Great atmosphere! Delicious food ~ Lobster Bucatini, Seared Scallops and Winter Salad. Yummm!! Our servers Sara and Bobby were awesome! Sipping a wine flight and cocktail listening to the music of the talented Paul Horton made this a delightful evening out. We'll be back for sure!

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere. Atentative service, caring staff. Boards are seriously addictive, Delicious! Tapas are a perfect compliment to the amazing libations.

We hosted a private party here and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the very beginning, Jacklyn was absolutely incredible—organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. They made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, and every detail was handled beautifully. The bartenders were fantastic as well. They were friendly, quick, and kept the energy of the party going all night. Guests kept commenting on how great the drinks were and how attentive the bar staff was. And the food… wow. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests are still talking about how delicious it all was. It truly elevated the entire experience. If you're thinking about hosting a private event, or even just going for drinks, I can’t recommend Sip at 1620 enough. The coordination, service, and food were all outstanding and made our celebration unforgettable!
