personally! Care was exceptional. Jamie at registration made the process as smooth as possible and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and child were good. Brandy and Craig my nurses were on top of it I never had to reach out to them to get help. Nina in Radiology made the CT as pain free as possible knowing I was in extreme pain. Vicki in lab was ready to get my sample tested asap. And Dr. Jhingree was quick and got me lots of help as quickly as he could. 10/10 by this staff

Highly recommend Elite Emergency Care. The whole team is amazing, environment is clean and organized. My husband was seen quickly, labs, test and treatment along with diagnosis was given. He was admitted over night where he received great care. Dr. Fisher was there to discharge him which was a great comfort, as he has treated with such care and patience in past visits. He was also given a tote filled with items that were extremely useful during his stay. A few days after discharge he was also sent a lovely floral arrangement from Elite Emergency Care.

This is the place I choose first for my urgent care since my PCP is too far. I get seen immediately, my Dr visitation here is faster than my own PCP. Everyone here is very nice, helpful and enthusiastic, knowledgeable. Importantly, the facility is very clean and convenient

The staff here are amazing! They were quick and very attentive to my needs. They went over and beyond to nurse me back to a stable condition. Before transferring me to another facility. I highly recommend for your emergency care needs.

Dr. Fisher and his team were kind, attentive and thorough. I will always return to Elite if me or my family need urgent or emergency care.

I made 2 consecutive visits to Elitecare on 9/12 and 9/13. I had a fall on 9/11 and was taken to UTMB ER and was there for over an hour without any kind of pain medication or even slight evaluation so I ended up leaving. The next day I knew I needed to have my son's foot evaluated from the fall and so I took him to Elitecare. From checking in to being seen, getting scans and necessary post care items the entire team at Elitecare was amazing. Everything was quick and smooth and the staff were all so nice and accommodating. So much so that I decided to go back myself the next day to get my back scanned and it was the same situation, even with different staff. I will continue to use Elitecare for all of my emergency hospital needs and I will recommend them to everyone I know in the area for their needs as well. Keep up the amazing work, yall make going to the ER an experience that doesnt need to be dreaded and that says alot!!

I’ve been here twice over the past year & both times were great experiences, considering the reasons for my visits. Each time, it was within 5 minutes of arriving to be called back. Every person on the staff was so nice & caring. My last visit, I had to stay overnight & 2 days after getting back home, I had a flower delivery to my house from this ER. ❤️ I highly recommend. Excellent service! Caring staff. I have been here 4 times. The place is immaculate. They see patients quickly. Dr. Serrano is a very good doctor. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this ER hospital. They make you feel like you are special. And the doctors genuinely want to help.

I came in here with food poisoning (unconfirmed at the time) everyone here was very friendly by far the best ER experience i’ve ever had, they ran test and gave me fluids and confirmed that it was food poisoning and gave me the medication to get it taken care of. I will come back here again for an serious matters!

From entrance to exit all the employees were kind, informative, professional and warm. It was also a relatively speedy process

Elite in league city was amazing and got me in very quickly. The staff was so kind and helpful and treated me and my daughter very well while we were there. Jamie and Valerie at the front desk for registration was very nice and kind, they helped me get back quickly. My nurses Juan, Katie, and Carolina treated my little girl who was waiting on me so good. And they were so kind to her and me. The ER tech, Riley was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I got my labs done from Shan and Julissa they were quick and efficient. The scribe was helpful and quick. Dr jhingree was great and I had absolutely no issues. Overall I would highly recommend this place for emergency care.

Can’t say enough about the care here. I came in extremely ill at midnight and was monitored, given extending tests and then kept for observation after the root of the issue was found. Nurses were very kind, and I was even sent flowers to my home a few days after I left (yes, that sick). Will not go anywhere else if urgent care is needed!

Dr. Gukhool is an Amazing Doctor! Wonderful bedside manners, knowledgeable and one of the Best ER doctors I have been treated by! Sadly, I deal with chronic issues so trips to the ER is more often than not. The front registrar, Valene & Anh was very kind/professional had me checked within minutes. My nurses Megan, Brandy and Carolina were so kind! You could tell that they love their job and actually care about their patients.

The whole entire staff were very professional, courteous and respectful.

i came to this emergency room a couple of weeks ago while having an asthma attack and the doctor and service was amazing! maddie at the front desk was very helpful and very sweet and my nurse brandy was awesome and made me feel super comfortable ! and dr vincent was amazing and explained everything very well! i will definitely be coming back
